Terms and Conditions 1. This programme is open to all AEON Card, New AEON Card / JUSCO Credit Card, RedHot Visa Card, Motorcycle Association Affinity Gold Card and Cruize Visa Card. This programme is valid till 15 May 2011. 2. The Cardmembers signature on the Direct Debit Authorization serves as acceptance by the Cardmember of the merchants terms and conditions of sale, the conditions herein, and AEON Credit Service Visa/ MasterCard Agreement. AEON Credit Service reserves the right to reject applications without giving reasons thereof. 3. Fulfilment services will be arranged between the Cardmember and Merchant (if applicable). AEON Credit Service will not be responsible for any loss damage arising from late or non-delivery. Please allow 14 working days for delivery. 4. Any return of goods by the Cardmember to the Merchant shall be subjected to the terms for return of goods. 5. No cancellation of the order shall be entertained upon approval by AEON Credit Service. 6. Upon approval of the application, AEON Credit Service will debit the Cardmembers Card Account with the instalment amount payable on a monthly basis, for duration as stipulated above. Cardmembers available credit limit will be provisionally reduced by earmarking an amount, equivalent to the Purchase amount which will not be available to the Cardmembers, but will be progressively restored on a monthly basis as repayment of each instalment amount is made.

7. AEON Credit Service reserves the right to terminate the Cardmembers instalment payment facility without prior notice to the Cardmember and without assigning any reason thereof. 8. AEON Credit Service at its sole discretion will demand Cardmember to settle full outstanding amount due; under instalment facility if Cardmember defaults in payment of any amount due; breaches any terms and conditions herein/ Cardmembers agreement, is deceased/ bankrupt or Card Account is terminated by the bank for any reason whatsoever. 9. AEON Credit Service will not be liable for any inadequate, defective or damaged goods or be responsible for any dispute between Cardmember, Merchant and the company is authorized to continue to debit the instalment to the Cardmembers account regardless of any such dispute. 10. These conditions are in addition to AEON Credit Visa / MasterCard Agreement, which regulates the provision of credit card facility by the Bank to the Cardmember. In the event of inconsistency between these conditions the said agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the instalment payment plan. 11. The products and / or service offered herein are supplied by the respective merchant. AEON Credit Service is only providing means of payment for these goods and/ or services via the usage of Card.
