Ayyuhal-Walad! Lesson Nine. Here is the Deen

There is war in Libya and in Afghanistan. Muslims there are being daily slaughtered on an authority from the political class, men who wage war by proxy and at a safe distance. Look at the two faces of the Defence Ministers of the U.S. and Britain look carefully at their mouths. These are cowards, cowards sending the best of their people to die. The first of these wars is to claw back Libyan oil into the U.S. system and the second, already failed, is Americas last Asian territorial gamble.
The uprising, after forty years of submission to dictatorship in the Arab world, is presented as a Revolution on world media, but power has not changed hands and wealth has not changed hands. It takes only a degree of calm to recognise that what has been happening in Egypt, Tunisia and Yemen is precisely that same uprising of the masses in Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Spain and Britain. Penniless mobs informed that they are in debt by billions.
Noone, not one kafir intellectual has grasped that the mechanism of their disaster is not a breakdown of a system, but the logical and mathematically inevitable completion of its programme. It is a process of expropriation, seizing lands, commodities and peoples. The expropriators are an oligarchic class comprising bankers, media and corporation chiefs, its servants are the underclass of politicians.
What is being played out now, with massive powershifts inside the system emergent power groupings in China, Brazil and India, each with billions of enslaved citizens is not an evolutionary process of growth. It is, rather, a Darwinian descent into barbarism which already indicates the beginning of the end of the species. It is not because of the cruelty of the oligarchic wars, Tacitus found this in the Rome of the Empire. It is because of the breakdown of human relations, of family, of transmission, of evaluation. It is in the reinvention of manhood and womanhood. It is in the smashing of the infantile bonding between mother and child. It is in the indifference to the animal kingdom and any sense of man as its guardian. The Chinese are eating the cats and dogs and imprisoning the great bears to extract their bile. The Congolese are eating the great gorillas, last witnesses to the compassionate bonding between parents and offspring. It is in the Japanese corporation wiping out the blue fin tuna and stocking them in order to corner the market for the elite.

It is an end. It could be the end of the species and it has now been demonstrated that the very earth environment stands in peril.
Heidegger declared that after the debacle of the Twentieth Century the time had come for a new nomos on the earth.
The time for the renewal of the Deen of Islam has come.
Forget the massive ignorance of Islam in media and academia. Forget the brilliant projection of Islam as terrorism, the enemy of mankind.
Forget the model of good Muslims isolated individuals who believe in God and are no bother to anyone least of all to the financial markets, except to profit on halal food sales.
Any book published after 1945 and the meeting of Roosevelt and Ibn Saud at which the protocol to abolish a collected Zakat and accept payment for oil in dollars was fixed must be rejected.
It is not just the media and the Western political ministers who do not know what Islam is it, alas, is the vast majority of our falsely educated ulema, taught where the Amr was kafir.
Finish with the already outdated modernists the fate of the modern and let us rediscover the Deen in its glory.
Finish Maududi, finish the Qutbis, finish the Wahhabis and Ikhwanism. Finish with the fantasy that the Shia are an Islamic sect.
The two obstructing doctrines over the last decades have been both extremist.
On the privatised heresy is the Princeton scripted doctrine of anti Khalifal Wahhabism Kitab wa Sunna that is nice Islam founded on submission to capitalist monetarism.
On the political heresy is the dismal child of Egyptian modernism redefining Islam as a socialist democracy. One fevered Egyptian even wrote a biography of our Prophet, Allahs blessings and peace on him, subtitling it Statesman and Prophet! Its slogan was The Shariat by that they meant Islam was a doctrine of political governance the ideal version of the Western model. From them was born the insulting term Islamist thus reducing a religion to a politique communist, capitalist, Islamist.
To begin, therefore, to have Fatihah of knowledge, let us restore what our centuries of great scholars from the Himalayas to the Atlas to the Granada Sierra have always known to be the matter of the Deen. Like our Double Shahadah it has two parts.
Ibada and
Fiqh.
Let me precede this unveiling with a direct proof from my own experience.

In the early sixties of the Twentieth Century, following the command of my noble Shaykh, Muhammad ibn alHabib, I had the scholars among my Fuqara, the now eminent Shaykh Abdalhaqq Bewley and his wife Hajja Aisha Bewley, translate Imam Maliks AlMuwatta. Determined that the translation be accepted I asked the Director of the London Islamic Centre, Dr. Badawi, to give us an Ijaza. He assigned the task to two Sudanese ulema as they had both perfect English and Arabic. The Ijaza seemed to be taking ages so I went to see Dr. Badawi and asked him what held us up. He explained that the Sudanese scholars were having difficulty with the terminology of the main text. When I expressed astonishment at this he explained: You see, the main body of the second part of the text concerns commercial and business transactions and these ordinances have not been used for a hundred years!
That was the first indication that the Deen itself had been obscured by political malpractice. It explained the dominance of Mustafa Kemal and Ibn Saud, both, who had crossed over to the other side, making the forbidden permitted.
It took me half a century to see it all clearly, so cleverly had we been duped. Still I moved in a world where rich Muslims seemed not to have the slightest qualm about banks, interest, kafir corporate law and worthless tokens of debtreceipt called currency. The world price of gold was translated into numbers on a daily basis by a moneylender in London.
As the enormity of the crime and greed of the postWahhabi governors of the Muslim world collapsed in its last phase, the Muslim youth, driven to desperation, swung from the one extreme to the other. They called for Shariat, and that meant strict puritanical obsession with covering women in black bags and imposing a powerful political leadership. With the dialectic that the Muslims were corrupt, meaning Saudibased Americanism, they veered to the Shia antiIslamic view that all the Muslim regimes were kafir. Soon the Ismaili doctrines of suicide revenge became the modern translation of Jihad fisabilillah. From Rabat to Jakarta the cry went up for Shariat. The licensed killing of innocent Muslims living inside capitalism was instituted. Ironically, the leader of the rebellion, the old man hiding in the Himalayas, got all his money from his fathers oildollars!
The Deen, as it is declared in a renowned Hadith, is MUAMALAT. In other words Islam while making supreme governance Khilafa, as categorically insisted on by Imam alQurtubi, leaves the issue of local governance an open matter. What is nonnegotiable is the Deen itself. And the Deen is Muamalat.
Islam is transactional.
All Ibada, the first half of the Deen, is expressed in fiduciary metaphor, debt, profit, gain, loss all these indicate the spiritual transaction.
All Fiqh regulates every single fiduciary event as a spiritual metaphor.
It is in its totality a sociofinancial system devoid of usury, abhorring stored wealth, inviting expenditure, and looking on debt as dreadful. He said, Allah bless him and grant him peace: A debt is the shame of the Deen.
Someone remarked: How often you seek refuge from debt. He said, When a man is in debt, he will speak and lie, promise and break his promise.
The present kafir system of banking capitalism has plunged the whole worlds population into debt. As of writing, the only country free of debt today is Libya!

The first seven chapters are everything to do with Ibada: wudu, salat, fasting and jihad. And all the rest is about fiduciary contracts. Up until the thirtieth chapter it is about personal law and inheritance.

Ayyuhal-Walad! Lesson Eight. The Barbarians

It is time to start redefining the political landscape to take in the acquired prejudices of the media-educated masses and the general unawareness about where power resides, i.e. in the wealth-elite.
Let us try a first definition in the classic logic of Latin:
All Presidents are dictators but not all dictators are Presidents.
There is a strange distinction to be made between Presidents and dictators bearing in mind that there is an inter-space occupied by dictator-presidents like Assad elected by a staged democratic process on the one hand and himself a puppet dictator manipulated from behind by his clan on the other.
The distinction is this democratically elected leaders as dictators practise their terror at a distance from their domain, e.g. America tortures and entombs the living by rendition and distant slave camps Guantanamo, Cuba and Bagram Base, Afghanistan. At home, too, they practise an inner prison system where men simply disappear.
Dictators as dictators keep their terror both in-house and primitive, e.g. the exposed torture and execution bases in Egypt, Libya and Syria.
Our Muslim kingdom is of course the great victim today of a capitalism which knows, unlike ourselves alas, that Islam is its unique historical enemy, the two earlier witnesses against it, judaism and christianity, having surrendered totally to its protocols. Since the deposition of Abdulhamid Khan II as Sultan, Khalifate has remained suspended. The little devil Kemal could abolish the Sultanic role inside Turkey but he could not abolish the global role of Khalif. Now, while Khilafa is a fard of the Deen according to Imam al-Qurtubi, it is not today an issue. It is, correctly, speaking, the last matter of our programme.
At the moment all our troubles stem from our submission in many places to nationalist kafir political doctrines, and by extension belief in the supra-national institutions which uphold them. At core, of course, what has gone wrong for us is our failure to know to know let alone apply Islam in our society.
There are two requirements needed to restore the Deen.
On the first part of the Shahada a correct Tawhid is essential to validate our Ibada.
On the second part of the Shahada a correct fiduciary practice of social instruments, currency, goods, trade and contracts, all of which constitute Shariat. Shariats concern with criminal punitive legal judgments is a very small detail, while control of the market and the obligation to prevent static capital are the vital matters of the Deen.
Our failure is to recognise vis--vis kafir society that the political class do not govern but wealth does, coupled with our failure vis--vis our Deen to recognise that wealth itself must be acquired and used according to fixed natural laws voided of usury and activated by real-wealth exchanges. moment all human exchanges concerning the whole matter of buying, selling and transfer are practised in blatant contradiction of Divine and Prophetic instruction.
The Saudi control of the Muslims its end the only positive effect of the post-wahhabi terror based itself on a slogan, Kitab wa Sunna a phrase which sounded safe to Muslim ears. What it meant was their licence to abolish the Deen and embrace the Dollar, agreeing to trade oil for paper with numbers on it.
What Kitab wa Sunna meant was simple. The Book and rules of personal behaviour no Islamic social contract.
From this position both Republics, the dictatorship and the democracy, are doomed and, at the same time, destructive.
Let us remove, once and for all, the absurd idea that the people rule. It is not just in Cairo and Yemen that the masses are in the streets screaming for freedom. Have they not seen the masses streaming into the public squares in London, in Lisbon, in Madrid and in Athens? They all know the political class are powerless. They still do not know that the wealth-elite govern, by any means, to keep their wealth and get their hands on more.
The Republic was a failed experiment that ended around two thousand years ago when, to the Romans massive relief, Augustus Caesar took the throne. This was the seal on the underlying reality oligarchy rules, monarchy holds it in place.
That is why Revolution, the modern fantasy, has not happened. Napoleon said, There is no revolution without the wealth changing hands. This has not happened.
The only possibility of a transfer of power, i.e. of wealth, lies in a transformation from usury-based interest contracts, paper and electronic numbers currency and stock-exchange adventures in the non-spatial to a real-wealth, Shariat-based contract system under a different kind of wealth leadership.
When the Rasul, Allahs blessings and peace be upon him, asked for contributions towards a vital Ghazwat, Abu Bakr gave all the wealth he possessed. Umar ibn al-Khattab gave half of what he had. The Rasul said to them, Between you is what is between the two gifts.
This is the opposite of withheld and blocked capital gathering interest. It is based on good character leading to money flow.
Thus the move from quantitative stasis to qualitative money flow.
In Islam the state is the regulated money-flow the Dawla.
In Kufr the state is the blocked and invested wealth held by an elite in a gated-community, sustained by the police-controlled and penitentiary-based masses.
The current condition of the patient is in intensive care grave but with signs of recovery.
Syria the diagnosis is a matter of survival or annihilation. The Shia regime is barbaric, its leadership is barbaric and its ruthless sub-human treatment of the Muslim slave population is performed with the tacit approval of Israel and the U.S.

