Earth is a potentially paradisic environment in which we may experience life. But at the dawn of the 21st century the planet is ravaged by killing, destitution, poverty, disease, corruption and abuse. This is because a very few men choose to sustain a permanent war economy in order to continue to accumulate for themselves. The people of the 4th World entropy are slaves to this greed. Thousands of human beings die daily because of it. This situation is absolutely unnecessary. On 28/08/08, High Lamas sat in meditation for 18 hours with a clear focus of intent that the 2nd law of thermodynamics, the heat death law, be transformed in the collective consciousness such that the laws of Infinity may establish the evolution of awakening which is the gift for all who choose the dharmic opportunity of these changing times. The transformation of consciousness that is taking place now is the evolution of the human being into the expression of a True Human. This is a person who is one-hearted, i.e. there is no hidden agenda. Someone who is transparent in the manner in which they conduct their lives. The human Individual Soul Self is expressed in betterment of the whole community within a culture that has, since a childs birth, sought to enrich the uniqueness of individuality. The enslavement of the 4th World human is the advent of closed system thinking and finite science. The machinery of the industrial revolution was created to serve us, but those who profited through industrialisation and war have created an economy that is now employed to constrain and control us. We have given money greater value than we give value to life. We have forgotten that life is Sacred. The arena of the greatest profit is war. The people are clamped, ball and chain, to taxation through the gross governmental spending on the military. It was the Roman Empire that embedded within the collective world-view the concept that conquest is deemed a civilised behaviour. As the Roman civilisation and culture became christianised, the Vatican took hold as the seat of power. It was the Vatican that authorised the torture and execution of untold thousands of human beings in a bid to eradicate matriarchal lineages and censor any scientific investigation of reality that was not geocentric. Charges of heresy and witchcraft were mercilessly carried out. The ancient inheritance of the sciences of zero and Infinity, from Persia, Egypt and beyond, were deemed heretical and under the dominion of the church. They were silenced upon pain of death. The concept of conquest as empire expansion has engendered a belief structure where power is equated as domination, governance as power over and religion as wholly Patriarchal dominant. Newtonian science, confined to study only the physics of three dimensions, enabled the ability to precisely target projectiles but limited science to the closed system mechanics of material domination and our capacity to dominate nature has led us to a world reality of environmental catastrophe. It was the Rothschild family who, in the wars of Napoleonic conquest, recognised the opportunity for profit in war. Funding both sides ensured maximising the profit potential. As fractional reserve banking and usury were already accepted practices, the opportunity of gain was guaranteed. The quest for Empire expansion has become a quest for Global Domination and the major weapon of conquest has become money. The same strategies are still being employed. A fractional reserve economy that is dependent on debt and unsustainable is orchestrated by creating conflict and war over apparent resource scarcity. The cost of war enslaves the populace through the subsequent fear of survivability created through inadequate money supply, which is the inevitable outcome of such economic practice. This in turn has the effect of supporting the belief in resource scarcity and establishes cultural models of lack, separation, isolation and anxiety. The cost of war continues to feed the coffers of the financial elite while poverty is the manifest life reality of the greater majority of the global populace. The tools of fear, guilt, shame and a false sense of National Patriotism ensures docility and submission in those not bound by survival necessity. That all of this is done under the banner of Freedom and Democracy merely illustrates the fact that these few people at the top still function from the premise; By whatever means necessary and have lost all sense of human morality in their disregard for human life. The human 4th World collective reality is one of servility to a Permanent War Economy driven by an oligarchy seeking plutocratic global domination.

Human beings have become slaves to a fortressed existence. Corrupt governance is responsible for the deaths of millions of lives throughout history. Trillions of dollars are being spent on the Weaponisation of Space. To what end?
We are witnessing the end games of 4th World survival. The world is at war to grasp and control dwindling and finite fossil fuel resources and secure continuance of something that must, ultimately, by the very laws that define it, end. This creates a volatile and/or violent response to the need for change, as the habituated pattern of 4th World behaviour is to fight to hold on. The possibility of a catastrophic extinction event is very real. Germination, Gestation and Birth
Processes of collective change are equivalent to processes of personal change. Before anything can change, there must be the awareness and acceptance of the dysfunction that needs to undergo change. This must be followed by the sincere desire for change. In the personal processes of change, to accomplish this the basic self must agree that it will have a better time once the process of change is complete. Similarly with the process and practical application of collective change, it must be clearly seen that through this process of transition everyone gains. The seed of the 5th World has germinated and the tap root found anchor. The opportunity that is available to the human collective now is the transition from a karmic process of life experience to one of dharma. The karmic process of life has been one of learning through pain and separation. Separation from the source and sanctity of life is the causal root of all pain and suffering. The Dharmic reality of the 5th World of the True Human is one of engaging life as an experience of joy and pleasure for evolutionary growth. There is everything to gain through acceptance of dharma. Dharmic experience necessitates the requirement for Truth Amnesty and forgiveness, as a human being can not realise a state of dharma with a dual heart. The karmic cycles have typified the last age of man and have been necessary as an aspect of the evolution of human consciousness. Again, to parallel the process of individual growth and the collective evolution, the individual process requires the experience of the dark night of the Soul to fully integrate the polarised nature of individuation and union. To understand this establishes the power of choice as either founded on self-focus or unified awareness. Self-focus acts without regard for others whereas awareness of the intrinsic union of all life is conscious of the impact to the whole related to individual choices. Our motive can continue for individual gain, or become conscious of the unified reality that is impacted positively or negatively by our choices. Once aware of the unified nature of reality, it soon becomes apparent that all experience is of a symbiotic relational nature. It is clear that all exchange occurs through relationship. This is true for the exchange of love, as well as for goods, services and money. It is also true in the case of exchanging intelligence. When we finally break our dependence on fossil fuels and finite science and open ourselves to Infinity and Zero, the realm of a multi-dimensional Universe affords us a much greater field of engagement.
The opportunity available to the collective now affords us the choice to transcend the dogma and fixed beliefs that are a symptomatic outcome of a closed system mind. It is not ours to judge, but rather to hold open the gateway to better choices. The cacophony of calamity that is the 4th World reality, is also symptomatic of the dysfunction existing in the collective. Restoration of rites of passage to guide children into maturity. Justice and the Judiciary. The cause of the scarcity or survival threat will be the subject of investigation rather than a guilt/innocent plea. Prisons and Penalty. The concept of punishment will shift to the recognition of the need for re-alignment and healing as opposed to penalty. Centres for the arts of healing and de-conditioning will replace prisons and hospitals. Disaffected Youth. Rites of passage serve awareness of every stage of unfolding individuality.

