Purpose of This Spreadsheet:

This spreadsheet contains technical effort documentation for those requirements identified as involving one of the following: Report Interface Configuration Enhancement Workflow Macros must be enabled in order to filter, sort, etc. Description: Provides a description for each acronym for Modules, Complexity Codes, and Removed from List (RFL) reasons. Contains detailed information for each RICE item, including: * Official RICE ID - A unique ID assigned to each RICE Item. This ID also ties to the Fit/Gap Analysis and RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix) * Functional Module - the module (e.g., HR) related to the item * RTM Priority - priority/criticality ranking from the RTM (Critical, Important, Desired); if not an RTM item, "9 - Not RTM" * Type (e.g., Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Workflow) * Estimated Complexity - a measure of the difficulty to complete the item * Estimated Hours to develop the item, from technical specifications through development unit testing Provides summary information from the tab "HRMS RICE-W Listing." This copybook must be syncrhonozed with the field names and EVAL_GRP_ID in GP_SYSTEM_PIN tables. For some reason the EVAL_GRP_ID in the table is HRM01 but the copybook calls for the value "PDT02." The attached DMS script VX_FIX_GP_SYSTEM_PIN fixes the EVAL_GRP_ID and will be needed when we build the final configuration or at go-live.