Irans Shia regime has moved to rescue Assads Shia regime in two moves.
One. Iran sent advisers to teach Assads security services how to kill and intimidate the Muslim masses. There followed the rooftop snipers and the exemplary killing and torture of children, mutilated on their instruction.
Two. They called on the Shia-Hamas regime to make an anti-Israeli display on the Golan Heights to further the official doctrine that Assad is the only protector against terror. It has long been known that Israel and Syria under Assad have a fiduciary protocol in exchange for Golan water.
Syria Egypt Tunisia Yemen Algeria. Truly it is the age of the barbarian. W.H. Auden, Englands greatest 20th century poet, wrote: But the new barbarian is no uncouth Desert-dweller; he does not emerge From fir forests; factories bred him; Corporate companies, college towns Mothered his mind, and many journals Backed his beliefs. He was born here. The Bravura of revolvers in vogue now And the cult of death are quite at home Inside the city. Wherever we look among our people we see the ghastly result of trying to evade the Deen and embrace the mushrik culture.
Bangladesh a murdering matriarchy holding the nation to ransom. Behind the scenes the real wealth, answerable to nobody, thrives among the impoverished slave population. Where is Mr. Ahmad Akbar Sobhan? Where is Tareq Rahman? They will, of course, expect to be buried as Muslims.
It is the same story throughout the Arab world dictatorships and behind them, working away, born of a Muslim family, bearing a Muslim name, yet utterly oblivious to the fact that their lives, their Amal is both the true cause of the tyranny over the Muslim masses and also the cause of the despairing terrorists.
Where is Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud (19.6 billion) Riyadh, Mohammed al-Amoudi (12.3 billion) Jeddah, Nasser alKharafi (10.4 billion) Kuwait, Nassef Sawiris (5.6 billion) Cairo, Mohamed al-Jaber (7 billion) Jeddah, Sulaiman al-Rajhi (7.7 billion) Riyadh? All in Dollars of course. Kitab wa Sunna!
No wonder the Zakat Collectors were banished. That is what lay behind the denial by the wahhabis of Khilafa.
The time has come to peel back the thick skin of the politicians and face the worlds governance openly. Capitalism does not destroy the planet and its people. People who live on increase in the transaction, forbidden trade deals, futures gambling in modern language, capitalists in Islamic language referring to Muslim capitalists munafiqun they do. Ayyuhal-Walad! Lesson Seven. Ikhwanism

We are still held back from taking on our full, and as yet unconfronted, responsibilities as Muslims about to introduce Islam into a world at present deeply misled about its nature.
Perhaps the major harm and inhibition which prevents the new generation from embracing Islam and we are referring to the Arab nation in particular is the false idea caused by those ignorant men who boast its leadership while plunging the Muslims deeper and deeper into suffering and loss.
We are referring to the dismal failure and stubborn persistence, rejoicing as they do in defeat, of the Ikhwan al-Muslimeen.\
Let us set the record straight. They have never once won a struggle or a battle. They handed the Shia their plan for the uprising in Syria because their false modernist doctrines led them to believe the Shia were their friends. Naively, they accepted the Teheran explanation that the Alawites were not proper 12-ites, which was a lie. Their double-dealing helped put the Nasserite dictatorship in place only to end up persecuted by Nasser and their position reduced to secrecy and illegality.
In every place they settle they propose this perfect political state while in its absence they insinuate themselves into the state they condemn, living in the conviction that their secret doctrine will one day prevail. Thus for years they have lived well in Jordan and the Emirates while denouncing the corrupt state which pays their wages.
It has been this stubborn and essentially fantasist idea that society is governed by political power that has left them utterly irrelevant and out-dated. The ills of the Muslim world today are not at all a matter of our political framework. This is the disaster of following the kafir measure of things.
Islam demands as its social prerogatives a set of commercial parameters involving contracts, instruments of exchange, fixed markets (souks) and trade over sea and land (caravans), alongside strict avoidance of increase in the transaction (riba).
This is all demanded by the Second Shahada. Yet even this absolute and comprehensive failure to understand the Deen is not the heart of the matter of why the Ikhwan al-Muslimeen are finished as a historical phenomenon. A used ticket, worthless for our journey.
The disaster of the Ikhwan al-Muslimeen, the self-styled Muslim Brotherhood, lies in their simple rejection of the natural basis of life itself as made plain in the Noble Quran. Allah the Exalted in Surat al-Ahzab says (33:35-36):

Men and women who are Muslims, men and women who are muminun, men and women who are obedient, men and women who are truthful, men and women who are steadfast, men and women who are humble, men and women who give sadaqa, men and women who fast, men and women who guard their private parts, men and women who remember Allah much: Allah has prepared forgiveness for them and an immense reward.
When Allah and His Messenger have decided something it is not for any man or woman of the muminin to have a choice about it. Anyone who disobeys Allah and His Messenger is clearly misguided. Further, Allah tells us in Surat al-Ahzab (33:40):
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but the Messenger of Allah and the Final Seal of the Prophets. Allah has knowledge of all things.

From these blessed ayats we understand that at the core of the Islamic presence is the shared bonding of men and women. Allah also orders Muslim women: Surat al-Ahzab (33:33):
Establish Salat and pay Zakat and obey Allah and His Messenger. This places on women the full burden of the responsibilities of the Deen, alongside men. Both must establish Salat and pay Zakat.
Also these ayats show us that we are not Muslim brothers but brothers in Islam.
Rasul, Allahs blessings and peace on him, said to Abu Bakr that he would have taken him as a friend but Allah had made them brothers in Islam.
The invention of the, up until that date, unknown phrase Ikhwan al-Muslimeen had built into it the utterly false implication of son-hood not brotherhood, or as if they as brothers were prophetic sons.
Not only this deception but, beyond that, if THEY were the brothers, members of this secret and special ruling society, who were we, the billions?
There it is brothers but no sisters!
Half the Deen from Aisha is not a compliment, it is her station as a high expert of Fiqh, treated as such by Umar ibn al-Khattab when Amir al-Mumineen. Aisha, who, at the crisis of the Fitnat al-Kubra, made the correct judgment which saved the Deen, and who was the one beside the Messenger at his end, Allahs mercy and peace on him.
It is this failure to appreciate the unique power and otherness of women which transcends even motherly affection and tenderness we mean, that faculty to see truth in the event and be the voice of truth, that leaves the Ikhwan in the wrong and in defeat.
This disastrous and failed movement must now fold its tents, pack up its rubbishy literature which licensed banking, and creep away into the Empty Quarter.
When they do not fail as in Syria, they collaborate with the rulers as they did in Egypt, in Tunisia and in the Emirates.
The choice in Africa now is not Democracy or the Ikhwan, they are already co-terminous, joined at the hip.
For democracy read banking (usury) hegemony and slave-citizens as in Greece, Portugal and Alabama, doomed to a spiral of poverty in a disintegrating playground. For the alternative it is based on the burial of the false Islam-ism as named, correctly alas, by the kuffar, that is puritanism, paternalism and politics so extreme that it can only end in its opposite, mother-worshipping and self-flagellating Shiism.
Suicide bombing is nothing other than mechanised Shia self-flagellation.

With all that historically behind us we can turn to the new dawn of our sublime religion, in darkness for only just over one hundred years.
Allah the Exalted sublimely declares in Surat al-Fajr (89:1-32):
In the name of Allah, All-Merciful, Most Merciful
By the dawn and ten nights, and the even and odd, and the night when it travels on, is there not in that an oath for the intelligent?
Do you not see what your Lord did with Ad Iram of the Columns whose like was not created in any land and Thamud who carved out rocks in the valley-side, and Pharaoh of the Stakes,

all of whom were tyrants in their lands and caused much corruption in them? So your Lord unleashed on them a scourging punishment; your Lord is always lying in wait.
As for man, when his Lord tests him by honouring him and favouring him, he says, My Lord has honoured me!
But then when He tests him by restricting his provision, he says, My Lord has humiliated me! No indeed! You do not honour orphans nor do you urge the feeding of the poor; you devour inheritance with voracious appetites and you have an insatiable love of wealth. No indeed! When the earth is crushed and ground to dust and your Lord arrives with the angels rank upon rank and that Day Hell is produced, that Day man will remember; but how will the remembrance help him? He will say, Oh! If only I had prepared in advance for this life of mine!
That Day no one will punish as He punishes and no one will shackle as He shackles.
O self at rest and at peace, return to your Lord, well-pleasing and well-pleased! Enter among My slaves! Enter My Garden. * * * * *

Monarchy after Capitalism

One of the evidentiary proofs of the end of capitalism will be the return of true monarchism.
Monarchy precisely means that executive power devolves on one man.
Absolute monarchy is a contradiction in terms. As such it is something else dictatorship.
The irony of todays utter inability to conduct open discourse on the subject, while both university and media are corporation controlled, is that monarchy is opposed to democratic presidency, the first being seen as totalitarian while the latter is seen as the will of the people.
Firstly, then, let us dispel the myth. In our time the elected leaders of, say, the U.S.A., Britain, Germany and France have proved to be dictators, answerable to neither the people nor their senates and cabinets.
The mass of the people are known to be opposed to nuclear weaponry, yet their leaders force it on their nations with the known budgetary penalty.
Nobody wanted the Iraq War yet a demented English Premier and a stupid American President forced it on the world over the heads of populace and Parliament, States and Senate.
Political democracy as currently practised is itself dictatorship.
This is how structural dictatorships, like Russia, Assads Syria and China, can claim democracy, since the ballot does not affect the totalitarian outcome.
The Quran indicates that Allah has decreed monarchy while at the same time making clear that the power may not devolve as determined by men.
Thus monarchy is acceptable but dynastic merit may be swept aside. The dynastic principle is useful but not essential. It has two factors. The most important is upbringing. Dynastic rulers can teach their children how to have respect, courtesy and concern. This is the doctrine of Futuwwah, or high behaviour values in action, in other words pure Tasawwuf before it was esotericised by the hindus. The doctrine of Marifa is its secret and not to be spoken of by the common. The other factor is taking advantage of the complex mathematic of inheritance, the D.N.A. transfer. The inheritance is in the hope that there is genetic transfer. This can give you Hadrian and Marcus Aurelius but it can also throw up Nero and Caligula.
This is why, personally, I would define myself as a pessimistic monarchist. Apart from a few hiccups by the Hanoverians, the last marriage of a King (Edward IV) to a woman deemed common (she was, in fact, gentry) led to the Wars of the Roses being doubled in their bloody duration.
The Windsor marriage is a matter of some concern to us because of our much loved Islamic Polity in the country. The Royal Family have been massively weakened by the domination of the political class. The last monarch to defend the rights of the institution was George V who took on the ghastly Lloyd George when he tried to elect dubious politicians to the peerage. Since his death the monarchy has been utterly reduced to ceremonial duties. It is a hollow crown. Power is vested elsewhere, and that, not in Parliament.
As for the current heir to the throne, he could not be more aware or informed on Islam. This is a huge benefit for the Muslim community. It must also be said that he knows the people far and beyond the scrappy briefing of the politicians. He has defended and supported organic farming from the time when he was mocked for this as eccentric up to now when it is crucial to the survival of rural Britain. When the financial system collapses as it will and must, Britain will be lucky if he is still alive.
In the meantime the body politic needs reviving and that will not happen by reducing the monarchic family to celebrity status. It is time to do for the Muslim community what certainly happened to British jews in the 20th century. They must be honoured and brought into the heart of the national ethos. The honours at present granted to important Muslims are disgraceful. This responsibility goes back to the monarchy.

Younus Sheikh should be honoured. Afzal and Akmal Khushi should be honoured. Mo Chaudry should be honoured. Ajaz Ahmed should receive a knighthood. Lutfur Rahman of Tower Hamlets should be honoured. Mehdi Hassan of the New Statesman should be granted a baronetcy. Shaykh Babikir Ahmad Babikir should receive a knighthood. Dr. Abdalhakim Murad of Cambridge should receive a knighthood. Abdalhaqq Bewley should receive a life peerage for his translation of Quran and service abroad for British Islam.

Syria. The inexorable end of the shia tyranny founded on atheist Baathism draws near. The dictatorship must be made to understand that what they think is law and government and constitution are to the world the blind workings of absolutist terror.
A third of Hama was raised to the ground. 20,000 men, women and children were massacred by the Assad clique. It has not been forgotten it has surfaced. The Assads must leave. The Baath Party must be abolished and the shia control of both government and mosque ended.
The Syrian nation must know that when the Ikhwan plotted the uprising in Hama they TOLD the shia mullahs in London what they meant to do! The mullahs begged them to wait first, they said Saddam then after that Assad. Of course, Iran needed Assads Syria it was their only door out into the world. So it was that when they prepared for the uprising, Assad already knew and was able to obliterate a city and its occupants.
The Ikhwan, like the Baathist-shia are Syrias past. There awaits it the revival of its great tradition of Fiqh, pure Tassawuf and an alliance with Turkey. Given the isolated nature of the Syrian nation and its macabre Stalinist government (which one dares to stop clapping first?), it is vital that the Muslims worldwide protest and support the Muslims in Syria against their shia-Baathist regime.
Muslims from all over South Africa are gathering on Saturday night at the Habibiyya Soofie Masjid in Ladysmith to recite the Nasiri Dua and ask Allah to give an opening to the Syrian Muslim oppressed masses. It was this great Dua which led to the end of French occupation in Morocco. The Baathist regime should be very afraid. Start packing.
If Syria is bound in slavery by an absolute Stalinist secret police system thus reducing the country to a national concentration camp parallel with the Indian States policing and murdering citizens in Kashmir our other prison camp is another sort of hell. slave labour. There are no suicide-bombers in the U.A.E. only the weekly suicide of a worker in despair of his salary, his work conditions, his foul dormitory and his future.
Let us take a closer look at Shaykh Muhammad Al-Maktoums country. His membership of the Jockey Club obliges him to treat his horses humanely. His membership of the Islamic Conference permits him to run a mass set of prison-camps for workers.