It must be understood that the assemblage of the 5th World is a matter of course as a process of evolution. This has nothing to do with political power, manoeuvring or any form of strategy for national or private gain. What is occurring is a planetary process of increase in the resonant frequency of thought. On the winter solstice of 2012, the sun rises as close as it will come to conjunct Galactic Centre. We have been within the sphere of influence of energy/ frequency transmission from the Galactic Source since the mid 1980s. We will remain within that sphere of influence until the mid 2030s. Our choices now will shape how the world looks then. The planet will not return to this direct impact of energy from Galactic Centre for another 5,125 years hence. The 5th World of the True Human is the final 5th of a 26,202 year cycle of the Procession of the Equinoxes. As such it is a culmination of human evolution throughout the previous four Worlds. This is why the 5th World is more commonly know as the Golden Age. The previous worlds of evolution relate to the Mu Age, Lemurian Age, the Age of Atlantis and this passing age of conquest and patriarchal dominance. 5th World Assemblage does not require defeating the 4th World. The 5th World reality is as different to the 4th World as diamonds are to coal. The 5th World is assembling itself as individual consciousnesses awaken to the increased resonances accessible now as seeding of the frequencies that will be the norm in fully assembled 5th World reality. The leaden weight of the scarcity and survival fear of the 4th World exerts a toll of inertia against the willingness to fully assume the Self Authority required to command the choice for a better world. Dharma, as a collective condition of reality is not known to the human being. It is not something that is gifted to an individual. It requires perseverance of determination to have 100% certainty that ones own life expression has integrity. The 5th World of the True Human will not have an economic of profit motive, but rather the collective care that each individual can be fulfilled. The 5th World will know a condition of permanent peace, because there will be no need for competition or crime as each individual is supported to contribute their unique gifts in service to the collective environment and requirement. The 5th World will not experience conflict over fuel, food and resource scarcity because New Energy Technology supplying free energy liberates a massive hoard of resource that can be applied to civil, social and technological advance that is appropriate to a Golden Age. These three alone abolish the need for fractional reserve banking and usury. Our determination to be accountable individually includes that we be prepared to rise above the self-abandonment we inflict upon our selves by submitting our Soul Sovereignty to any external authorities. We have a choice; be afflicted by 4th World entropy or influence and affect the 5th World assemblage.
A primary factor inhibiting change in the collective mind-frame is denial and the primary denial at the root cause of many of our collective dysfunctions is the denial of death. When anything is denied in the individual conscious, sub conscious or unconscious, the psyche will externalise this resonance. A similar energy dynamic is expressed in the mind frequencies of the collective, conscious, sub-conscious or unconscious. All thought has a specific quality and resonance, it is the combined frequencies of thought that construct cultural symbol worldviews. Western culture is in denial of death and yet we witness more death in the world now than ever before through war, famine, disease and natural disaster. Death is externalised. Our media and popular entertainment, particularly film, have normalised death as entertainment while the pharmaceutical and medical industries do all they can (apparently) to prevent death. Death and Life are inseparable. Denial of death equates as denial of life. It is the ego that fears death as the function of the ego is to make sense of the individuated I in the 3rd dimensional experience of being. The ego perceives death as annihilation and ultimate non-existence. As anything that has life has a will to continue life, the egos experience of itself in life denies death as the possibility of its finite/mortal nature. This denial of death also means that the individuated Self can not fully live. Nearly all contemporary religions support this denial of death and life with the concept of heaven and hell, or what will occur upon death according to behavioural attitudes in life. This has become a power tool to ensure that not living fully is accepted and acceptable to the individuated ego and is manipulated further with the concept of original sin. These two concepts remove the individual from connection with Soul Self and entrap the ego Self in dynamics of fear, guilt, shame and powerlessness. Life Force is sexual. All life comes into being through sex, the union of female and male energy. The womb of woman is a death chamber. Energy dies to its nature as pure energy in the transformative container of the womb as it embodies form. Death is, in fact, change and transformation. Denial of death is denial of the female power of transformation and birthing. Thus the collective has fallen under the Patriarchal dominance that is the main cultural condition of current worldviews, which subsequently inhibits change and transformation. The Patriarchs have sought to eradicate female power (death). It is this that has created a collective dominated by the fear, guilt, shame and powerlessness that is submissive to an external authority and separate from the self-authority of Soul Self. This abandonment of Soul connection underpins all symptoms of dysfunction currently expressed in the world collective and allows oligarchic domination/tyranny.

Under the control of the money changers, the concept of wealth becomes one of having and leads to attitudes of hoarding as having more gives apparent power over those who have less. The entropic 4th world economy is based on this approach to wealth and power. While fractional reserve money invention is the sanctioned norm of the banking world. It is unsustainable and the dysfunction of usury is evident. National debts are heaped on the citizens who are oppressed by scarcity and lack at all levels. Soul wealth requires letting go. It is not a matter of having and hoarding for self in order to manipulate the reality needs of others. Soul wealth is to accept the constant of change, which is to accept death, and grow naturally with the flow of life force. This is accepting death and gaining life. It is desire that creates motive, not lack, and the hungers of the soul can not be fed under wage slavery. When the Souls hungers are fed, it is a natural outcome to experience an increase in the flow of life force. This further fuels the available energy to follow the path of individual visioning and vivification. As individuals fulfil their dreams, it is a natural outcome that it benefits the whole as the dreams originate as fast frequency thought energies in dimensions beyond 3rd dimension (matter as an aspect) and 4th dimension (time as an aspect). Energy sourced from the higher (faster frequency) dimensions is aligned within Infinities Intent of evolution. Energy will always follow paths of least resistance and Infinities Intent is a pure flow of fractal, holonomic dynamics into greater and more refined expressions of complexity and elegance. To disown and to externalise death is also to resist life and creates an unrefined human collective that is disassociated from the elegance of the harmonics underlying all manifest forms, attached to simplicity as a safeguard for a sense of physical security and only fulfilling the slower resonance gratification of material hungers. Fractional reserve banking will transmute into Fractal Unreserved Benevolence. It is only the karmic consciousness in separation that can invest a malevolent will to control and manipulate the physical/reality needs, (food, water, warmth, clothing, a roof over your head and love), of others. Fractal Unreserved Benevolence is to recognise the absolute unification of the whole, that all life originates from the fractal matrix of higher dimensions and that every human life is resonant within the human Soul field of determinative evolution of intelligence, elegance and eros. Experiencing the unity of intimacy within love as life force generates a caring and bestowing attitude towards others, for it is a joy to witness another's Soul blossoming. It is this benevolence that will facilitate the full assemblage of dharmic consciousness.
The transformation from 4th World to 5th World consciousness does not require a fight or conquest attitude. The 4th World economy is already in dissolution. Trillions of dollars have been created through fractional reserve usury to prop up a dysfunctional and failing financial power structure. It can not be sustained and it is only the very few at the very top who experience any gain within the current structure. Even the very rich are losing their wealth through this banking methodology. The wealthy and middle classes are bound by socially sculpted behaviour and conformist attitudes of responsibility and yet this model of economy and dominant power is responsible for more death, poverty, destruction and species extinction than can be accounted. As the 5th World (Golden Age) consciousness of humanness and true philanthropy emerges in the people, the old will simply dissolve in the apparentness of its dysfunction. The conceptualisation of the new age movement will mature. Currently the self-healing practices of new age awareness tend to be bound in 4th World concepts of spirituality while the threshold of consciousness is actually a threshold of maturation. To mature is to grow up and recognise the response-ability to choose, with self-sovereignty, the manner and form of ones actualisations. The collective remains extremely vulnerable to emotive manipulability because it remains largely within child motivation with need for approval (adequate salary/wage), recognition (status/credit), security (mortgaged property = slave to usury = mort-gag, denied death as security of living, creating binding and limitation of Soul freedom) and acceptance (right/unconscious responsible social attitudes within a culturally sculpted and mostly spiritual/religious standard). It is this immaturity in the emotions of the collective consciousness that permits the idiocy of our energy sourcing/supply and maintains our dependence on fossil fuels and the petro-chemical industry as the mainstay of our transport systems and powering of industry and home. The issue of power supply is very real and yet those with power of policy determine nuclear power as a solution to the fossil fuel resource depletion. It is an insanity that is profit driven. The elite of economic greed create wars over oil resources and investment protection, maximising their profit with vested interests through the arms and munitions industry. Fossil fuel and nuclear power are both profoundly harmful in all respects to health and environment. Collectively we know our power generation and fuel use is insane and yet the use of and size of our car remains a socially definitive status symbol.
