Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluids Product Description/Application
Fully synthetic fluids based on polyol ester with high ignition point, for use in hydraulic systems of machines operating in areas of fire hazard or sources of high temperatures where it is not possible to use water based products. Factory Mutual approved. Meets requirements of 7th Luxembourg report Danieli approval Non flammable water glycol containing high levels of addtives to provide viscosity, corrosion protection and anti-wear properties. Premium quality extreme gear lubricant for gears, roll and plain bearings under heavy load conditions. Contain carefully selected base oils and additives that provide an extremely high level of resistance to oxidation and chemical degradation. Approvals from major gear manufacturers. Synthetic gear oils based on PAO with excellent thermal and ageing stability, very high VI & protection against micro-pitting. Reduce maintenance costs and component wear, & improve technical performance. Approvals from major gear manufacturers. For pressure fed lubrication of gears and rolling friction bearings for cold-warm train rolls in medium-high load and speed conditions. Specialty Greases for Continuous Casting Product Description/Application
Mineral oil based grease with polyurea thickeners for high temperature applications where long regreasing intervals are required. Applications include conveyor roller bearings in continuous casting plants. A copper coloured paste containing metals and mineral oils, which evaporate leaving a dry lubricating film which is effective up to 1100oC. Applications include the lubrication of slideways and guides of continuous casters. Very high temperature grease based on synthetic oil and white solid lubricants. For temperatures up to 260oC