One Dubai construction company declared: We only hold back salary for 45 days as surety in case of runaways. The annual death rate of Indian workers from 2006 to 2008 has risen from 1,284 to 1,420, with suicide playing a large part in the increase. The workers have to go on working in temperatures well in excess of 40celcius. Around 5,000 construction workers per month were brought into the emergency department of the Rashid Hospital in Dubai, during July and August 2004.
There are thousands of men and women, held without trial or even after acquittal, for long stretches. Many are forced to sign confessions for crimes they did not commit. Many prisoners become psychotic due to inhumane treatment and abuse.
In May 2010 hundreds of workers marched from their Sharjah Labour Camp to the Ministry in Dubai demanding to be sent home. They claimed they were unpaid for over six months and were kept in squalor. The authorities finally sent home 700

stranded from Sharjahs Al-Sajar Labour Camp. All this takes place in an economy currently outstripping Western Europe and America in terms of wealth, and China in terms of growth. The Emirates has 37 shia television channels.
Now the outrage of the Emirates is not this, here understated, social crime. The outrage is that the small coterie, 16.5% of the population, call themselves Muslim, fast and pray.
Something, clearly, has gone profoundly wrong.
It has gone wrong with its people that tiny ruling minority, but it has gone supremely wrong with its leadership. Two personal experiences may prepare us for our diagnosis of the Emirates sickness.
As we planned the 4th Conference of Maliki Fiqh the proposal came from the then Head of the Shariah Court of the Emirates, Shaykh Al Mubarak, that he ask Shaykh Zayed to host it in Abu Dhabi. The brilliant intellectual framework of the Conference was designed by the Sultan Al-Ulema, Shaykh Shadhili An-Nayfar of Tunis.
He helped Shaykh Al Mubarak gather all the great Maliki Fuqaha and together they planned to present not the Malik of the madhab but rather Imam Malik, Imam Dar-al-Hijra, and the school of the Amal Ahl-al-Madinah. The primal and original source method of Islamic Fiqh.
At the prestigious opening Shaykh Zayed publicly said that he would rule by the Shariat.
On day two of the Conference we were met by officials of the Diwan of the Ruler. The papers were not to be read out, the subject not to be discussed. Instead we and those distinguished scholars were to sit silently and listen to a declaration by a personal representative of Saddam Hussein who had come to ask us to support Iraqs war against Iran. We sat grimly as the speaker, dark suit, black shirt, white tie, informed the mute Ulema that this was not of course, a fight between Muslims and shia, oh no! It was between Arabs and Persians. The Conference was discreetly scrapped.
The second personal note. I came across an article in the English speaking Gulf newspaper insulting the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The author implied that the Quran was not a Divine Revelation. The author was a highly paid resident doctor of medicine from India. I took the text to Shaykh Al Mubarak and said that this was a grave matter. He ordered an Arabic translation of the offending article. When we reconvened he said that the article was criminal and ordered the doctors arrest. He was tried and found guilty. There came a pause in events a sentence had to be passed. The Indians were outraged India would not allow sentence to be passed. Shaykh Zayed bowed to the hindu leader and simply banished the criminal from Abu Dhabi, back to India. The Emirates had withdrawn protection of the Rasul!
What these two personal experiences showed to me was that the modern Arabs had been so busy taking on the modalities and values of modern techno-society that they had completely lost the Deen in all its civic and spiritual identity.
The school of the Amal Ahl-al-Madinah had to be silenced. Saddam was the excuse. Later they gave their airports as bases to bomb him to smithereens.

Thus at that moment, just out of reach lay the vista of social justice and its practical application. Jizya for the non-Muslims. The Madinan practice of treatment to workers. The strict and compassionate rules of slaves tied to a house not a project. The rules of trade. The rules of the market. The rules of the caravan (moved product). And finally the great missing pillar. It had been removed and the whole Islamic edifice had collapsed. Zakat. Zakat is not a sadaqa for the poor, any more than Ramadaan is just not eating and drinking, or Hajj is just standing on Arafat.
Zakat had two necessary conditions, and on these the Islamic ethos remains utterly dependent.
One Zakat is ordered by an Amir. He appoints Zakat collectors. It is collected according to its rules and there is no corporate avoidance. Ownership devolves on individuals.
Two There has to be a value-based instrument of currency. Traditionally in the first days of Islam under the Khalifs it was the Islamic Dinar of gold and the Dirham of silver. Zakat, in other words, implies a whole non-usury economy based on trade parameters clearly laid down for all to see in Imam Maliks al-Muwatta and the great Sahih.
Nothing to do with going back fifteen hundred years a totally viable, existentially liberating model of human trade which in itself restores trust between men. Where did the hell of the Emirates begin? It began on that day when the oil company handed Shaykh Zayeds brother, then the amir, his cheque in payment for the first official extraction of crude. Dismayed, he handed back the piece of paper and demanded his payment in gold. Zayed was made the Amir, taking over the rulership. He had accepted the cheque. And that is how all of Arabia fell into Kafir hands.
We must start again. * * * * *
Zakat is not a sadaqa for the poor, any more than Ramadaan is just not eating and drinking, or Hajj is just standing on Arafat.
Ayyuhal-Walad! Lesson Five. Islamic Renewal

Now we have come to the opening statement which will lead inevitably to the renewal of Islam, Deen al-Haqq.
Before doing so, let us survey the ruined landscape of a world activated in wars by a political class who send others to their death while maintaining a eunuchs distance from the struggle of life. Just look at them, from Peking to Damascus, from London to Berlin, from Washington to Abidjan we are ruled from beneath us, the lowest common denominator.
Historically the Wahhabi/Salafis were licensed by the USA. This is an evidence that the W/S war against the Sufis stood as a

proof that they remained the guardians of Islamic revival, hence the frivolous pretence that Sufis were tomb worshippers. In Arabia this meant a state founded on a denial of Khilafa, the introduction of paper money and banking, along with the abolition of the Pillar of a Collected Zakat. From their oil-wealthy families came a generation of Ismaili-inspired revolt and the doctrine of Islam as an underground movement spreading terror among the christian (i.e. American) society.
Today can be observed the American pull-back from an accord with the Muslims. Convinced that the grimness of the Muslim attempt at a secret society has failed, the Ikhwan al-Muslimeen, and that the Saudi new generation Salafism as terror has worked as a deterrent to revival, the U.S. has been guided towards a pro-Shia doctrine, and this on rabbinical advice.
With a Shia leadership crippling Pakistan, the awful Zardari/Bhutto regime, the Shia in the north, Afghanistan, are protected and used by NATO. The USA having given Muslim Iraq to the Shia, this new doctrine, at bloody cost, was established. Note that the application of the Syrian rule of exclusion of Kurds guaranteed a firm Shia majority in Iraq, as it distracted from Syrian minority Shia dictatorship.
Lebanon gone and Gaza converted gave an iron wall against Eastern encroachment which stretched from the Mediterranean to the Gulf and the Indian Ocean now that Bahrain is effectively annexed.
The U.S. oligarchy is obliged to play out its Empire game and use to the limit its political class, although already contingency plans are designed to replace the failed institutions of Washington with local militia just as the nation state began after secession from Britain (see Parvez Asad Sheikh: USA The End of an Empire: Dallas House Monographs).
Meanwhile the Mexican masses swiftly continue their invasion, their first armed units foolishly mistaken for urban gangs, whole areas under their command.
Against this global scene of desolation, the billions in abject poverty, and the planet almost totally asphyxiated by the extraction of its earth and water wealth, and with a decreasing but by that token even wealthier financial elite, obliged to oppress the masses stands one, only one reality that speaks release from slavery Islam.
Up until now the kuffar have succeeded in naming it Terror and have offered its abolition in exchange for a private monotheism (the Shia solution) so that Islam itself has not yet manifest.
Let us take the first step.
Before we can approach the Himalayan heights of Islams mightiest fortress of the mind, Tawhid, we must first set right a fundamental balance without which the Muslim youth will find no reason to put down his iPod and lift up his iPhone.
What is the balance? It is that the Deen of Islam and this is its first supporting pillar is held up by a dual witnessing.

I declare that there is no god but Allah and I declare that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Of course! But behind us still lie almost a hundred years of defeat and the abandonment of the Khilafal obligation.
The quickest way both to see what went wrong and to put it right is to turn to Islam when it was paramount and powerful. Shah Waliallah said that given the assault on Islam in his time the only way to recovery lay in starting from basics, by that he indicated that he meant the first great formula of the Islamic social nexus in Madinah the Muwatta of Imam Malik, may Allah honour his high place.
When we examine the Muwatta we find that it is basically in two parts, relating to the Dual Shahadah. The first half is all of Ibada Shahadah, Salat, Zakat, Sawm and Hajj. The second half is almost entirely about fiduciary contracts, parameters and practices. The whole matter of living selling, buying, owning, inheriting, trading, gaining and spending. All of these are now out of your hands. None of these methods and limits and securities are today practised by the wealthy Muslims. The oligarchs of Malaysia, Indonesia and across the Arab world make (and keep) their wealth in the kafir capitalist mode. Far from being the notorious going back fifteen hundred years argued by the modernist (capitalist) leaders it is the utterly relevant, necessary and ecologically needed path to survival.
It is this, the basis of Islamic life and trade and viable currency, that has been robbed from the people. The world has been handed to a tiny group of billionaires who are at this moment destroying us and our planet.
They will not be defeated by military or guerrilla resistance. That is already covered in their system. They will be destroyed by the withdrawal of the God-obedient from the endebtment of numbers and contracts and their (our) setting up and usage of realwealth currency, trust-based contracts of trade alongside a community aereated by a collected Zakat. Its being collected, not given, the cure for the retentive psyche.
Thus the restoration of Zakat that means:
the existence of an empowered Amir, his appointment of Zakat Collectors, the gathering of the Zakat, its immediate distribution to the poor and the known categories will see the move from the acquisitive, retentive, atheist capitalist to the worshipping, believing, and distributive Muslim. The return of life. Compassion after the genocides of man-worshipping humanists. It will see both the end of women draped in black, with only a slit for their eyes, in the East, and the end of women dancing naked round a pole for the banking elite, tassels hanging from their bared nipples, in the West. Women will recover the position of being able to ask of a man fidelity.

We are approaching the point at which we can show you no, unveil for you this hidden treasure that is your Islamic inheritance.
The metaphor most suited to you is from the images you have seen on TV of the overwhelming devastation in Japan after the tsunami. On this chaotic and ruined landscape you stand amid the rubble a man with his life before him and everything he can see to the horizon smashed.
Remember, there is no such thing as breaking news! There has been no Revolution, just some demos with casualties. No-one has stormed the palace. No-one has killed the President. As one Washington official said: Before we dealt with one man. Now we will deal with a committee.
In the present crisis we have observed that the socialism then in vogue destroyed the Islamic ethos of the Arabs. The curse of the Stalinist Nasser descended on North Africa. He spawned a new version of Islam, reducing it to a secret society after using them to get power. They called themselves the Ikhwan al-Muslimeen, thus structuralising into a politique what was organic and natural, confirmed by a simple declaration of Shahadah. Before them we had all been Muslim brothers. They said to their own, Ya Akhi! making it their translation of the communist Oh Comrade! Their founders licensed banking.

battlefield they were themselves up-graded to leadership. The shameful Nasserite army under first Sadat and then Mubarak plunged the most gifted Arab people into darkness. With Mubarak finally in terminal phase a transition had to be made, one aspect was the need to modernise the look and the other to assure the U.S. they were still in charge.
In Tunisia, Bourguiba was both kafir and socialist. At one point he abolished Ramadan but that, at least, he had to withdraw. N.B. I do not name Bourguiba kafir, I take the judgment from the Sultan al-Ulama of last century, Shaykh Shadhili an-Nayfar, Allahs mercy on him.
Ghaddafi, let it never be forgotten, is a direct student of Nasser. His self-styled revolution was Nasserism. Syria and Iraq, also gave birth to the socialist-atheist politique of the Baath Party.
Palestine, a non-nation, but not as Israelis said, a non-people are in a way the sacrificial victim of Arab modernism.
Over-run by the vastly superior force of Israel the people fell victim to the socialist doctrines of the day. It claimed national status. It had been a protected colony of the Osmanli Dawlet, with Jerusalem a Waqf under Awqaf laws. It then, utterly defeated, claimed the right of self-determination. This was a little policy thought up by President Wilson which swiftly led to Munich and World War Two. Of course, there is no such thing. If it is so, what about the Scots, the Basque, the Corsicans, the Catalans, the Flemish, the Uighurs, the Tartars, the Chechens to say nothing of the Iroquois and the Navaho!
Palestine is a double tragedy. The Palestinians did not have the manliness to know they were defeated. The Israelis, psychically scarred by Nazi persecution, did not know how to be victors. Unable to govern as victors they became persecutors.
If the Palestinians had bowed their heads and faced defeat they would have raised them to their own rescue. If from the beginning they had taken four wives, and rejected paper money for gold dinar and silver dirham they would now be the demographic victors of the land and massively wealthy. Even the kafir Germany and Japan knew how to be defeated and look at them today!
As for the two technical monarchies, Jordan and Arabia, both are the drunken creation of Winston Churchill, as such they are puppets, now, de facto but never de jure.
A further dimension to bear in mind is that, true to the political adage, the extremes meet, the doctrine that placed the Ibn Saud family in power was founded on a denial of Khilafa, which they had refused, Salafism insisting that there had only been four. Here it is vital to grasp that Shiism and Salafism are politically identical since both reject the obligation to have a living ruler over the Muslims.
The great European Qadi and Faqih, Imam al-Qurtubi, explains in his Ahkam: Allah declares (2:30):
I am putting a Khalif on the earth.