In our urban city lifestyles, we are an energy dependant people, expecting energy supply for the gadgetry of technological advance while dependant on extortionate power supply and submitted to escalating fuel costs as usury drives inflation. As a placebo for the harm of an oil based energy supply our industry bosses present false solutions in creating the consciousness of carbon emission footprints and the introduction of such attention diverting strategies as carbon credits. These strategies accomplish next to nothing in addressing the seriousness of the environmental problem. In fact, they are a further emotive manipulation in that they invest a sense of moral correctitude in individuals and excuse for industry while product consciousness and the manipulation of the conceptual needs of the people continues feeding the irresponsibility that drives profit motive ever onward.

That the evolution taking place is also a process of maturation must be understood. The human collective largely operates from child motivation of need/want gratification while also living within social, cultural and religious constructs of oppression and suppression. Zero, in the contemporary mindset is equated as the absence of. To the closed system ego, zero beggars the thought of the absence of its existence. To the consciousness bound to the limited experience of its physical self, the will to survive is translated into an annihilate before being annihilated consciousness. The Universal Void, however is another matter, as it is from out of this void that all matter originates. Science has identified that approximately 96% of the energy existent in the Universe is outside of the physics of matter. The void of space is charged with energy beyond, or outside of matter (or, rather energy as un-formed matter). As the measure of space is defined by physical (3rd dimensional) experience, it follows that the energy that can not yet be accessed efficiently within the void may well exist in other dimensions of experience beyond, or outside, the three dimensions of the physical sciences as understood through Newtonian world-views. When the void of space, charged with multidimensional energy, is considered in this manner, it facilitates a shift in attitude and approach to engagement with Space. A world-view of space as emptiness and absence of anything will be prepared to utilise such space as a dumping ground with disregard for the impact of resonance within space. This disregard of resonance will also allow such a consciousness to employ such low resonance energies as weaponry, laser fire, weather control and satellite destruction as acceptable as an empty void could not be impacted by any effect. This is a very blind folly. Zero and the void are absolutely in the harmonic, fractal resonant dynamics of energy as unformed matter. Post world war II, cultures are no longer separated by geographical location. The displacement of peoples began with slavery, but since the 1950s the movement of people has been more related to necessity driven by war, strife or poverty. The trans-migration of peoples opens awareness of cultural differences, while also tending to compound some racial tensions. However, alongside this, the cultural symbols of religious belief are opened within collective awareness as never before. Religions are no longer defined by geographical terrain. Yet it remains so that wars are initiated over religious differences and cultural misunderstanding. The current instability in the middle east, a situation created by western governments, is a reflection of an age old conflict that exists between Christianity and Islam. While this conflict is wrapped in cultural conflict, it is and always has been a power struggle over conceptual world-views and the defining difference of world-views hinged on an infinite Universe of beingness or a Geocentric theosophy of creationism. The great scientist Giordano Bruno was imprisoned, tortured and burned alive in 1600, one of his crimes being the teaching of an infinite universe at Oxford University. The Knights Templar, through relationship with Persian scholars in their service to the holy lands, were custodians to the ancient knowledge of infinity. The Knights Templar themselves were condemned as heretic and slandered, (despite their sharing of wealth in the profound geometrical architecture of cathedrals), until charges against them were reprieved on 11th October 2007 following Thri-Fractal action to liberate the Sacred Symbols of Alchemy on 10th October 2007. Thomas Jefferson influenced the framing of the American Constitution and the design of the Great Seal of America. He set out to base American government upon the published physics of Sir Isaac Newton and geometrical principles. Jefferson was unaware that Newton had also written about a separate secret physics of creative principle to balance the mechanical description of the universe, his published work. Sacred geometry offers a true description of creation, yet alone it is incomplete. It is akin to looking only at binary sequencing in organic growth and ignoring the apparent fibonnacci relationships. The nature of holonomic ratios are evident within every level of manifest creation, from the dynamics of atoms to the orbits of planets. They also demonstrate the nature of energy as frequency, resonance and harmonics. To ignore these ratios and focus only on binary dynamics is to view the world through only right/wrong, good/bad thinking. It is as limiting as conceiving reality as finite and bound to entropy. Ultimately we must ascend to celebrate our cultural differences and the diversity of the expression that creates culture. Since the end of the Cold War the bi-polar politic of communism vs. conservatism has clearly had its day, and yet the conservative west still attempts to uphold its values as superior and applicable to all. To do so defines reality within dogmatic moralities of good/bad, correct/incorrect, with us/ against us, win/lose. And yet the complimentary nature of polarisation is right before us in every 24hr cycle. Day/Night. Attitudes of good/bad, right/wrong, close out access to higher dimensional frequencies and consciousness of harmonic resonances because they define polarity as one side accepted, the other omitted, whereas in fact the two poles combined establish wholeness. All life comes into being through the marriage of female/male. Openness, transparency, sharing of Knowledge and Wisdom will be the key note of the 5th World. Industrial and Product Consciousness. As people are liberated from the burden of debt and taxation, value systems will be re-evaluated. Quality and resonance will supersede quantity and possession as fundamentals of value.
Industrialisation has grown from military development. It has been and still is the case that the majority of technical advance has developed from military research, with one aim in mind, to be better able to conquer our neighbours. Inevitably, this primary focus is destructive to life. Once militarization has been accomplished, the technology will be productised and fed into the consumerist market. The science upon which research and development is undertaken is bound by the limitation of three dimensions. Within such limitation the resultant technology can only be framed within the construct of mastery or domination of the material plane, or matter and in measure this is unavoidable while upholding the 2nd law of thermodynamics, as referred to by Einstein as the supreme physics law of the entire universe. Science, restricted to the study of matter could only create technologies dependent on the finite resources of the Planetary realm of matter. Our technologies are incredible, but at what cost? We have brought the material plane of this planet to its knees. Thousands of species have become extinct, never to be known on this planet again, because of the Human gluttony and the affect of our wants. Pollution is at a critical level and yet we continue to use fossil fuels as if there is no tomorrow. If we sustain this behaviour, there will be no tomorrow for our children. Industrialisation created the opportunity to create wealth. Something we naturally all desire. Wealth is made possible through profit motive sales. Product Consciousness has overwhelmed the markets of commerce. It no longer matters if the product fulfils a collective need, it only matters if the marketeer can make a sale and there are no moral codes to that end. The use of media to manipulate the collective with regard to its needs has reached unprecedented levels. The market place is swamped with low quality merchandise (normally plastics) and throw away convenience items. Products are manufactured with built in dysfunctionality, or intentionally planned obsolescence, to ensure further sales. All of this takes place through the human manipulation of matter, which matters to Planet Earth. Product Consciousness has created a situation where manufacture is divorced from any sense of aesthetic value and separation from such value undermines morality until it is acceptable for other human beings to give their entire lives at a wage level below the poverty line, where children will be forced to work below minimum wage. Leonardo de Vinci defined the most important receptor to scientific enquiry as the eye. This is a grave limitation that further divorces the collective from a true aesthetic value. It has created a culture where; we see it, we want it, we get it. Defining science through observation of matter only has reduced the human sensing capacity. As energy-light-beings we are in fact incredibly sensitive to energy, and when this sensitivity is refined it attunes us to the resonance of quality, as it is quality of resonance that stimulates the value of pleasant or unpleasant. Such a manner of collective governance has created black markets such as human trafficking, criminal gangs/organised crime, child labour, prostitution (including child abuse and prostitution), etc. It also manages a drugs market to numb us from the pain of it. However attractive we may consider our shiny city centre edifices to profit motive and product consciousness as our current economic model, there is next to no beauty in it. With the establishment in contemporary economic practice of such ideas as those of Adam Smith, who wrote that the "real priceofeverything...isthetoilandtroubleofacquiringit" as influenced by its scarcity, and other such economic stratagems published as The Theory of Moral Sentiment (1759).
