Outsourcing Employment Service

This is one of our service aims to provide our partner a full range of employment in our company then placed to our partners working site. This arrangement will be able to shift industrial relation issues of our partner into a legalize arrangement allowed by Indonesian government law and regulations. The following are our services details but not limited to:

Recruitment

The process of recruitment will follow the abovementioned service, with the following conditions: - A Free of Charge (FOC) for Recruitment Fee.

Take Over Scheme

PT. Alihdaya Indonesia are ready to take over your current temporary or daily -worker status of employment, however, a selection process are in place. Employment status may be varies accordingly. - A Free of Charge (FOC) for Selection Process.

Training & Development Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

An adequate training needed to perform the job as well as career development for this particular staff will be offered by PT. Alihdaya Indonesia in cooperation with our partner. - A special discount of 10% from our normal price for In-house training for each course we offered. - Free course customization to your organization needs. - Special prices for external venue arrangements for training (i.e. hotel).

Employment Contract / Agreement

PT. Alihdaya Indonesia will issue a contract/agreement for the employee(s) based on the mutual agreement between PT. Alihdaya Indonesia and our partner, in accordance to the government regulation i.e. Manpower Department Labor regulation. Alihdaya Indonesia will also provide ID card for the employee.

Database

Alihdaya Indonesia will build and manage the outsourced employees database in terms of recent employment status and history like emographic, overtime, leave, incentives, etc.

Insurance benefit

The employee will be insured under a comprehensive such as medical and health scheme from a reputable insurance company and PT. Alihdaya Indonesia will arrange and manage the implementation and its procedures. We also give a competitive offer with personal accident and fidelity insurance.

Coaching & Counseling Relationship Management

The closest parties that are monitoring our employee(s) performance are your supervisor. They will be working together with our Relationship Officer (R.O) to monitor the employees performance to ensure productivity standard are met and industrial relation issues are kept at minimum.

Salary Payment & Income TaxPT. Alihdaya Indonesia will arrange and administer all payrolls, income tax, Jamsostek and other issues related to employment according to government regulations. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Both, PT. Alihdaya Indonesia and your company will agree on and review the Service Level Agreement (SLA) on a yearly basis, however, an open communication channel is expected to happen from time to time through our Relationship Officer. Should there be changes on number of headcounts, Service Level Agreement (SLA), etc, both parties will sign an addendum to the service agreement. Reports An update, snap shot status of employment and its demography report will be delivered a monthly basis to your company on the outsourced employees Overtime, Leave, Performance, Bonuses and other agreed reports by both parties.

Management Fee Alihdaya Indonesia will issue an invoice after the payment day, address to your company inclusive of management fee between 10-15% based on actual cost paid to the employees, volume of employee and level of services. Your Companys Support To ensure the communication flows as expected, Alihdaya Indonesia would expect your companys support by appointing a contact person related to outsourcing issues.