This ayat is sound evidence for having a leader and a Khalif who is obeyed so that he will be a focus for the cohesion of society, and the rulings of the Khalifate will be carried out. None of the Imams of the Community disagree about the obligatory nature of having such a leader, except for what is related from as-Asamm (lit. the Deaf), who lived up to the meaning of his name and was indeed deaf to the Sharia, and those who take his position who say that the Khalifate is permitted rather than mandatory if the Community undertakes all their obligations on their own without the need for a ruler to enforce them.
The Companions agreed to make Abu Bakr Khalif after the disagreement which took place between the Muhajirun and the Ansar. If it had been a definite obligation that the ruler had to be from Quraysh, there would have been no point in the argument and debate which took place.
When Abu Bakr died, he delegated the task of being Khalif to Umar and no-one said that it was not mandatory. Its obligatory nature indicates that it is one of the pillars of the Deen which supports the Muslims. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. So, already we have begun to discover the Islam of our heritage and future.
Nevertheless, we have started with the highest matter, but it is not our immediate task but rather an orientation that will lead to it. What we now take on is the rejection of those elements in the Deen who reject it thus joining hands with the external enemy, the Shia, whose anti-Khalif doctrine is their foundation.
The Salafi (Wahhabis) say that Islam is over, after the beginning.
The Shia say that Islam has never been, awaiting the end.
The Salafi whip everybody who is not one of them.
The Shia whip themselves.
Once we have established that behind the emergent dictatorships in the Arab terrain lay the doctrines of atheism and socialism it is not surprising that it ended up with Assad, Saddam, Mubarak, Ghaddafi and Ibn Ali. Sons of Nasser, politically speaking, meant they were sons of Stalin. Stalins massacres were on his own people at least Hitler massacred others!
This forces us to ask a new question How could the Arabs your grandfathers turn from the Deen al-Haqq to a false religion whose actions negated their high rhetoric? To get to the answer we have still to clear up the debris of recent historical events in order to arrive at clarity. Standing in our way has been the acceptance of kafir dogmas as if they were both scientific and evolutionary truths.
One: Democracy. It simply no longer means anything, least of all what it props up in its name. It now means a two-party or multi-party system of politicians elected by a universal franchise (Bernard Shaws anybody ruled by everybody!) Yet that party are under a fiduciary contract system that only allows, after screening, those who will obey the oligarchy of wealth. Ownership of corporate wealth, commodities, banks none of these are chosen by franchise but by inheritance. The previous oligarchy were removed by land and death duties. Now they are gone the banking elite generously call for removal of inheritance tax for they have become the heritors.
Democracy is in political terms the subjugation of the masses. Again and again the masses demonstrated against nuclear arms but

Almost unanimously the British people opposed the Iraq War and yet one psychologically damaged Premier underwrote it, dragging Parliament and people into the tragedy of Iraq which saw the deaths of British Soldiers on a daily basis, and extended in Afghanistan still does.

Rights, properly speaking, can only be given by a ruler who commands both regulation and punishment. He can enforce where it is done and he can punish where it is not done. For example in the early Middle Ages the chivalric knights imposed rights forcing the Monarch to sign the Magna Carta, or Great Charter. Its key rights were the backbone of domestic law from then, 1245, until the democratic ruler Blair abolished it in 2001-2004. Now with a mythic international community there is neither command nor punishment relative to any action.
Three: The world technological project the compulsive, unlimited and unreasoned drilling, selling and consuming of fossil fuels is controlled entirely through a set of inter-locking corporations which in turn interface with the world masses by the use of paper currencies and bonds, themselves worthless, thus rendering the masses both helpless and obliged to go on drilling, distributing and burning until the point of exhaustion is reached. Exhaustion being, that means, when the earth is barren and the moneys mathematic has collapsed.
Four: Education has been transferred from a programme of learning about life, history, languages, scientific method, to a programme to equip men to serve in the commercial market of business, that is the elite of the slave class.

Once that has been confronted we can begin to discover what has been hidden from you for forty years, forty years of kafir dictatorship and forty years of distortion. What distortion? The altering of the Deen by the removal of its existentially necessary patterns of behaviour until it was offered to you as a two form deal.
Deal One a private religion that accepted everyones position and did not challenge capitalism and banking. Good Muslim.
Deal Two follow a probably now dead rebel, ex-CIA agent brought up a Salafi, as leader, unknown, hidden and without governance or counsel, calling to the Shia Ismaili practice of suicide fighters and these suicide rebels obedient to a man who would train them and send them to their death so that he, presumably, could stay alive. Ayyuhal-Walad! Lesson Three - Syria

At the end of our last Lesson the question was posed: is the policy of the U.S. to create a Shia dominant Middle East for the dual purpose of abolishing Islam and assuring a no-Khalif memorial religion open to banking capitalism? This problem still faces us.
Lebanon has already demonstrated that a concordance between the two religions (Islam and Shiism) cannot work. It is now under the control of the Shia. From it, the Palestinian entity has been destroyed, split in two, one side mafia-based and the other openly converted to Shiism.
Jordan, too is split. The mass are modernist but devoid of an Aqida and a Fiqh, while the Rulership openly espouses oneworldist movements and has issued a Declaration accepting the Shia as if it could subsist within Islam. Shiism is not a cancer in the body of Islam, it was a wart which fell off, hence its name.
Bahrain we have identified as an anomaly. Since the rulers are too weak, bearing as they do a calamitous history, they can only do one of two things, submit to the kafir capitalist doctrine of counting people as numbers and give the country over to the Shia, or ask Arabia to annex the territory, thus rescuing the arithmetic. I do not, cannot propose the Maliki Islamic solution. Declare the State Islamic, thus preventing non-Muslims holding office and at the same time charge the Shia Jizya assuring them protection alongside the jews and christians. Now there is tolerance at its limit! This would have to be preceded by introducing a collected Zakat.
Iraq clearly is the tragic victim of the Arab move from Islam to numbers capitalism. In place of a corrupted Muslim dictatorship (let us not forget Saddam died on his Shahadah) has come a numerically based Shia regime, itself profoundly corrupt. In the case of Iraq we must refer to our opening dilemma. Did the Americans MEAN this to happen, or are they more ignorant that we give them credit?
Now Syria. Syria lies at the heart of Islamic history. In Damascus is the great Ummayyad Mosque. It is the burial-place of the Shaykh al-Akbar ibn al-Arabi. It was a jewel of the Osmanli Dawlet. During the Arab peoples descent into madness it fell under the curse of socialist atheism and was conquered by the Baathist regime alongside Iraq. The result of this disaster was the enthroning of the mountain tribe of Alawites led by Hafez al-Assad. Under their tyranny one attempt at liberation was mounted but failed tragically. Assad ordered the massacre of over 20,000 men, women and children. The Shia regime was then ensconced in a daily reign of terror. 10,000 people have vanished without trace. Here there is absolutely no question about a people wanting democracy. No question about them wanting a living wage. No question about them opposing corruption. The people of Syria want to live, simply live, and live as a Muslim society.

The future of world Islam is dependent on the liberation of Kashmir, the liberation of the Uighurs, and the liberation of the great Muslim nation of Syria. As of today only King Muhammad VI of Morocco has had the courage to expel the Shia and now they are working hard to destroy him using the current doctrines of democracy. Very soon now King Abdullah in Riyadh is going to have to wake up and seek better counsel. by Shaykh Dr. Abdalqadir as-Sufi - 20/03/2011 In the collapse of the three approved Mediterranean regimes we can recognise not some synchronic urge to freedom and democracy but rather the triggered response of the masses to the signals of the banking elite. It takes only a shimmer of intellect to identify a scripted scenario being imposed on the impoverished Arab hordes. Jane Arden, the famous feminist of late 20th century England, called it The Other Side of the Underneath, not what the fractured psyche imposed on itself but rather what outer events imposed on that broken self. With Bahrain we are in a whole different movie. Its a costume movie. It is about power and it is about how masked, black robed women govern from below. It is part Freud and part Genet, by that I mean it involves both the Freudian model of family crisis (the Oedipal fixation) and the false dramatisation of using mourning to dominate events (the Genet theatre). I mean, therefore, the presence of the psychological syndrome called Shia, that anti-Islam that denies Khilafa and meritocracy in preference for genetic inheritance and at the same time a threatened end to events, punishing the existing world. For the core of the Shia religion is its denial of political power while claiming a necessity to overthrow existing power, promising an apocalyptic revenge at the end of time. In other words, the denial of present leaders because of their usurpation of a genetic inheritance. The Khalifate belonged to the father and the orchard belonged to the mother, that is Ali ibn Abi Talib is the wronged and murdered inheritor of power and his wifes real estate has been confiscated. Their sons have been assassinated and the mourning over one (Hussein) has become a tenet of the new anti-religion. The family are the disinherited to the twelfth generation, all assassinated, all perfect and all to be mourned until the twelfth who becomes suspended, a living dead, with a promise to put everything right at the end of the world bring social justice when it will surely be too late. In this new religion the enemy is Islam. Its followers revive themselves not only by ritual mourning of its martyred dead but by cursing the eminent leadership of Islams first days the wives of the Messenger, blessings and peace be upon him, and the almost total majority of the Companions, including those mentioned in Hadith as having been promised the Garden in the Next World. Its major holy day is Ashura when Hussein was killed in battle against the Muslims. In the judgment of Europes greatest Islamic jurisprudent, Qadi Abu Bakr ibn Arabi of Granada: Hussein was killed with the sword of his grandfather, i.e. the Prophet, meaning he died a rebel against Islam. The religion took its name from a Quranic term indicating splitting from the people of the truth, thus, from the beginning it meant not a sect, not an innovation, not certainly a true elevation but rather, an end. A break. An otherness. Over the centuries the Muslims have tried to find accommodation with them, have conferred, conceded and even apologised. It has been met consistently by rejection and even punishment. Hiding behind its new doctrine of Taqiya it tells its followers that lying and dissembling to Muslims is a moral virtue. They, not we, preclude any chance of dialogue once one party considers lying a virtue of their case. At the heart of the Shia religion lies the broken family. Yet if the father is murdered, disinherited, and his sons dethroned from power, the mother is elevated to a mystical role of preserver and guardian of the wronged lineage. The pretended descendants of Ali are raised up as an inner elite, Sayyids, bearing special turbans, and claiming financial aid. Fatima is the protecting holy mother of the martyred sons. She is in an eternal mourning passed on to Shia women in sacred perpetuity. This is the black choddor with its slit-eye mask. This is the uniform of the Shia power elite, like the black uniform of Hitlers S.S. The black uniform is a Shia creation and the degree to which it has spread in our time and in the Middle East is a proof of how much Shia influence has extended among Muslims since the fall of the Khalifate. It significantly has become a political issue among the non-Zakat practising extremists who today pose as defenders of the Deen. In Surat an-Nur (24:30-31) we find the key text.

Say to the muminun that they should lower their eyes and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Allah is aware of what they do. Say to the mumin women that they should lower their eyes and guard their private parts and not display their adornments except for what normally shows and draw their head-coverings across their breasts. The first thing we must observe in these two Ayats is that they begin in the same way, with Allah the Exalted instructing the Messenger, may Allah bless him and give him peace, as follows:

Say to the mumin women... This indicates that it is a strong, Divinely ordained Sunna. It is not a law with punishment or reward attached to it. Important to us is the phrase from the second Ayat which specifies: except for what normally shows We find in Ibn Atiyya that he relates how Asma bint Abu Bakr was with her sister Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, when the Messenger entered, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. When his wife questioned about the correctness of her dress, the Prophet indicated that she should be covered except and he mimed the hands and the face. This permits us to say that the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, gave indication about modesty by covering, in accordance with the Quranic stricture except for what normally shows . This allows us to say that the covering of the face is not an Islamic practice, but more seriously is a defiance of the indication of our Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The Muslim Community cannot be led into a frivolous and futile struggle at the hands of men and women who do not know what the Deen of Islam is in the first place. Allah the Exalted has declared in Surat Al Imran (3:32):

Say, Obey Allah and the Messenger. Then if they turn away, Allah does not love the kafirun. So it is that when we talk of trouble in Bahrain we are not talking the dialectic of bankers democracy versus dictatorship. The issue here is fundamental to our position as Muslims. It is not soluble within the modalities of the current absolutist world system of capitalism. In capitalism money has no intrinsic worth (like gold of feathers). Currency basically is numbers. These numbers can be given new (Euro) or old (Dollar) names, yet they are computed as numbers. Human beings in the capitalist system are regarded identically. They are no longer even men and women. Humans have been named citizens and this term has already given way to the term debtor. They have no intrinsic value (belief that is higher than the computable), they are statistics. The beginning of this rule was established in 1947 with the partition of India. Up until that moment a nation was measured by a zone of land allotted to a people. In 1947 the new world order emerged when it imposed its new philosophy. A whole people were allotted a land. It was determined by numbers. The principle blinded the world to the purpose. Its purpose was to assure India was not Muslim but Hindu. So powerful was this passion that they permitted a whole people to be denied the new system. If it was a matter of counting heads then Kashmir could claim independence. Of course India has never submitted to a Referendum I mean of the whole subcontinent. In short the issue was the granting of a state to the Muslims. The deciding principle was that this should be measured by counting heads. This revealed the contradiction between purpose and method. Kashmir revealed the illogicality of the politique. A division of India to give Muslims a state would have necessitated a return to the status quo ante, that is prior to the British conquest, the Mughal Empire. There could only be a Muslim state where there had historically been one on the land, Delhi, Ajmer, from Lucknow to Hyderabad. In the matter of its past Bahrain is quite grisly. In the third century Hijra a messianic Ismaili group set up a proto-communist state, starting in Kufa they set up rule with their capital in al-Hasa. The Qarmatians set up a rule of terror. They lived off raiding the Hajjis en-route to Makkah. In 906 they massacred 22,000 Hajjis. Under Abu Tahir al-Jannabi they sacked Makkah in 930. They filled Zam-Zam with corpses and took the Black Stone to Bahrain. Bahrain became the seat of the Qarmatian Mahdi from Isfahan who abolished the Shariat and the Qibla, making any fire a qibla as in Zoroastrianism. In 976 the Abbasids recovered Bahrain for Islam but had to face another Shia revolt in 1058 from the Abd al-Qays tribe. In the 14th century Ibn Battuta found the people of the region to be Shia extremists. By the 15th century the Jabrid dynasty brought back Islam and the school of Imam Malik. In 1791 the al-Khalifis moved into Bahrain. In 1820 they were supported by treaty arrangements with Britain. As Britain, ruined by World War Two and debt to the USA, tottered out of the region they yielded the territories piece by piece, but the greed of the Emirate states ended up leaving out Bahrain. It became the State of Bahrain on December 16, 1971. Almost immediately it became the headquarters of the U.S. 6th Fleet. The Gulf Security Council was the anti-Iranian defence instrument. Bahrain made a free-trade agreement with the U.S. in 2004. The underneath of Bahrain is that one look at the map shows that if the US, impoverished as it is, is to survive it needs that jutting piece of land called Bahrain.