The scenario is ugly enough, then apply fractional reserve banking, our current economic standard which is dependent on debt, and usury (the interest charged on borrowing) and you have a population crippled by wage slavery and interest rates that ensure that the people will never rise above their debts. Slavery did not end in 1807, it just changed its face. The Federal Reserve creates and issues money in the USA. Federal Reserve notes are not worth the paper they are printed on because there is nothing whatsoever backing the money such as Silver and Gold. The Federal Reserve Bank is not owned by the US government. It is a privately owned business. The US Government receives its money from the Federal Reserve and with it an interest rate that assures continued national debt. A similar situation is manifest in the UK where The Bank of England is also a private business.
War, debt and profit motive (creating product consciousness) are the mainstay of the current collective reality. Under these conditions only a very limited few can prosper. Once resources are relieved from the technologies of killing our ability of mind and skill in study will deliver life enhancing technologies beyond the scope of our current imagination. At the beginning of the 20th Century it was thought impossible to set a machine in the air. Global air travel has now become common place. At that time, human consciousness thought that the extreme of our Galaxy was the extent of the Universe. Over the last one hundred years, evolution has accelerated at a pace that our awareness has not kept up with. Implementation of the 70% Plan for Planetary Transformation will redress this situation. All ancient cultures measured time in relation to the observable movements of Sun, Moon and Stars, and yet our current socio-economic / business and world timing standard is based on an arbitrary division of the year formed by Pope Gregory XIII, at the time when we thought that the Earth was the centre of the Universe.
Gregorian Timing Standard. The word calendar is derived from the Roman word calends which refers to timing of tax collection. The Gregorian (Vatican, Rome) calendar upholds this and establishes the belief structure that Time is Money. It is not. Time is 4th dimension. The Natural Timing Standard of the Infinity Codes are now anchored within the collective matrix.
The Gregorian Calendar is a timing standard of unequal measure. No other device of measure with unequal units would be accepted or functional in any other context. How is it that we as a collective accept a timing standard that bears no relation whatsoever to the movement of the planet within space? The Gregorian calendar furthers the divide between human and creation. It is a tool of separation that doesnt even maintain great accuracy. Timing frequencies and harmonics have been mapped over several thousand years and proven to be true.
All of the different cycles manifest in the movement of the planets and stars code into repeating harmonics and resonances and they all interlock and interconnect within a matrix that is the pure energy expression of creation as it manifests itself. These number codes are incredibly significant because of the very fact that they reveal the harmonics that underlie all of creation. Not only do the infinity codes lay the frame for an accurate and connected timing standard, but they reveal the inter-relatedness and the frequency connectivity of Universal manifestation. This is a comparatively young study, and yet it is already sensed that these coding harmonics may well hold the key to delivering ZeroPoint technologies, as the goal of such research is to access the energy held within the ether or void. The Infinity Codes show the harmonics by which matter manifests from the void, and it is clearly Universal. This understanding, that all matter (approximately 8% of the energy available in the Universe) manifests from a pure expression of energy-in-motion is fundamental to all current scientific advancement. The contemporary sciences are perceiving this and yet still we can only draw energy from matter. This is true in every respect. It is an absolute imperative that we transcend our dependence on fossil fuels and yet any real solutions or alternatives are still bound within a scientific framework that only addresses energy sourcing from within the closed system dynamics of an already over-stressed ecosystem and continue to be limited by economic prioritisation and hindered through the vested interests of those who profit from oil. It is a perverse reflection of political thinking and of the power of media that solutions are still viewed through the lens of finance. This is evident in the approach to Global Warming, where carbon emission taxing or cap-and-trade policies are the proposed means of solution and the people are sold feel good incentives and given to concern over their individual carbon footprints. This is an appalling continuance of politically short-sighted policy and hoodwinking of the people. It will not bring solution. Neither will wind or hydro power deliver solution to the global energy crisis. Technologies that can access the 92% of free Universal energy held within the void are established at proof of principle. It is ignorant delusional insanity to block the R&D of these technologies and delay implementation. New Energy technologies are cleannon-polluting. In fact it is predicted that they will have a restorative and harmonising effect, thus contributing to neutralising environmental contamination.
Environmental Contamination. Once operative, ZeroPoint Technology will have a harmonising and equalising effect on environments. Resource will be directed to the urgent task of restoring balance to bio-sphere harmonics. This will include carefully considered strategy for managing the unbridled damage already caused and handling nuclear disassembly and waste.
It is no longer acceptable that the Human Race continue on its recent/current course. There are already large tracts of ocean water that are essentially dead. Natural clean water is comparatively scarce. We have sucked the fossil fuels from the Earth, we have blasted and raped the body of this planet. We have polluted, damaged and corrupted the atmosphere, the very air we breathe. Collectively we know this is true and yet we continue to decimate rain forests, drive our combustion engines and maintain our industries. All for the sake of money and profit. Our behaviour is insane. Human beings, in their current modality, are a danger to all life. The Infinity Codes demonstrate the inter-connected, inter-reliable and inter-dependent nature of all things within the Infinite Universe. They demonstrate that all matter is manifest within the harmonics and frequency resonance of pure fractal dynamics. That the Universe is a continuum of infinite time and infinite space that sustains itself through harmonic dynamics of relationship is proven. The Infinity Codes reveal that creation is established through reliable and contiguous cyclic relationships of matter as the substance of the manifest. This holds true from quantum dynamics and the toroid spin of sub-atomic energy packets to the relationships of planets and even Galaxies. These cyclic patterns are observable through Celestial motions, and yet the Universe is not mechanical. The Infinity Codes themselves are only perceivable through accounting for this non-mechanistic nature of reality through the inclusion of the ratios and quanta of increment. For example, the relationship of Sun, Moon and Earth gives the cycle of Lunar phase, from full to new to full. The Lunar Cycle can be measured in three ways that each give slightly different measure. The average derived from the Synodic, Draconic and Siderieal cycles is exactly 28 days. 28 X 13 = 364. This is a reliable and consistent pattern. It gives rise to the phrase A year and a day. The ..and a day is the +1 (or +i where i = increment) principle. This is significant, as it is the +1 (or +i) factor that establishes organic, non-mechanical life expression. Here is the void, the un-mapped, the chaos factor, such that in fact, the +1 is in actuality +0, as it is the addition of the free moving energy of evolution. Mechanistic science is overlooking this factor, although chaos has presented itself through fractal mathematics and quantum physics.
