Zustand des Probanden notwendig.

SARS-CoV-2-RNA has been detected in the sample by RT-PCR. The patient could
be considered presumptively as infected. Clinical and epidemiological
correlation with the patient history are necessary to determine the patient
infections status.

Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass es sich beim Ct-Wert um eine technische Messvariable mit rein informativem
Charakter handelt. Als nicht-standardisierter Rohwert ist er kein Bestandteil des ausschließlich qualitativen Endergebnisses. Bei
der Betrachtung des Ct-Werts ist unbedingt zu berücksichtigen, dass der Ct-Wert von zahlreichen Einflussfaktoren wie dem
Zeitpunkt im Erkrankungsverlauf, der Präanalytik (Qualität der Probennahme, Materialart, Abstrichort usf.) sowie dem
verwendeten Testsystem abhängig ist. Aus dem Ct-Wert alleine ist aus labordiagnostischer Sicht daher keine sichere Aussage
zur Infektiosität ableitbar.
Haben Sie keine Symptome und haben Sie sich im Rahmen eines Screenings testen lassen, so gilt die
Empfehlung bei einem schwach positiven PCR-Ergebnis mit einem ct-Wert > 30, nach 3 Tagen eine
PCR - Gurgeltestung neuerlich durchzuführen.

quantitative result of RT-PCR. The Ct-value is dependent on a variety of factors such as clinical status of the infection, pre-analytics,
material, location of sampling, and the test system used. The Ct-value does not reflect infectiosity of the sample.
If you have no symptoms and you have been tested as part of a screening, the recommendation is: if your
result is weak positive with a ct value > 30, carry out a new PCR gargle test after 3 days.