The other side of the underneath is that there is more to being people than being integers in a Great Game of politics. The safety of the Arab Peninsula is a matter of absolute importance for the worlds Muslims. Bahrain poses the question which we, the Muslims, must decide: Is the long-term view of the U.S. vis--vis its world policy that Iran must be broken (the current discourse), or is it that the U.S. prefers a no-Khalif (that is no rulership) zone with its masses dulled by apocalyptic anxieties and un-interested in the issue of Riba? A religion itself anti-religion but using the name of Islam, a system with conflicting theological schools and puritanical culture, too busy keeping the women in black bags and its holy city a necropolis of mourning, Kerbala. It can always be controlled and broken (which it loves) and put in mourning minority phase while its majority can be captured by sexual mores like in America, plus movies and rock. Is the Shia system the instrument to bring these masses into capitalism and finish, as they themselves desire, self-flagellating and cursing, the pure Deen al-Haqq once and for all? What I say is not an attack on Shia men and women. As a Sufi I know that not a single one does believe it or can defend it. It is a politique. It has its own psychology and it is not healthy. A Shia can be cured. Look at the politically active Bahrainis note their hysteria, their choddored women denied their true power, and the sobbing frustrated youth. Darkness. Allah the Exalted says in Surat Al-Isra (17:81):
Say: Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Falsehood is always bound to vanish. * * * * * * * * * *
The underneath of Bahrain is that one look at the map shows that if the US, impoverished as it is, is to survive it needs that jutting piece of land called Bahrain.'

DICTATORSHIP DEFINED. In a dictatorship there is no political freedom. Dissent is punished with removal from society prison, torture, dungeon and death. There is basic economic freedom since the State is the sole proprietor of wealth.
DEMOCRACY DEFINED. In a democracy there is no economic freedom. You are a citizen in a set of similar democratic States. Being a citizen means you are a debtor. You are responsible for the national debt, e.g. a Mauritanian child born in the desert enters life owing his share of the national debt, thus is born into the world owing an unpayable sum of thousands of euros. You are free to change your political representative but, apart from his governmental taxes on you, he in turn has no power. He must keep you from rising up protest you are granted but not violent protest then you must be crushed. That is the status quo. When the banks fail, losing millions, you must bail them out. In doing this it is perceived that you, the masses, have become (thanks to democracy) passive and

BANKERS DEFINED. The bankers, called by Proudhon, the Sect, are a mystical fraternity of atheists. They operate a usury system lending at interest, using not substantive, i.e. real wealth, but rather in the first instance paper currency, itself a receipt for real wealth. Their power grew, and it has been growing since the French Revolution and the English de-empowering of its monarchy when it banished the legislative monarchs and replaced them with German obedient gentry.
World War II and its aftermath, coming as it did with the computer-based transformation of global information, saw a vital evolutionary jump in practice and power. The financial system had in effect abandoned currency (the paper document promising payment) and simply functioned on the numbers of any given currency and its transfer from global point A to global point B. The money was no longer even a numerical sum, but rather that electronic impulse flashing between two computers. In other words, the bankers ruled by magic. They controlled the political class the latter knew their appointment was due not to the masses but the media (which the bankers owned) and their prior obedience to the fiduciary programme.
At present the bankers have found that the political class are even more servile than they had imagined. Once the politicians revealed their servility by bailing out the financial systems collapse the bankers struck. Now, they said, look at this mess. We must clean up the market-place. The truth is you, the political class, owe us vast fortunes in national debts. Time to pay. Rename it the deficit the amount owing and clearly you must pay. In one move, the bankers (a system, yes, but run by the priesthood of the system) were a giant step nearer the logical and mathematical end of their religion one bank, no currency, and all mankind debtors.
The move to collecting the deficit followed the bankers financial meltdown over twenty trillion dollars people were too traumatised now they had to, had to pay their dues. No-one was in a state to ask where did the money go? Had it simply vanished? Does that mean it was never there in the first place?
The so-called deficit crisis continued the degrading and enslaving of the masses.
The myth of recovery receded before the near-total cuts of social services which formed the basis of civic society. To give the bankers new vitality they needed new customers. They needed several million new clients to allow their continued move to world dominance and to keep their elite, rich and rewarded. For example in mid deficit-crisis Britain, Barclays Bank awarded its boss nine million pounds bonus, following a public outcry, the boss (with the deathless name of Mr Diamond!) humbly said that in tune with other peoples problems he would only take six million!
Ya Walad!
And this, is where you come in. The bankers ask: Now where can we get our hands on tens of millions of new bank customers? New, young, wanting democracy, i.e. debtorship without dictators, and with it we can import drugs, rock and roll, sexual liberation and even fashion. Of course along the littoral of the Mediterranean, there they lie, unemployed, tyrannised and blessedly free of Islamic teaching which might expose the evil nature of our fiduciary plans!

Libya, Egypt, Tunisia - Into the Trap

There is no such thing as breaking news. The media myth of atheist capitalism is that we live in a perpetual continuum. In that way we are distracted from the active doctrine of compound interest which dooms us to debtorship, one that is based on the passage of time and that time unmeasured by the anxiety of the debtors.
Events, equally, do not happen. They are immeasurable. The tsunami is meaningless, and without contours. There is in it the young couple drowned at their wedding, the baby saved floating on a tree trunk, and the recorded comment of the Head of the World Bank: Theres a billion in this for us!
When three dictatorships in North Africa implode almost simultaneously, and when the media talk drunkenly of an awakening to democracy, freedom and modernity it is time to stop. Stop and reject. The event has not happened, having no reality. However, there are the effects of events, which resonate with reality, and let us later reflect that something happened. The meaning always emerges later. Even then, the understanding does not emerge from the event, but from that setting which for us enframes it.
Rumi told us that when a King dies an event to the family it is tragedy and loss of status, while to the amnestied prisoner it is joy and a recovery of status.
What happened on the Muslim littoral of the Mediterranean? What may result from it?
The given, which we can confirm, is that the Muslim population of three countries all rose against dictatorship: Tunisia after 20 years, Egypt after 30 years, and Libya after 40 years. This means that someone born 20 years ago in Tunisia, 30 years ago in Egypt and 40 years ago in Libya has lived without knowledge of Islam and under the States diktat that Islam is the enemy of society. Arab States without Islam lifetimes lived inside the persecution of Islam. Their dictators all began their term with approval and acclaim by the masses. Since the State openly viewed Islam as an enemy each had a programme of torture and execution of Muslim activists and scholars. This is not to suggest Islam-ists and potential terrorists were the victims. On the contrary the assassinated scholars were proposing the simple Deen as understood by Ibn Ashir, Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani and Ibn Juzayy.
The dictators did not fall fully indoctrinated against Islam out of a clear desert sky. They, in turn, were an effect. A result. The result of an infective miasma. As the viral destroyer survives, and indeed is, the zone of toxicity, so the Arab sickness saw from its swamps emerge the full fever inducing destroyer called atheist socialism. In a month that has seen the spectacle of politicians agonising over the suffering of the Libyan people and wailing their interminable surrealist doxology of human rights, a year in the ongoing slaughter of the Kashmiri race and people has passed in absolute silence. Now well over ten thousand dead and un-numbered maimed and tortured by the cow and rat worshipping pagans of India has produced not one word of concern let alone compassion from the despicable political servants of banking capitalism.

The Political Class in Crisis

Across the world the formulaic system designed to free banking programmes from state control is in crisis. Everywhere the political class are despised and distrusted. Everywhere the myth of government as representational is exposed. The majority of citizens in the so-called democracies are against the Afghan war yet each country in the pretended coalition finds its government backing what it insists is a necessary war. Both Iraq II and Afghanistan III have exposed the political class to disgrace. The democratic systems adherence to the rule that the politicians decree the war and the soldiers do the dying is itself the profound cause of democracys collapse. Cowards should not direct wars. Anyone wishing to experience nausea in its most acute form need only listen to a politician expressing his grief and or gratitude at the deaths of soldiers.
Just as it seemed that the British parliament could not plunge deeper into shame along came the fragmented government of Cameron/Clegg. Optimistically wanting to argue against anarchy one supported the Conservatives over and against the post-Blair ruin of Labour. Anything else, it seemed, had to offer a respite from social disintegration. Looking back, at least Labours foreign secretary, David Milliband, had the courage to see Bombay as a bi-product of Indias refusal to recognise Kashmirs right to its own democracy. When the lone gunman left alive at the end of the Bombay carnage was told to Surrender or die, he memorably replied, We die every day! He meant of course, Kashmir.
Today, we have the truly tragic spectacle of a British Prime Minster turning his back on: 1. 2. 3. The important segment of the British electorate that has come from Pakistan. The persecuted people of Kashmir, denied the sacred practices of democracy and self-determination. The terrible responsibility of Britain in the disastrous Partition of 1947 and the deceptions of that division.

Let us observe the flight path of the British Prime Minister in what may prove to have been a more fatal one than that of Chamberlain from London to Munich. Cameron flew from Washington to Delhi and returned waving a piece of paper, declaring, Contracts in our time!
Treachery was piled on ignorance. Treachery to the large Muslim population of Britain. Ignorance of the true state of India whose millions live in abject poverty while a tiny oligarchic minority hold the countrys wealth, and its army practises genocide on hill tribes by the simple pretext of calling them maoist in order to strip the hills of mineral wealth.
The Camerons journey first stop was Washington, where, to the horror of patriot Britons, he announced that Britain was a junior partner of the U.S.A. Cameron has declared Britain is Lolita to the U.S. Humbert Humbert. He left America under marching orders from his paedophilic master.
In Turkey he suddenly said he supported Turkeys entry into Europe - a meaningless concept while the pound itself is not in Europe. Britain and Europe are in irrevocable decline. Turkey is the second country after China in terms of wealth expansion. No mention of Turkeys historical claim to Cyprus or of Greeces bankruptcy. Did he not know that Turks look on Pakistan and Afghans as brothers? After grovelling about in Ankara he headed for Delhi. In Turkey, a most sophisticated business community, it would be folly to invest West when all wealth and future lies East.
The pronouncement of Cameron in Delhi was truly a major blunder. The High Commissioner for Pakistan in London called it unfortunate and blamed his inexperience, although that meant ignorance. If his coat was American, he might at least have removed the price tag.
In the midst of his debacle the leakage of documents on Afghanistan seemed clearly a desperate ploy to get the American masses turned loose as they were in the final stages of the Vietnam war. The attacks inside the documents are dis-information, slandering and denouncing important Pakistani figures whom they fear.
It is time to insist on British withdrawal from Afghanistan. This should be accompanied by a rising call from the anti-war movement and the families of dead soldiers insisting that Ministers join the army and go to the front line. There is nothing, absolutely nothing to be gained for Britain in this war, led by the country with the deepest hatred for Britain in its history, the U.S.A.