Industrialisation originally stemmed from the human desire for greater efficiency in the labour of our survivability. This is a creation aligned desire, as all energy always moves with maximum efficiency and minimum expenditure (of energy, or effort). However, our mechanistic sciences have denied zero and outlawed infinity. The principle of the +1 (+i, increment) is the portal to the creative void that allows the Universe infinite self sustainability. The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics is rendered defunct. Having developed incredible technological efficiencies from mechanistic science, it still can not be denied that a mechanistic world-view has ignored the +1 (+0). In so doing, that which governs self sustainability becomes that which is left over. That which is left over = Waste. Industrial waste is destroying the self-sustainability of life on this beautiful planet. The entire Infinite Universe is inter-related, inter-dependant and inter-reliable and this is also so at every level of our eco-system, the bio-sphere that sustains life on Planet Earth. Globalisation is a natural aspect of the evolution that is taking place. However, this is not the subjugation of the entire populace to a unified economy that disregards life in pursuit of profit as our world leaders (G8 / G8+5 / G14/G20 Nations) superpose. The globalisation of evolution is the awakened consciousness that this is One Planet and the Human Race is One People. The energetic of the whole planet is changing. The Earths magnetic field is thinning. The Schumann resonance is increasing. These are natural phenomena of the evolutionary change that is taking place and have direct impact on human consciousness and awareness. Climate change is certain, but climate change and environmental degradation are an unnatural outcome of human dysfunction related to the entropy of a closed system and purely mechanical science. The gluttony of profit motive and product consciousness is manifest as an addictive behaviour dysfunction that is delusional in its relationship to reality and only views reality through an economic process of measure. Our world leaders and governments are committing invisible genocide through their policies. The victims of this invisible genocide are the future generations. The ecological crisis of our time is manifest and deepening. The severity of the crisis is recognised. It must also be recognised that the current strategies for solution are inadequate. Indigenous peoples globally understand that life is a relationship with nature and that through balance of the elements of Earth, Water, Air and Fire, access to the Void as the dreamtime and portal to the Soul Self is attainable.
So called civilised culture has not only lost all relationship with life and nature, but its levels of gross delusional perversion, (perhaps a better understanding of GDP), actively harm all of the elements that are the very building blocks of creation. AIR. Emissions of particulates (primary PM10) and particulate precursors (SO2, NOX and NH3), and emissions of the precursors of ground-level ozone (NOX, NMVOC, CO and CH4), and emissions of acidifying (SO2, NOX and NH3) and eutrophying gases (NOX and NH3) are all serious air pollutants. The collective has been sculpted to consider only carbon emissions as the content of required air pollution prevention, while all of the above are causing very serious levels of environmental contamination. Air pollution and anthropogenic climate change are closely connected in a number of ways. Both are caused mainly by the burning of fossil fuels: sulphur and nitrogen oxides cause air pollution, carbon dioxide contributes to global warming. In addition, agriculture influences both acidification and eutrophication (through NOX and ammonia emissions) and climate change (through emissions of methane, nitrous oxide and CO2). Air pollutants such as NOX, VOCs, CO and CH4 (precursors of ozone) and aerosols/fine particulates not only affect air quality but also contribute to global warming. Eutrophication excess nitrogen deposition poses a threat to a wide range of ecosystems, endangering biodiversity through changes in plant communities. Excess nitrogen deposition above critical loads is currently widespread, due to the limited reductions in nitrogen deposition over the past ten years. For the period 20002020, the protection of ecosystems from eutrophication is expected to improve only slightly under current legislation, mainly because of the relatively small projected decline in ammonia emissions. Ground-level ozone can damage forests, crops and vegetation where a critical level of ambient concentration is exceeded. Exposure of ecosystems and agricultural crops to excessive ozone concentrations results in visible foliar injury and a reduction in crop yields and seed production. For vegetation under European conditions, long-term cumulative exposure to ozone concentrations during the growing season (assessed as accumulated one-hour ozone concentrations over a threshold of 40 ppb ), rather than episodic exposure is of concern. The EEA analysis shows that in 2004 the EU target value was exceeded in a substantial fraction of the agricultural area of EEA 32 countries (except Turkey), about 26 % of a total area of 2.06 million km. Growth in transport since 2000 has led to increases in the emissions of most air pollutants. There is no indication that air pollution is being seriously tackled.
Water More than 100 million people in the pan-European region still do not have access to safe drinking water and adequate sanitation. Unsafe water, sanitation and hygiene results in 18,000 premature deaths, mostly of children, each year in the pan-European region. Rising temperatures worldwide are likely to intensify the global hydrological cycle. Annual precipitation trends indicate that northern Europe, over the last century, has become wetter by 1040 %, whereas southern Europe has become up to 20 % drier Over the same period, annual river discharges have increased in some regions in northern Europe, while they have fallen in others, particularly in southern Europe. Further, predicted increases in temperature are very likely to bring with them unpredictable shifts in precipitation and snow cover, which may reduce the availability of groundwater, together with more extreme weather events leading to an increase in the frequency and severity of flooding and droughts. Higher air temperatures lead to higher water temperatures, as evidenced by an increase of 13 C in European rivers and lakes over the last century. In particular, one-third of the 3 C increase in temperature of the Rhine is believed to be the result of climate. Increases in water temperature reduce the oxygen content and increase biological respiration rates and thus may result in lower dissolved oxygen concentrations, particularly in summer low-flow periods. Fish, for example salmonids, and other aquatic organisms have specific temperature preferences which determine their spatial distribution along a river or at a regional scale. Warming could lead to the extinction of some aquatic species. In the Mediterranean region 56 % of the 252 endemic freshwater fish are threatened with extinction and seven species are now extinct. Extinction means that these species are gone from the planet. Life forms that have taken billions of years to evolve, gone from the planet, neverever to be known or experienced again. Floods endanger lives and inflict heavy economic losses, but in addition they can have severe environmental consequences, for example when installations holding large quantities of toxic chemicals are inundated. When an organisation of political intent, such as the European Environment Agency, makes such a statement, it can be taken as a confession. i.e large quantities of toxic chemicals have inundated the environment via flooding. Flooding will increase. Alien species are a major cause of biodiversity loss and continue to invade all seas in the pan-European region mainly via ships' ballast water.
Oil discharges from regular activities, such as transport and refineries, are still significant along major shipping routes and at certain hot spots along coasts, for example in the Caspian Sea. Without effective countermeasures, the expected increase in oil transport, especially in the Arctic, Baltic, Black, Caspian and Mediterranean Seas, will add significantly to the risk of regional oil pollution.
Climate change will very likely cause large scale alterations in sea temperature, sea level, sea-ice cover, currents and the chemical properties of the seas. Observed biological impacts include altered growing seasons, and shifts in species composition and distribution. Further impacts could also include the loss of marine organisms with carbonate shells as a result of acidification. The above references to the environmental calamity which is our current collective reality relate largely to the polluting bi-product of our industrialised civilisation. Industry is not slowing up in its output of pollutants and the effects are cumulative. Alongside this, we already inherit serious degradation from the behaviours of previous generations that not only include industrial waste but also the irresponsibility of attitude in dealing with munitions and war.
