PROTECTIVE, DECORATIVE, ANTI-CARBONATION ELASTOMERIC COATING FOR EXTERIOR/INTERIOR SURFACES DESCRIPTION FAIRCOAT is protective, decorative, anti carbonation coating for exterior/interior surfaces. It is ready to use aliphatic elastomeric based coating containing special polymers and fillers. FAIRCOAT provides a smooth decorative durable coating for concrete and masonary surfaces. It gives good weathering properties, excellent bond and forms flexible film on the concrete surface. FAIRCOAT is available in different colours and has been specially designed for the decoration and protection of concrete against attack from atmospheric carbon-dioxide, airborne chlorides, acid rain, weathering etc.

DURABILITY AND AESTHETIC LOOK OF COATING FAIRCOAT has a long lasting durability. It ensures anti-carbonation and pollution's depends on corrosive atmosphere. Once FAIRCOAT is applied recoating is to be done only after minimum 5-7 years. FAIRCOAT is available in various shades. Tailor made shades is also made on request. The aesthetic look FAIRCOAT is good, as thickness of coating is 3 times higher than paint. Opacity of coating is much brighter than any other paints.

Interior Decorative of Building : As FAIRCOAT is non-flammable and has excellent waterproof characteristics it can be also used in interior as a decorative coating.

FAIRCOAT TEST CERTIFICATE

TECHNICAL SERVICES While new advances and changes will take place but one thing will never change is quality and meeting special needs of our customers. Our laboratory in Baroda and technical personnel & experts are available to provide additional information and technical assistance. We are eager to work with you in development of new product and resolve your problem.

APPLICATION GUIDELINE
Surface Preparation Surface should be clean, sound and free from dust and loose particles. The holes and cracks on the walls should be filled with suitable filler. Stains of oil and grease should be removed by brushing or by FM-DEGREASER which is solvent base oil and grease remover. As regards to new concrete surface, it should be at least 14 days old before coating and allow full curing to take place for 28 days before application of FAIRCOAT. Priming Generally new or non-porous surface need not require priming but for priming of old or porous surfaces, dilute 2 parts of FAIRCOAT to 1 part of water and apply on the substrate as a primer to ensure that the old concrete substrate is sound. Application For application of FAIRCOAT, stir the material in the container thoroughly and spread evenly with a brush, roller or airless spray. Application of FAIRCOAT should be avoided during rainy weather. In hot or dry weather, dampen unpainted surfaces with water to prevent FAIRCOAT drying out too rapidly.The surface texture and porosity must be taken into account while estimating quantities. Two coats of FAIRCOAT are recommended which will give DFT of about 200 to 250 microns. Cleaning Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

FAIRCOAT A : Is a ready to use elastomeric aqueous based textured protective, decorative anti-carbonation coating for interior and exterior surfaces with exceptional weathering characteristics. It contains special polymers and fillers and has been specially designed for the decoration and protection of concrete against attack from atmospheric carbon dioxide, airborne chlorides, acid rain, weathering etc. Ideally suitable for protection of concrete structures. Coverage : 3-4m/kg/two coat s (Recommended DFT 200 microns) depending upon the porosity of surface. FAIRCOAT INSULTECH : High performance, long lasting, flex thermal, decorative, anti carbonation coating for exterior / interior surfaces. It is an excellent waterproofing coating and gives temperature reduction from 8% to 20%. It covers and seals cracks and enhances the life of the structure. Coverage : 4-5 m / kg/ two coats. FAIRCOAT CLEAR : It is an aqueous based creamy, silane-based, protective, decorative, anti-carbonation coating having thixotropic property and outstanding ability to impregnate high quality concrete and reinforced concrete. FAIRCOAT S : Is a single component, ready to use, aliphatic acrylate, solvent based, protective coating. FAIRCOAT S has excellent barrier to chemicals like carbon dioxide, chloride ions, sulphates, oxygen and water, allow water vapour to escape from the structure, high UV resistant, excellent weather resistant, available in wide range of decorative colour.