Muslims and the Collapse of the Political Class

When the first great European historian wrote The Peloponnesian War around 400 BC he explained its purpose:
I shall be content if it is judged useful by those who will want to have a clear understanding of what happened and such is the human condition, will happen again at some time in the same or a similar pattern. Now that we have arrived at the point where the collapse of the political class is not only visible but finally grasped by the ignorant masses, it is vital that the Muslim intellectual elite in whose hands the future is inevitable, coming as they do with a new nomos, that is post-capitalist and theistic, should base their actions on an understanding of why the old order collapsed.
When the Earl of Essex rose against the State of the aging Queen Elizabeth, it was not the personalised conflict of the ambitious favourite and the aged virgin Queen. It was the political crossroads between the two possible foundations of state power the personal rule against the structuralist State. It was Essex versus the Cecils, but the latter represented the model of a State governed by a political class. Essex was executed, personal rule went under and the modern State was born. Blair, the last dictator of the British political system brought the Cecilian system to an end before sending the country to a war without benefit but which has brought him a personal fortune of millions of dollars of brokering Iraqi oil contracts. His abolition of the House of Lords saw its demise being at least delayed by Viscount Cranbourne, the last of the Cecils!
With Essex dead 400 years the issue has been reborn. With the disintegration of the capitalist wealth system, the political framework which upheld it is disgraced also. In one of his most important letters Essex wrote to the Earl of Rutland:

Now, while it is abundantly clear that the politicians are the scum of the human species, and that their age is effectively over, anarchy is not in our interest. The present duty of the, alas, uneducated urban masses is to steer a calm course into a doomed future while working intensely to build a new model of society devoid of the capitalist institutions, instruments and personnel. In the first monetary crisis of post-War Britain with the ruling financial and banking system still insecure, they did not dare risk a socialist government. To break the old two party system logic, rendered merely technical once Opposition now meant, ideologically, an opposite financial doctrine, the logical solution was to split the Labour vote. To this end the financiers set up a rogue politician, Clive Jenkins, to re-create the ruined Liberal Party as The Liberal Democrats. It was to break the mould of two party politics. What it did, was what it was intended to do, break Labour and put in a Conservative Party which was in fact a new breed of trained monetarists. Jenkins, the ex-socialist, was elevated to the peerage. The Liberal-Democrats had been financed by a raft of oligarchs, led principally by Lord Rothschild!
For a second time the now terrified financial oligarchy have seen fit to play the brokers card Lib-Dem.
This time it can give Parliament an impotised Government that dare not oppose banking reform, robbed as it will be of legislative power. The Hung Parliament all middle and no extremes will assure the rise of extremist groups. It will weaken the Monarchy the last Henrician gift of religion protecting the State and this will lift the only protection the Muslim community can count on inside the State. It will also licence the extremist republican right whose prime target is Islam and the Muslims.
It follows from this that choice is not available. The Sky Television, poll manipulated decision is something thinking Muslims cannot afford. Forget personalities, forget parties. The issue is survival. For the Muslim population the only way to a safe immediate future is to support Cameron Conservativism and the weak but potentially strong Monarchy. If not them, then the demise of functioning government the centre cannot hold, mere anarchy is loosed upon the world as Yeats foresaw, and a bleak atheist future.

In 2002, Dilawar died after being suspended in the air for four days. No charge had been brought against him. The autopsy report noted that his legs had doubled in volume.
Hajj Gul Rahman was imprisoned in 2006 because he was found to have a Kalashnikov in his car. He is still in Bagram.
Bagram, on the American military base in north-west Kabul, does not appear on the map.
Contrary to Guantanamo no journalist can enter its two concrete hangars. No exterior observer, no Red Cross inspector is permitted to enter the special centre of detention where the very high value prisoners are interrogated.
The prisoners call it the black jail.

According to an army spokesman, Stephen Clutter, today Bagram houses 750 prisoners, including 30 non-Afghans and 5 minors!
After protests from President Karzai, an Afghan judge was allowed to examine the prison dossiers.
Judge Sayid Sharif Sharif noted his shock at the stench, like a zoo which came from the cages.
Of the 600 cases he was allowed to see he immediately declared 200 to be innocent, imprisoned by judicial error.
With the increased contingent of the U.S. Army has come a large increase in the number of Bagram inmates.

The Afghan Disaster - The Hung Parliament

The unquestioned, unprotested passivity of the British masses, beneath the yoke of an uneducated and incapable government, has led to the unobserved collapse of the parliamentary system.
The media, both press and television, are clearly indifferent to the daily deaths of young Britons in the Afghan killing-fields, preferring to report the world of film awards and the fornication of footballers.
The failure of our civic institutions is threefold.
One the Monarchy, weakened by its own weakness, has failed in its duty. When Parliament faced crisis once before, George V applied the Royal Prerogative and imposed on Britain its first socialist government. Now with a shipwrecked administration under a blind and powerless Prime Minister, the Monarch has failed to apply that Prerogative and free up the log-jam of a paralysed political system.
Two the Bellocian critique of Parliament is now demonstrable, i.e. that there is not a two-party system of dynamic opposition, but one ruling political class headed by the Front Benches of Ministers and Shadow Ministers. The two protagonists are in fact allied. The reason Camerons Conservatives have not swept away the collapsed Labour regime is that they have backed the same wars.
Three which follows from this. Parliament has dragged Britain down in a war which has absolutely no benefit in it for the country. Neither land, nor commodities, nor power. The British people have been forced to send their young men to help prop up the dying and bankrupt disaster of the end game of American democracy. Wealth, expansion and success lie in the East and we have been enmeshed in the burial rites of the West. If the Conservative Opposition does not openly declare an end to our suicidemission in Afghanistan pull out the troops it will not deserve appointment to rule. Then it is made to seem to disappear. It began to dawn on people. The money had never been there in the first place.

Modern society came into being with two defining events: the abolition of the family and the abolition of a two-tiered community of men and women. The act which determined the end of the natural era personal governance over the community of men and women was the beheading of King Louis XVI as well as his wife, not as Queen but as woman, Marie Antoinette. The vicious misogynism of the Revolutionaries from the 'chaste' ideologues Robespierre and St Just to the whoring Danton effectively ended the role of women by the redefinition of men and women as 'citizens' once equal, of course, they were no longer two but one. The woman who proposed 'The Rights of Women' was promptly guillotined and her fellow feminist locked for life in an insane asylum. It was a woman, Charlotte Corday, who stabbed the most notorious Revolutionary, Marat, in his bath.
The abolition of the family followed logically. It was the base unit of the natural society and as such represented the private (natural) bank. Nature's work was over. The Golden Louis of the monarchic (personal rule) epoch was over. The Paper Assignat was the new (mathematical coding) instrument of wealth. The christian priests were de-structured as guardians of natural wealth and the bankers took on the new secular priesthood. Smashing the validity of the family unit demanded a radical re-alignment of humanity. As the bankers took over wealth as their domain they had to substitute another wealth-system to take its place. Financial freedom (from debt) was replaced with sexual freedom, and for it to be absolute it had to remain the free choice of the citizen. It was no longer man and woman, it could be man and man or woman and woman. Extending this position logically to child as partner failed to convince the mass of humans but guaranteed that the option would be taken up in significant numbers assuring a mass criminal market of child abuse.
In order to govern the humans it was essential and logical that the ruling class should be devoid of the old nature-based system. Despite the advances in the new biological sciences, that is DNA evidence, governance could not be genetically inherited. Equally a man could not govern he might seize power and 'abolish' the Revolution's values. Nor a woman govern she might restore heredity and install her son. In order to insure the continuity of capitalist democracy the governing class had to be pure citizens without future power inheritance. There she stands nodding confirmation of his lie, knowing it is a lie. A fit character to speak for America in its final state of collapse as a world power. In Pakistan she is to be seen at the tomb of Iqbal, hands in du'a supplication. It's all part of the job like nodding to Clinton's lie.

Conspiracy Practice
In popular parlance conspiracy theory has been carefully groomed and defined as a symptom of a private psychosis. Any suggestion that the outward structuration of nation states, international organisations and government bureaucracies does NOT govern the world along with the suggestion that there is a hidden power system linking all events in a secret scheme of world governance via inaccessible institutions clearly marks a person as the victim of a paranoid fantasy. What gives that particular madness its allure is that it disturbingly touches on vital aspects of modern society that, nevertheless, simply do not add up. It is a precarious step from recognising that almost all the major American and European banking institutions are in the hands of jewish families to being convinced that they are bent on world domination. The first construct is true but the second is fantasy. There is the little matter of the Chinese a chill reality that puts paid to the zionist fantasy.
Taking, then, as our starting-point that Conspiracy Theory is abhorrent to the rational mind, let us look at the most disturbing face of modern society that is the nature and condition and programmation of modern state and inter-state dynamics. The pivotal law of modern life is that the more the social system is engineered, structured and complexified the more the free-acting individual can control it and manipulate it.
A critical point of understanding totalitarianism came after World War Two when a German historian realised that the power, and flaw, of the Third Reich was that there existed a dysjunction between the complex and detailed structures of the state and the role and person of the dictator, Adolf Hitler. He had, as it were, no connection with the Nazi regime. Of course, far from implying that he was not the active principle, the implication was even more disturbing. It was his separate 'otherness' which was the governing element of his total control. This model of power is borne out as valid when applied to Stalin's epoch of genocide in Russia.
However, perhaps the greatest deception in modern thinking of political modalities is that the totalitarian state is in opposition to the democratic state. This is a radical failure to understand technique. Every modern state by definition is totalitarian.
An 'undeveloped' state, a 'third world' state, is simply a state with a primitive system of information technology which is not backed up by a complex all-embracing bureaucracy interlinking judiciary, police, security, taxation and administration. Once that level is achieved then that state needs to have 'someone' the other states' leaders can talk to no decision-making takes place but among 'heads of state', Assemblies are for ratification not initiation.
All remnants of collegiate decision-making or consular influence those bodies erected by monarchic governance and aristocratic limitations, preventing folly and protecting the individual all these have been swept aside following the forced and urgent legislation in the democracies following the demolition of two skyscrapers in New York at the turn of the millennium. Again, it is not necessary to yield to the paranoid view of the Conspiracy clan to arrive at the recognition that following the destruction of the Twin Towers the remaining tradition of justice inherited from the monarchic European past was obliterated. Now, once this is grasped, it must urgently be recognised that, following 'the Fhrer Principle', the modern leader can, like the lonely paranoid bourgeois with his Bilderberg, world dominance fantasies, be in Shakespeare's phrase 'by some vicious mole of nature in him', assailed by the paranoid conviction that he, as leader of his state, is facing a vast international conspiracy and challenge. His private psychosis can without interruption and there is no political interventive power in modern governments act against an imagined enemy. His response however will be to activate the whole repressive and tyrannical power of technology allied to an undecodably complex set of laws and protocols which in the end license and legalise war, genocide, torture, rendition and secret location imprisonment as well as liquidation.
Given the triggered paranoia of British and American leaders they cannot, by the nature of that paranoia, take civil or collegiate advice. They are driven to seek their safety with the forces of the police, and not the civic, because public and normal, but the security apparatus which need not it will insist must not tell the people what it is doing.

The fascist Spanish General Mola of Franco's army introduced a key political concept in saying that while four columns marched on Madrid a fifth column of republicans were hidden in the city. In Stalin's discourse to the Central Committee, 3 March 1937, he presented the idea of Russia being invaded by a Fifth Column of subversives. Of 12 charged, 10 were given a sentence of less than 4 years, 2 acquitted. Of 7 charged, 1 was given a sentence of less than 10 years, 6 acquitted. Of 3 charged, 2 were given a sentence of less than 20 years, 1 acquitted. No one charged with an offence that would be in excess of 20 years. The main offences were possession of an article for terrorist purposes, membership of a proscribed organisation, and fund raising. These are all offences under the Terrorism Act 2000 (ANI).
The recent case resulting in three guilty sentences relating to a plot to destroy planes using liquid chemical explosion raises serious doubts. The three guilty parties are highly unconvincing as young intellectuals capable of the scientific knowledge to design these bombs. They seem to be of low education and intelligence. There seems a high probability of the 'missing plotter' now believed to be in Pakistan being an agent provocateur. The propaganda of simulated plane explosions using such a device constantly shown on TV strongly seems to suggest a staged trial. The new English Muslim acquitted may well have been the real target and the whole operation was a botched attempt to dissuade young Britons from entering Islam. If so, his obviously innocent claim has been vindicated by the Court.
Anti-terrorism is now a growth industry, and an over-funded and incompetent Security Service which leeches funds from the overworked, underpaid and underfunded Police Force all points to a country on the edge of terminal decline. Ironically, it is the British Muslim population that alone can revitalise this ancient realm. Alas, too, it is a disgraced government that is fostering a pseudo-national fascism to distract from its total inability to govern.