The Baltic Sea toxic burdens of the past and present problems The Baltic Sea is a sink for many persistent and toxic substances (Nordic Council of Ministers, 2005). Levels of heavy metals in blue mussels have been decreasing, but concentrations of some contaminants are still up to 20 times higher than in the northern Atlantic. POPs, such as dioxins and PCBs, continue to cause, with Baltic seafood being found to strongly influence, human body burdens of PFCs (Falandysz et al., 2006). In the past, the area has also been a dump for various waste including toxic substances, dredged spoils containing considerable quantities of heavy metals, and conventional and chemical munitions. Swedish cartographers recently discovered 30 barrels containing 9,000 kg of mercury, that had, like 21,000 other containers containing toxics, been dumped legally during the 1950s and 1960s (Spiegel on-line, 22 August 2006). After World War II at least 100,000 tonnes of traditional munitions (Nehring, 2005) and about 40,000 tonnes of chemical munitions, containing some 13,000 tonnes of chemical warfare agents, were dumped in the Baltic, mainly to the south-east of Gotland, east of Bornholm and south of the Little Belt (HELCOM, 2003). Very little is known about the migration and impacts of toxic agents associated with chemical munitions in the marine environment (OSPAR, 2006; HELCOM, 2003). To date the advice has been that, if left undisturbed on the seabed, dumped conventional and chemical munitions pose no risk to humans. If disturbed, however, they represent a risk to fishermen and seafarers, and, if washed ashore, to the general public. Remediation of marine dumpsites of chemical weapons and munitions is technically challenging (OSPAR, 2006). Most recently this problem became newsworthy in relation to 'Nord Stream' formerly called the North European gas pipeline, a planned offshore pipeline through the Baltic Sea to transport gas from the Russian Federation to western Europe (Germany and the United Kingdom) (see Map). According to the project information document, military practice areas and dumping sites may well require additional largescale field surveys to identify and assess areas with suspected ammunition. These could be followed by mitigation measures such as the re-routing of pipelines; sub-sea risk reduction measures on site including the moving dumps on the sea bottom; or the removal of the ammunition (Nord Stream, 2006). The documents were provided for the Baltic region countries in November 2006 in voluntary fulfilment of the requirements under the Espoo Convention (UNECE Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context). Globalisation does not mean plutocratic domination under a one-currency (Ameru) economy, it means that there is no longer a carpet to sweep our inexcusable behaviour under. As One people who all share red blood, we must collectively accept responsibility for the error of our forebears and the miscreations of our current world leaders.
The habituated dumping of dangerous waste in oceans and seas is unacceptable when we can not even conceive the consequences of such behaviour, and space must not be considered an ocean of emptiness. Earth Soil polluting activities are estimated to have occurred at nearly three million sites. Thorough investigations carried out up to 2005 identified more than 1,800,000 potentially contaminated sites, of which 240,000 are in need of remedial treatment. Large areas are heavily contaminated as a result of poor practices and accidents in various sectors including agriculture, mining (especially for uranium and metal ore), oil and gas extraction, nuclear power generation, waste disposal and recycling, the storage of hazardous chemicals, and at research and military installations, such as nuclear testing, bio-chemical research and rocket launching sites. Many industrial, military and mining installations are now abandoned, reducing some of the pressures on the environment, but leaving a large number of sites unattended. Accidents are the most frequent causes of soil and groundwater contamination, with the chemical and metal working industries, energy production, and the oil industry the greatest contributors.
Poor agricultural practices, especially inefficient irrigation schemes, the overuse and stockpiling of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and mining operations. Hazardous chemicals; and large-scale irrigation and drainage schemes, irrigation with waste water that contains industrial and livestock farm effluents, salinisation and water logging, and the uncontrolled storage of mineral fertilisers. Water and wind erosion, compaction and degradation of the permafrost layer in the northern latitudes are additional main factors in play. In SEE, (South Eastern Europe), soil erosion caused by water and, to a lesser extent, by wind is both severe and widespread. The abandonment of agricultural areas and their subsequent reversal to permanent vegetation may have contributed to a reduction of erosion in some places, but in mountain areas, which cover a large part of the region, the lack of maintenance of terraces may actually have increased erosion. In some countries the whole area under risk may extend to 8090 % of the national territory, as in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, and Turkey (SOVEUR, 2000). Large parts of the territory are already irreversibly degraded in some areas, such as the Croatian karstic region, the soil layer has completely disappeared. Salinisation and waterlogging alter soil quality and reduce crop yields, thereby reducing an area's capacity to produce food, which in turn has severe socio-economic implications. According to conservative estimates gathered from various sources, salinisation affects nearly 50 % of the total irrigated land area 15 % of all arable land in Central Asia. The worst situation is found in the region around the Aral Sea where up to 95 % of the territory is affected. Salinisation is also reported in the lowlands of the southern Caucasus, where it covers nearly 1 million ha, corresponding to 40 % of the total irrigated land or about 30 % of the total arable land. Heavy metals, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins and PCBs that have been regulated and monitored for a long time, continue to pose problems because of their persistence, their use in new technologies including nanotechnology. (Including nano-satellites?) The EU chemical industry has grown faster than gross domestic product (GDP) over the past ten years, with the production of industrial chemicals increasing by 31 % and GDP by 25 % between 1995 and 2005. Production of toxic chemicals increased by 23.5 % and that of the most dangerous carcinogenic, mutagenic and repro-toxic chemicals (CMR) by 22 % (Eurostat, 2006). The annual production of toxic industrial chemicals in the EU-25 in 2005, as registered in the Prodcom database, was 212 million . In all, since the Kiev conference, about one billion (1,000 million) tonnes of toxic chemicals have been produced in the EU. A study by the European Chemicals Bureau (ECB) on data availability in 1999 showed that base-set (2) data were only available for 14 % of more than 2,000 EU high production volume chemicals (HPVCs); for 65 % there was less than base-set data, and 21 % had no data at all (Allanou et al., 1999).
Emissions and releases of chemicals can occur during every stage of their lifecycles, from production and processing, through manufacturing, their use in downstream production sectors and by the general public, to disposal. Any of these can lead to localised pollution, for example from poorly managed industries, contaminated sites, or accidents, and to diffuse releases causing long-term exposure to low levels of individual or mixtures of chemicals. For chemicals used in long-life articles such as construction materials emissions related to their disposal can occur several decades after their production and processing. This is one reason why some chemicals are still found in the environment or in human tissue long after they have been withdrawn from use. Heavy metals, such as mercury, lead and cadmium and persistent organic pollutants (POPs), which include dioxins, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and hexachlorobenzene (HCB), are examples of chemicals that continue to occur in the environment at levels that are close to (eco)toxicological effect levels, despite restrictions on their production and use. After controlling emissions from industrial point sources, diffuse sources of these persistent and cumulative compounds are causing more and more concern. Deposits of obsolete pesticides and pharmaceuticals pose risks in most SEE (South Eastern Europe) and EECCA (Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia) countries, with the IHPA (5) estimating that stockpiles of obsolete pesticides may exceed 60,000 and 180,000 tonnes respectively in the two regions Measures have been taken to improve the storage of agrochemicals, but these are insufficient to cope with the problem. In Belarus, radionuclides from Chernobyl have contaminated nearly 4.5 million ha, almost 40 % of which is agricultural land, and more than 20 % of the country's area (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, 2006). The total cost of the damage resulting from the loss of productivity of agricultural land, forests and mineral deposits is likely to reach USD 235 billion by 2015 (UNECE, 2005). In Ukraine, fallout has affected more than 6 million ha, contaminating large areas of forest and agricultural land, including highly fertile soils (Ministry of Environment of Ukraine, 2007). Some 57 % of the Ukrainian annual state budget is being used to alleviate the consequences of the disaster, with nearly USD 7.5 billion having been spent in the period 19912005 (UNECE, 2006). In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European country worst affected by land mines, minefields extend to over 4 % of the land area, rendering some 10,000 hectares of agricultural land and 20 % of the forests unusable (ICBL, 2005). In Croatia 2 % of the land area, inhabited by about 1 million people, is still mined (ICBL, 2006). Clearance is difficult, slow and costly, and is likely to take many years.