From 1945 and the Bretton Woods Diktat a categoric split was imposed between politics and economics, or as it was presented between elected bi-party representational government of the State and the 'free' market of commodities and currencies. The taxpaying citizens were expected to pay for social services. Nothing was expected of the financial class. Their profits were for themselves. This resulted in the political system, living off the taxation of the masses, being in fact politically under the power of the financial class. Power and wealth are synonyms power and parliament are antonyms. The resultant two languages, one for 'democracies' and one for finance, left the whole world plunged into ignorance. When the money system collapsed people said, How did you not anticipate collapse? There was no satisfactory answer, for if politics was helpless to act, so also, finance was incapable of thinking.
Since wealth is itself power and since the political class have been unmasked as that urban scum that lives off the detritus of social anarchy it is time to examine our current situation, money and discourse, with one vocabulary.
Our first task is to remove the trivial moral slogans that democracy stitched together after the American conquest of Europe in 1945. Still in operation by the US political class in 2000, the bi-polar moral field of absolute evil versus the forces of good employed by the allies in World War Two plunged us into further wars. As expressed by the US President in his highest intellectual activity the enemy were the Baddies! Re-translated by his in-back power-team the enemy were re-named the Axis of Evil.
Since none of the current protagonists in the power struggle are adherents of religion, as atheists, they have no foundation for these moral imperatives. Today, only the stateless billions of Muslims across the world can measure human actions from a Divine perspective. As Dostoevsky pointed out to a shocked Europe if it denied God's existence, everything was permitted.
In the perspective of today's godless capitalism it must be seen that what has been happening from 1900 until today is a world battle for commodity wealth, activated by worthless number-based finance in its desperate struggle to control commodities to cover its primal bankruptcy. Europe in South Africa began it with British, Dutch and Jews grabbing gold and diamonds from primitive tribesmen. The European expansion exploded at its centre in a second European Thirty Years War from 1914 to 1945. Mass murder was the shared practice of all the participants. The only difference that was discernable was your choice of death. Would you rather be gassed in a gas chamber or incinerated in a fire-bomb engulfed city, or frozen to death on a distant archipelago? Does a higher genocide statistic make you 'more' evil isn't one enough? Auschwitz or Hiroshima?
The political class decreed the mass-murder wars but the financial class necessitated them due to the unavoidable flaw in the capitalist machine the illogical interest function in the rational market activity.
Once these two self-declared separate entities are identified as one integrated system everything demands to be seen and assessed differently.
The 1914-1945 war saw the end not just of the European monarchic national order but of the sovereign State as a differentiated organism in itself. undifferentiated and voiceless, had become the amorphous 'International Community', a passive media-controlled 'thing'.
From 1945 to 2000 the power system now in play at the end of 2009 can be observed. It is an oligarchy controlled and run by the Four Hundred. The Four Hundred are those persons (and families) who jointly, across the globe, operate the banking and stock institutions and instruments of exchange.
The Four Hundred immediately pursued the world programme of merger and acquisitions that entailed, firstly, the absorption of the communist groupings outside the system. The key operation of the new hegemony has known only one massive enemy entity. China. The last sixty years has been the almost uninterrupted programme of war on China.
The war began with the invasion of Korea. It bore all the new lineaments of post-national war. It had to be seen as an activity of the 'free' nations against totalitarianism.
The Coalition was born. It was from then on to be the Four Hundred's instrument of war. The political class in the USA from 1937 to 1945 blundered from wrong judgment to disastrous policy, in the end simply letting communism take over through the sheer inadequacy of State Department officials. The polarisation between China and the US was not merely one among many conflicts of the Cold War, it was at core the evidence which showed that all political programmes were from now on economic doctrines.
With the failure of the remarkable General Chiang Kai-Shek the bitter reality had to be accepted China fell outside the new world order of the Four Hundred. The Generalissimo had been nicknamed in Washington 'General Cash My Cheque'. In vain they might regret that they had not done as he had asked.
Korea was not only the first major US-China conflict, it was also the first to reveal the new power nexus. From within the old nationalist (USA a political entity) forms still surviving from World War Two, General MacArthur was the military chief who fearlessly read the politics of war in military/political terms. He saw what could not yet be confronted the new power situation demanded war, all-out war on first the surrogate, Korea, and then the true antagonist, China. Truman ordered him to halt the 'military' operation to reach a 'political' settlement. MacArthur said that if the US did not see the war to its conclusion then North Korea, itself a limb of China, would come back to challenge the USA. He was right, of course, a nuclear North Korea stands today over the US Asian policy with a threat that keeps the US two moves away from invasion of China. As divided Poland came to delay and lie between Russo-German war, so today does Korea stand as a marker between China and the USA.
The next phase of the war proved a terrible defeat and moral humiliation for the forces again in Coalition fighting Viet Nam. This, even more than Korea, revealed that the Viet Cong were a surrogate for China.
The continuation of that conflict into Cambodia indicated just how cynically the Four Hundred were prepared to destabilise a whole nation in the name of the bankers' ideology. With an enfeebled Britain handing Hong Kong to China on a platter the Four Hundred immediately set up Macao as a capitalist substitute 'island' disguised as an island casino. Already they had sliced out of Malaysia the peninsular banking enclave of Singapore. The Four Hundred had based this on the European model of Luxembourg, a tiny principality consisting of a castle, a garage, and banks but with a national status inside Europe, even boasting a veto on all legislation.
When China invaded Tibet the Dalai Lama was retained as titular negotiator as the US had done before with Chiang Kai-Shek.

By the point at which the bankers' oligarchy moved on Afghanistan their whole system was in jeopardy.
The 'Coalition', now elegantly designed under the rescue model of NATO, had an even more convincing explanation for its war there. They were hunting for the father of Wahhabi terrorism, in fact already dead for several years, Bin Laden, and at war with the demonised Taliban, in reality the national youth of the country waging a war of independence. The Four Hundred had seen that occupation of Afghanistan was, for their survival, absolutely necessary. Afghanistan was needed as what the Greek historian, Thucydides, called an 'EPITEICHISMOS'. As he put it, we can fortify a position in their own territory. That is, take military possession of a country that BORDERS China. Thucydides comments on this tactic: War is not something that proceeds on set rules far from it: for the most part war devises its own solutions to meet any contingency.
Afghanistan is therefore that land base on their (China's) territory from which the Four Hundred oligarchy can set up the next perhaps even ultimate conflict.
Anticipating this and preparing Coalition forces for it, a British General said that the present invasion force would have to stay there for forty years.
Is it not therefore a matter of urgency that we should demand of the Defence Ministers and other relevant politicos an answer to this question? Have the Coalition forces been adequately guaranteed the fulfilment of their natural (and un-natural) sexual needs? Are they suggesting NATO forces are the first occupying army in history without a sexual drive something accentuated by killing?
Are prostitutes to be flown in by the plane-load as Germany did from East Europe for the World Cup? How will the US troops get their legal requirement of youths as they could in America? Will prostitution be run as a state business or privately as capitalism demands? Will the legalised prostitutes pay income tax or a client tax? Will the girls be assured at least trade union status as in Europe?
The Coalition governments can assure the grieving parents that up until their sons' deaths everything was done to cater for their needs.
This is a crucial aspect of the war on Afghanistan as it has been on every protracted war prior to this destruction of a great Muslim people.

Within our system the legal examination of a questioned matter does not begin with the specifics of the event. Let us take one aspect of the Damasian, post brain-based model, and view it in one specific.
It is clear that the species operates in its own environment and lives within a web of social, environmental and personal networks and these criss-crossed lines of contact and communication in their connectedness make up that place-body setting for the thinking process to emerge.
Part of our identity as species over centuries has been that as well as living in communities we have reached a modus vivendi to our mutual benefit that accepts living with and alongside what we have called domesticated animals, primarily cats and dogs, then horses. These living creatures are a vivid and important part of the human us.
The relationship to cats indicates the sophistication and complexity of this tie. Practically, they are hunters of infective rats and mice. Emotionally, they transmit warmth and affection. Aesthetically, their outstanding beauty affects us stroking their fine capilliaried fur lowers our blood pressure, and the Egyptians perceived in them instruments of communing with the unseen. It has been discovered that they emit a sound pitched beyond our conscious hearing when they desire us to feed them. So we feed them not knowing we are responding to a signal. It is this and other webbing of life that passes between us and our dogs and horses also.
Now the modern atheist-materialist Chinese, presently taking over the capitalist world system have to be seen as outside this networked consciousness of the species, thus devoid of an articulated feeling life. The Chinese eat cats, eat dogs but worse than that are cut-off, existentially cut-off, from the kingdom of the animals. Today in China shows are put on for the public to let them watch the big cats, as live prey is released for them to capture and eat. The unnerving thing is not that they want to watch this but that when they see the prey being killed and devoured they roar with laughter and take pictures. They are existentially cut-off from belonging to the cycle of world life. An Uighur scholar said to me: They are a people who have never cooked an egg. At first I failed to grasp his meaning it was, they live without raising chickens, that is, they live a subsistence life prior to the stage of developed homo sapiens.
If this condition is allowed to flourish the end result is that the Chinese state officials can condemn men and women to death IN ORDER TO sell their vital organs to the world market. They can make 10,000 Uighurs disappear and it does not matter. As Dr. Damasio says, Reduction in emotion may constitute an equally important source of irrational behaviour.
What is that issue, that point, that zone where the cracks happen, where the split can be discerned, that allows us to identify the current sickness of mankind? It lies at the heart of christian society its theology. At the moment that the fundamental event of religion was based on a lie, language was betrayed, and thus the rational discourse ended because of it. At the moment the false claim was made that the prophet Jesus ('Issa) had died to save mankind, offering his body as sacrifice, and that it was a divine transaction the lie was declared truth. The supposed declaration at the so-called Last Supper This is my body, broken for you... was presented as divine transaction. The bread and the wine were transubstantiated into Gods body and blood. In other words peasant realism tells them, despite the bishops, that the sacrament celebrated by them is a swindle.
Before we continue to examine the political ramification of this core deception we must observe the truth of this supper of our lord Jesus, prophet and man. Pirandello, with Ibsen the summit of modern dramatic literature, wrote a play in 1920 entitled, Six Characters in Search of an Author.
The play presented a theatre company busy producing a banal popular drama. Onto the empty stage come a family huddled together, carrying their suitcases. An author has created their searing tragedy but left it unresolved. They have come to the theatre to end their drama. As they enact their terrible story it contrasts with the triviality of the actors' play it moves to tragedy. Faced with the violence and suicide enacted by the inner drama the actors call a halt to it. One of the actors calls it all a fantasy another says no, this is reality. The stage manager calls them back to work, complaining, this has wasted a whole morning.
Pirandello considered all his plays to be one opus and called it Maskere Nude, Naked Masks. As such it may be considered the summit of psychiatric thinking. It towers over the writings of Freud. Six Characters in Search of an Author can then be read not just as an examination of the level at which human suffering becomes unbearable, but can be read as the crisis point in politics where mankind imposes its ignored suffering on the capitalist masses.
We can read the six characters not as the dead Afghans but as the ultimate victims the young NATO soldiers dead for a capitalist seizure of an innocent land and people. These fine men, more even than the Afghans themselves, are the dupes and victims of a completely fabricated war.

Media have informed us that the President of the USA is going to deliver a message to the Muslim world. In it he will tell us that the U.S. is not at war with Islam or similar ideas.
Clarification is important. Let us start at the beginning. Firstly, the current President of the USA was foisted on the American people by a sophisticated and structuralist system that cleverly made the pre-arranged person for the job appear to have come from nowhere, sweep away the competing candidates, and emerge with a strong mathematical mandate. The same people had invaded Iraq with only three words Weapons of Mass Destruction. They were false but war was engaged. Leadership of the American masses only needed one word Change. It too was false. Part of the scenario used to install the financial elites man was that part of his achievement was that he was a great orator and the other part was that he was black and the fulfilment of the Luther-King dream.
The truth is that he is a dismal failure as a speaker. Worse even than the dull monotony of his language and its dead metaphors, worse than his staccato sergeant-major delivery is the terrible wagging finger of the ill-trained school teacher. Devoid of depth and sincerity, his speech resembles a supermarket manager informing staff about what goods are out of stock.
Having established that he not only lacks eloquence and is far from rhetoric, we are forced to add to that, he has no evaluation. His dog, his jokes, American military deaths they are all laid out in the same flat airport announcers delivery.
In short he is not an orator. He is not a voice. He is dumb.
The bad performance of the puppet reminds us of the hidden puppeteers. The ones who pull the strings. They really must think we are very stupid. They think we are blind!
This mythic ruler of the American conglomerate is endlessly filmed in a jewish cap at the Weeping Wall, looking miserably at the bleak memorial to the slaughtered millions during the Nazi regime, the centre of that humanist cult of the dead which has replaced the historical revealed religion of judaism, and now, to honour Islam, he turns up in Egypt, a U.S. sponsored dictatorship, its prisons full of tortured Muslim intellectuals, and the Ikhwan al-Muslimun political party banned from civic activity. With his secret services actively de-stabilising the great Islamic state of Pakistan and with his army living in Afghanistan all its soldiers varied sexual needs fully supplied from the local population he has set out to deliver a message to the Muslim world.
The message of the USA is in fact being delivered on a daily basis from Guantanamo (still there) to Gilgit. Hundreds of Muslim men, women and children are being killed daily from its high-tech instruments of death and torture, unmanned bombers, artillery fire, and the new torture and killing prison of Bagram in Afghanistan.
Despite the fundamental dichotomy between message and event, speaking peace and commanding slaughter, we can still detect a good intention against the evidence.
Let us go deeper to identify the obvious anomaly.
Firstly the President of the USA is not the descendant of an American slave, nor the realisation of the black American Dream. He is the son of a bourgeois Kenyan immigr. To say Islam and christianity are one is a clear lie just as, to pretend your father and mother did not separate is a clear lie. However humanly sympathetic it may seem for a youth to go with his mother, to deny his heritage, his fathers inheritance, is a terrible thing. No one can follow a man who denies his own father. How can a traitor speak well of what he has betrayed?