FIRE While air, water and earth are directly impacted by pollutants in the ways described (and these quotes are a very brief summary of the situation in Europe only), fire is not an element that is polluted, as such. However, an open minded view of the ecological destruction we are reaping on the other elements commonly route back to our collective misuse and misunderstanding of the element of fire. As global warming increases, fire is striking back at us, with dramatic and devastating impact of forest and wilderness fires and the intensification of Solar ray penetration. We have become addicted to explosions.
The mainstay of energy production is burning of fossil fuels. Transportation runs on controlled, small explosions and our military have developed explosive capacity to the extreme. The gift of control of the fire element gave the human species distinction and supremacy over other species, it has also given us, now, our downfall, and that downfall is directly related to the concept of supremacy. The sophistication of western culture gives a sense of supremacy over the peoples of, so called, disadvantaged birth. Yet the EEA document states that the wisdom of indigenous peoples may be of value. From indigenous, earth based cultures around the globe, the fire element is associated with Spirit. Connection with Spirit delivers cognition of our equality with all forms of life. The immediate point of relationship with fire is the Sun. The Sun is constant, it gives light and warmth and illuminates the world. Spirit, being associated with fire, likewise illuminates the consciousness and gives awareness of the inter-connectedness of all expressions of life. Fire is seen as the masculine principle. It is the light and heat of the Sun, penetrating the damp dark earth of the planet (female principle) that sparks the seed to germinate. It is the union of the feminine and masculine energies that bring life into being. Spirit has been claimed as the dominion of religion while globally most religions have fallen under patriarchal dominance. Christianity (or Churchianity) is the driving force behind the dysfunctional concept of globalisation as economic domination. Spreading out from Europe in the last 500 + years, the church has attempted to annihilate any and all manifestations of matriarchal wisdom, has oppressed women and womb power as witchcraft and has asserted the supremacy of its patriarchal domicile of God. (Church being the house of God). Until the Goddess, the planet itself, bears the burden of such one-sided bigotry. The patriarchs have claimed masculine supremacy over the feminine. Control of fire, after all, gives us supremacy over the animal world. But such a claim separates us from, not only the birthing (abundance) power of the feminine, but also from the void, the womb essence of the Goddess. This is our separation from the +0, (+i). This separation also closes out any possibility of a true understanding of Spirit and the nature of Spirit in a multi-dimensional reality. The patriarchs claimed to be the authority of Spirit. Under their authority our culture is actively engaged to maintain separation. Our calendar (Vatican) guarantees our disconnection from the natural cycles of the Moon (Goddess). Our work ethic keeps us imprisoned in scarcity and survival fear. Fear, shame, guilt, debt, doubt, resentment, powerlessness, are all strategies that our authorities use to keep us removed from our Self Authority. Is it any wonder we are in the unholy mess we are in? Spirit is the fire of our individuated Soul Self that gives us the passion and desire to grow, to expand, to be all that we are. We sacrifice ourselves to the enslavement that measures growth in product output.
We give our trust to external authorities and endorse the contract of governance through the ballot box. The value of a Nation is based upon Gross Domestic Product (GDP), yet this bears no relation whatsoever to the reality of prosperity of a people. Our authorities are not trust worthy while depleting the prosperity of the people to service war, munitions, fossil fuel energy sourcing and debt. Our authorities are not worthy of the honour of their mantle while addressing us with the lie of growth based on the wild discrepancies of production / consumption models as viable indicators of wealth while the people and environment are burdened under the truth of such a dysfunctional and tunnel vision modus operandi. The European Environmental Agency present that they have known solutions to the critical destruction of the eco-sphere: There are those issues such as air and water pollution where, by and large, we know how to solve them and what implementation action is required. However, while progress has been made, problems of this type still persist largely due to the difficulties with working out in practice and at local level how to implement the known solutions. However, the only solutions put forward in the Europes Environment, The fourth assessment report are legislative and economic. Seven initial key objectives and their respective areas for action have been identified: Objective 1: Improve environmental legislation, policies and institutional framework; Objective 2: Reduce the risks to human health through pollution prevention and control; (legislation) Objective 3: Manage natural resources in a sustainable manner; (legislation) Objective 4: Integrate environmental considerations into the development of key economic sectors; (economic manipulation) Objective 5: Establish and strengthen mechanisms for mobilising and allocating financial resources to achieve environmental objectives; (economic manipulation) Objective 6: Provide information for environmental decision-making, promote public participation and environmental education; (non solution)
Objective 7: Identify and address trans-boundary problems and strengthen cooperation within the framework of international conventions. (legislation).
These are not solutions to the serious issues of environmental contamination and a pitiful excuse of addressing the reality of entropy.
Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable. We are faced now with the fact that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history there is such a thing as being too lateWe may cry out desperately for time to pause in her passage, but time is deaf to every plea and rushes on. In their personal lives, few people would knowingly undertake activities with a serious injury risk of this order of magnitude. Yet as a global community, we are taking far greater risks with planet Earth. Scenarios for the 21st Century point to potential stabilization points in excess of 750ppm CO2e, with possible temperature changes in excess of 5C.

On the basis of current trends and present policies, energy-related CO2 emissions could rise by more than 50 percent over 2005 levels by 2030. As these structures evolve, developing countries could be integrated over time as institutional conditions allow. There are two ways of putting a price on carbon. The first is to directly tax CO2 emissions. Importantly, carbon taxation does not imply an increase in the overall tax burden. The revenues can be used in a fiscally neutral way to support wider environmental tax reformsfor example, cutting taxes on labour and investment. Marginal taxation levels would require adjustment in the light of greenhouse gas emission trends. One approach, broadly consistent with our sustainable emissions pathway, would entail the introduction of taxation at a level of US$1020/t CO2 in 2010, rising in annual increments of US$510/t CO2 towards a level of US$60100/t CO2. Such an approach would provide investors and markets with a clear and predictable framework for planning future investments. And it would generate strong incentives for a low-carbon transition. The second route to carbon pricing is cap-and-trade. Under a cap-and-trade system, the government sets an overall emissions cap and issues tradable allowances that grant business the right to emit a set amount. Those who can reduce emissions more cheaply are able to sell allowances. One potential disadvantage of cap-and-trade is energy price instability. The potential advantage is environmental certainty: the cap itself is a quantitative ceiling applied to emissions. Given the urgency of achieving deep and early quantitative cuts in greenhouse gas emissions, well-designed cap-and-trade programmes have the potential to play a key role in mitigation. To repeat: Our world leaders and governments are committing invisible genocide through their policies. The victims of this invisible genocide are the future generations. Clearly the globalisation objectives of world governance is confused and incapable of owning the severity of the crisis it has created.