The message seems to inform us that the USA is not at war with Islam. This phrase is meaningless. The USA is a nation state. Islam is a revealed religion. Only similars can be posited as opposites.
The USA is at war with Afghanistan and Pakistan. Equally Islam is at war with false religions. Kufr.
The realities are more like this: the USA is at war with itself. As Americas greatest writer William Faulkner perceived: the American settlers made war and committed genocide against the Amerindian nations, Navaho, Hopi, Algonquin and so on, then made treaties with them, then locked them in reservations, then broke the treaties. Further, the settlers freed their slaves then denied them civic status as citizens, hunted them, hanged them and now house them in great penitentiaries and ghettos. America is a failed state trapped in an unfinished civil war. Americas only genuine ally is Israel, for both have a racist foundation, and both have an internal community, denied and persecuted. Both adhere to the doctrine of the reservations. One thing is clear, the Navaho will be free before the Palestinians.
Islam is certainly not at war with the USA, as I have shown, this is impossible. Actually, the USA is today the most active zone of entries into Islam in the whole world. Islam is at war with kufr, therefore, Islam is at war with capitalism.
Let us clarify for clearly the poor President of the USA does not know.
Islam is Deen al-Fitr.
Islam is the religion of nature.
Islam is against increase in the transaction (interest).
Since in nature things wealth objects are limited, to ask for increase is to imply a logical extension of stuff beyond what exists in nature, which is limited.
Capitalism, against reason, has made usury its essential motor. This means capitalism is driving the human and social nexus to extinction.
Islam, the religion of nature, confirms the Divinely ordained nature of the unity and harmony of the created world, not just the entities but their inter-relatedness. We call this rububiyya. It is this harmony that capitalism shatters.
The air is poisoned. Its temperature rising to end the balance of nature.
The sea is poisoned. This week we were told that in 50 years the oceans will be voided of all fish.

Unfortunately, it is doubtful that the con-trick will survive long enough for the oligarchs to make their escape back to the New Banks with the worlds wealth. I recall one day, years ago, a policeman came to my Tite Street house in London about some local matter. As we stood in the doorway talking a youth passed by. When I saw the President of the United States enter Buckingham Palace to greet our Queen I realised that the man who strolled across the screen could never preside over anything. I recognised him from his walk he was just a common urban basketball player. Later I saw him descend the steps of his plane to greet a European Head of State. Again, coming down the steps, arms swinging, was the baseball player in the tunnel. As for his wife, cuddling up to Queen Elizabeth, that was no First Lady. If she had been a maid she would have been sacked.
If a genuine democratic process were in operation in the USA Obama could never have been elected. He was the product of a brilliantly orchestrated high finance scheme with mass media in structured harmony, up front and we know who owns them and an equally packaged team of experts put together by the financial elite, in back. political machine. If it had been a structurally democratic procedure, such as used in the mass TV programme American Idol, he would have stood no chance.
This genuine and excellent democratic programme should be chosen (chosen! imagine such a concept) to elect a genuine leader of all the people not just half in a swindled system!

Secondly and this is crucial the first stage of selection, not the last, would be in the hands of a panel of experts, unlike Bush who was finally chosen by the Supreme Court.

I will rise again. Itll soon be Easter!
One thing is certain there will be no more trouble from that messy bunch called The People. Fully enslaved, only handfuls can take to the streets while the rest slave away to pay up the trillions their elected political class have handed over to their financial masters.
After the achievement (for that it was) of the G20 came the enthronement of the criminal mercenary army of NATO, an organisation which is above all national and international law. An organisation which by its statutes can never be called before a judicial court.
The hidden protocol of NATO in Afghanistan is how to organise the access of its forces to regular sexual intercourse with Afghani girls and boys. How to set up discreet brothel zones in each city and province to assure the occupying army the historically confirmed rights of the military to their sexual satisfaction, aroused as they are by fighting the populace. It is outrageous. Yet it is already factored in after all, its what an occupying army does!

The Failure of Democracy

The British Head of State is not de facto Head of State. During a period of just over 200 years, firstly, the Parliament usurped the ultimate authority of governance. Secondly the parties took control of the country. Belloc correctly pointed out that the front benches of both sides represented government, that is, cabinet plus opposition shadow cabinet ruled in see-saw. This meant that in turn party had ceded to elite rule. Thirdly that balance of a bi-polar committee was eroded quite swiftly into a transfer from cabinet rule to prime ministerial authority. Initially the socialist Harold Wilson and later the monetarist Margaret Thatcher stripped Cabinet of both power and voice. The end result was achieved by the mentally insecure and inexperienced Blair. He called himself by the diminutive Tony to mask his authoritarian policy.
The socialist party leader had failed in an election because judged hysterical and untrustworthy. The next leader died of alcoholism. The third in line was the flashy lawyer, Blair, backed by a formidable and viciously republican advocate wife.
He transferred the responsibility for civic order from the peoples police to the secret police. He abolished the House of Lords, guardian of Parliament against factionalism, and also protector of civic rights.
In the shortest time Habeas Corpus was rescinded. Right to trial after arrest. Right to remain silent. Right to severely limited detention.
This soon resulted in the authorisation of torture, granted by Thatcher, being followed up by rendition.
Here was a Prime Minister, emotionally unstable and unfit for governance who suddenly fell under the spell of the needed fatherfigure, the US President. It was the role not the man he needed to legitimise his own inadequacy.
He declared war quite unilaterally. The Cabinet did not want it. The Party did not want it. The Parliament did not want it. The Nation did not want it.
Democracy had become dictatorship.

For a detailed analysis, or perhaps more appropriately, for a blow-by-blow description of the failure of democracy I refer you to Peter Obornes magisterial Opus: The Triumph of the Political Class. Oborne holds the political class itself responsible for the acquiescence in dictatorship.
He says: The Political Class has won its battle to control Britain. The civil service, Parliament, the political parties, the judiciary, the intelligence services and the media have all been captured or compromised. In an unannounced takeover of power, the public domain has been seized by the Political Class. He demonstrated how: Their key weapon was the media.
The current financial crisis itself a linked disintegration with the collapse of democracy actually opens up a creative possibility renewed discourse which may lead to a re-structuring of the instruments and institution of governance.
Brown, now in name Prime Minister, as Chancellor must be identified as author of the financial debacle in Britain. He cannot blame a handful of unpaid mortgages in low-income American housing. He de-nationalised the Bank of England. Today as Premier he is forced to re-nationalise a whole raft of banking institutions. This is the end-game of a capitalism, he, as a socialist, has and does defend.
With a rhetoric of not surrendering national sovereignty to Europe, he and Blair lashed the British lifeboat to the American Titanic. Well, it is going down now.
We must look to a new situation which by historical logic should result in the restoration of monarchic power with limiting and guiding Councils.
Oborne concludes that, The next movement will come from outside the Political Class.
I say it will come from a re-instated Monarch supported by the cohesive, coherent, and moral body of Britains Muslim society.

It was to be the ritual recovery of the shattered ideology that lay in the ruins of Abu Ghraib, the Patriots Act and Guantanamo. Democracy was to rise phoenix-like from the ashes. It had been brilliantly staged and mounted at a cost of millions. The restoration of democracy was designed to assure the rescue of corporation capitalism. To distract from a world of disappearing billions and a contract to enslave the masses to the task of paying back the impossible debt the ultimate figure of democracy, the American Dream and racial tolerance, had been found. The mantra of his name had finally obliterated the former mantra of the political class Weapons of Mass Destruction. That one had got us into Iraq, this one would get us into Afghanistan.
It was, of course, the ultimate swindle.
Let us cast a cold eye on the racaille.
Sarkozy, the Hungarian dwarf President of France, called Frances Muslim citizens racaille. Scum. That name recoils on the political class and its leadership. As the Americans say, Back at ya! The political class are the scum of the earth.
The change of Administration in the USA trumpeted a new regime. After all, had the country not voted for a Black Man, an Afro-American? Indeed, had he not risen up from Nigger to Black to Afro-American? Was this not the Promised Land, the Dream, the Rhetoric made flesh?
It must be understood. The tragedy of America is not the oppression of its former-slave Blacks. The scandal of America is that it has refused to accept that the future, and present already, is brown.
Apartheid South Africa and now ANC South Africa wanted a one race nation. Israel wants a one race nation.
The USA wants a one race nation, but a nice one with the all-enslaving doctrine of Tolerance.
We tolerate the Blacks. Look, weve voted for a Black President.
We tolerate the Muslims. Look, we are closing Guantanamo.
Faulkner knew the sickness of America.
America has never had the courage to read him, even after his receiving world recognition. Why? Because Faulkners view of America was that it could never succeed as a social project, based as it was on two enslaved and slaughtered nations the Black Slaves and the indigenous American tribes, the former plunged into an inescapable poverty, and the latter decimated by genocide, and locked-up in human zoos called Reservations.

In Faulkners great symphonic study of this issue, Absalom, Absalom! Charles Bon, the coloured protagonist of the book confronts Henry Sutpen, the Southern white: So its miscegenation, not the incest, which you cant bear... Henry doesnt answer.
As the knotted intrigue of the novels survey of the 19th century South ends in bloody conflict the character of that conflict finally reveals itself. The blacks against the whites is not what is happening.
The outrage is the child of that union, bitterly named miscegenation, the word implying the sin of which both black and white seem irretrievably ashamed.
Bon pulls a pistol out and points it at Henry. Henry looks at the pistol; now he is not only panting, he is trembling; when he speaks now his voice is not even the exhalation, it is the suffused and suffocating inbreath itself:
You are my brother. No Im not. Im the nigger thats going to sleep with your sister. Unless you stop me, Henry. Suddenly Henry grasps the pistol, jerks it free of Bons hand and stands so, the pistol in his hand, panting and panting; again Bon can see the whites of his inrolled eyes while he sits on the log and watches Henry with that faint expression about the eyes and mouth which might be smiling. Do it now, Henry, he says. Henry whirls; in the same motion he hurls the pistol from him and stoops again, gripping Bon by both shoulders, panting. You shall not! he says. You shall not! Do you hear me? Bon does not move beneath the gripping hands; he sits motionless, with his faint fixed grimace; his voice is gentler than that first breath in which the pine branches begin to move a little: You will have to stop me, Henry. And so Henry Sutpen shoots Bon.
The tangled epic unravels the tragedy of the South. White had killed white in the Civil War but in the South white and black united, guilty, condemned, and ashamed, to make little brown babies.
In the final tremendous passage of the book Faulkner announces the secret destiny of America, and one which in itself demands the collapse of the racist state, the USA. So it took Charles Bon and his mother to get rid of old Tom, and Charles Bon and the octoroon to get rid of Judith, and Charles Bon and Clytie to get rid of Henry; and Charles Bons mother and Charles Bons grandmother got rid of Charles Bon. So it takes two niggers to get rid of one Sutpen, dont it? Quentin did not answer; evidently Shreve did not want an answer now; he continued almost without a pause: Which is all right, its fine; it clears the whole ledger, you can tear all the pages out and burn them, except for one thing. And do you know what that is? Perhaps he hoped for an answer this time, or perhaps he merely paused for emphasis, since he got no answer: Youve got one nigger left. One nigger Sutpen left. For those who read omens and they do happen the beginning could not have been more ominous.
Firstly: The Oath of the Presidency. It did not happen. The Chief Justice, by Allah, found he could not say it correctly. The President corrected him. The Judge re-said it. Obama giggled. It all had to be re-run in a back room since it had not, legally speaking, happened.
Secondly: At the Presidents Inaugural Lunch the two doyens of the Republican and Democratic Parties both collapsed on the floor, the Democrat in convulsions. They had to be stretchered out.
Thirdly: The first official policy statement revealed the ugly truth in Washington, with Americas wealth vanishing by the billion, its foreign policy was to continue the fantasy of power and missionary humanism.
A man who can declare that the death of both Palestinians and jews distresses him equally is devoid of moral compass. The rights of the Israelis and to us, the terrible wrongs of both Palestinian peoples is not the issue.
The moral issue is that a ratio of one to a hundred, and that imbalance being an addition of women and children is unacceptable, is criminal and anarchic.
Israel has torn up the UNO Charter and proved it without authority. No one spoke of suspending or expelling Israel from the UNO. That cannot be ignored.
If the USA is to return to its moral values in relation to torture what about Israel adopting some in relation to Gaza? Iraq is over the withdrawal was in fact designed by Bush. Transfer of troops to Afghanistan is a disastrous policy. Not only in the licence to slaughter thousands of Afghans but in the political reality that this operation is controlled by an organisation that is itself the abrogation of morality. Its record is Srebrenica. Its legal status is that it is above the law it cannot be brought before any national court and charged with war crimes. Its concentration camps in Afghanistan remain. The bombing of sovereign Pakistan continues.

Fourthly: The financial policy in terms of endebtment of the masses not only endorses the Bush scheme but increases it by tens of billions.
Fifthly: His message to us, the Muslim Umma, is an outright insult. We are not Ismaili (Qaeda) terrorists. We are not Shia that post-Islamic religion. We are the people of justice, warning against evil and urging good action. Mr Obama, your father was a Muslim. You have denied his fundamental being. Your mother was white. In taking on the mantle of Black you are merely confirming what you see as the shame of your birth.
Since you dare not read the Quran at least read your Faulkner.
Edmund Burke said: People will not look forward to posterity who never look backward to their ancestors.
Obama is a cypher, a deception, a misnomer.
He is a third class mass political product. He is boring.
He is unspontaneous. His repeated gesture is that of a man taking a pinch of salt perhaps he is admitting something to us.
What is the future for America? Well, if the countrys Islamic leadership does not confront the true nature of the Deen Imam Maliks Al-Muwatta is one half Ibada and one half commercial transactions then its road can only get worse. Mississippi Goddam that will be the national diagnosis.
What could rescue America while its Muslims hide under the ruins of the dollar system, i.e. Islam without Zakat? If power and governance was taken not elected during the bankruptcy phase by one man and that one man was a Navaho Chief now THAT would be change. Yes, they can!