This is the antithesis and reversal of the concept of over-unity and is directly related to poor health and premature death. Matter is also linked to the Anglo Saxon word matere, meaning material of thought, speech or expression. Indicating a link between the frequency of thought, the quality of expression (aesthetic) and the nature of the substance form that is subsequently born into the manifest. This study will challenge conservative scientific methodology, as it inevitably requires an expansion of observation beyond the purely physical, thus exploring the realm of our multi-dimensional nature and archetypes. Important to note, type, in its original meaning, refers to both acoustic and visual representation. An archetype may therefore be defined, provisionally, as an acoustic-resonant-geometrical (fractalinfinite) pattern that arises out of the arche, or implicate order.(Void). Indigenous and shamanic cultures the world over have perceived that all illness and disease are the physical expression of energy patterns that are not aligned with the natural energy expression (or flow) of life force itself. This is to look beyond the manifest symptom in order to understand the originating cause at the source of dissonance and disharmony before it manifests as illness, disease or sickness in the physical. (That which comes before matter). This approach, in essence, establishes the shift from karma to dharma. Karma equates to suffering and energy loss which eventually leads to ill health and dis-ease. Dharma entails an orientation to pleasure and quality that creates energy gain. This is the basis of all alternative bona fide healing practices. To identify where we lose energy through dysfunction and selfresponsibly take care to change the root behaviour or causal energy pattern. This must now be applied to our collective dysfunction. Clearly, the outcome of the military industrial complex and its inherent environmental degradation does not serve health. Access to clean water and clean air are of major concern, as previously outlined. There are also significant issues that relate to food and nutrition. The industrialisation of farming practices not only has impact with soil quality and erosion, bio-diversity and pesticide use but also extends into the factory farming of livestock and the introduction of a host of antibiotics, growth hormones and other vetinary drugs into the food chain. Alongside a culture that demands fast food and pre-prepared meals as an aspect of lifestyle, the quality of foods available is significantly reduced.

The Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) was formed in 1943 and integrated with the UN in 1945. While the WHO has a remit that allows it to direct authority, and a public face of Health for all that allow it to operate within its agenda, the FAO has a more specific definition to its mandate of access to enough high-quality food to lead active, healthy lives. However, the FAO mandate is clearly established in context of world economy. Serious doubts are raised, related to the commitment to health, of both the WHO and the FAO. In 1962 The FAO/WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission was established to set international food standards. Codex Alimetarius is not a public health commission, neither is it a consumer protection commission. The Codex Alimentarius Commission is a trade commission. A trade commission is taking care of business. In 1962, the Codex Alimentarius Commission made a declaration for total global implementation of the Codex Alimentarius rulings by Dec. 31st 2009. Codex Alimentarius publishes guidelines, standards and regulations on all aspects of food trade. (Pharmaceuticals are not a part of codex). Guidelines are not legally ratified, however, in 1994, when the World Trade Organisation (WTO) was established, it accepted Codex Alimentarius and uses their guidelines and standards as a basis for dealing with trade disputes related to food. The WTO stance is that all WTO nations will harmonise with the codex standards. In any dispute, a nation codex compliant will always, automatically, win over nation not codex compliant despite merit of case.
UN member countries are deemed to abide by WTO rulings. WTO affirm the guideline that it is ok to export US beef that is impregnated with growth hormone. The guidelines are not legally ratified and the European Union (EU) health standards do not permit the growth hormone in beef and refuse to import such US beef. EU countries, being UN member nations are under the rulings of the WTO. Being in defiance of the WTO ruling, the WTO fines the EU 150 million euro/yr. (2007 figure, increasing each year as long as the defiance continues). In the USA, the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act 1994 (DSHEA) defined nutrient supplements and herbs as foods. No upper limit of consumption can be set on a food, it is basic human rights to consume as much as we choose to. In the same year, Codex Alimentarius declared nutrient supplements and minerals to be toxins and as such subject to toxological risk assessment. The Codex Alimentarius Commission vitamin and mineral guidelines were ratified on July 4th 2005. The toxological risk assessment determines the safety margin for human consumption via animal testing, determining the upper limit of dose that will kill 50% of animals tested. It then determine lowest dose before any discernable impact is shown in the animal. To arrive at the acceptable limit for human consumption, this lowest dosage is divided by 100 to get the safety margin and guideline for content in marketed vitamin and mineral supplement products. i.e they have absolutely no effect in a human being whatsoever. Ratified guidelines become mandatory for any country under World Trade Organisation (WTO). Naturally occurring substances, derived from natural sources will be aligned within the natural energy matrix of creation and thus hold harmonic resonance with the life force matrix itself. The popularity and market share of natural remedy products has been on the increase, expanding annually as the consumer chooses products of this nature. The implementation of the Codex Alimentarius Commission guidelines essentially nullifies this market sector. On July 12th, 2005 the International Court of Justice in Luxembourg ruled in favour of the Codex Alimentarius guidelines for dietary supplements with the EU directive to: Strictly prohibitinformationaboutdiseasesbeingtreatablebynutrients..
While these severe restrictions are placed on the toxins of vitamin and mineral dietary supplements, Codex Alimentarius does not take the same view of synthetic analogs for nutrients and drugs, or pesticides, or irradiation, or genetically engineered foods.
In fact, the Codex Alimentarius Commission mandates the use of recombinant bovine growth hormone. Under codex guidelines and WTO compliance, every animal used for food must be treated with anti-biotics and growth hormone. Codex Alimentarius also mandates that all food, including organic, must be irradiated (unless eaten locally and raw). It also sets limits for the quantities of industrial chemicals that can be found in foods as residue. Chemicals that are passed as acceptable in foods, according to the Codex Alimentarius Commission include persistent organic pollutants (POPs). Persistent organic pollutants are defined as such because they remain within the compounds that they are found for a long, long time. There are twelve Persistent Organic Pollutants, (POPs) that 176 countries have banned from use in any form. These 12 worst chemicals( worldwide) are:Pesticides: Hexachlorobenzene, Toxaphene, Chlordane, Aldrin, DOT, Mirex, Dieldrin, Pentachlorophenol, Endrin. By Products of Contaminants: PAHs, Dioxins, Furans. Chemicals: PCBs, Hexabromobiphenyt. Codex Alimentarius guidelines have authorised as permissible seven of these POPs. including Hexachlorobenzene, Aldrin and Dieldrin. It will be considered, under WTO compliance, a Trade Violation to stop imports of products containing these chemicals. Under these guidelines, it seems that the WHO remit of directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations system, And being responsible for providing leadership on global health matters, and the FAO mandate to raise levels of nutrition, improve agricultural productivity, better the lives of rural populations and contribute to the growth of the world economy, has become a little onesided, ensuring the economic security of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with neglect for the impact of antibiotic and growth hormones, pesticides, POPs and other vetinary drugs post human consumption. It certainly appears that the UN, through WHO and FAO via the Codex Alimentarius Commission favours the industrial substitutes, including genetically modified organisms (GMO) bio-engineered foods over bio-compatible natural substances. This strategy is wholly opposed to the natural alignment practices of indigenous and shamanic cultures since the dawn of time.
Profit focus again seems to be prevalent. Large pharmaceutical corporations are at the top of the Fortune 500 list. In fact in 2002 pharmaceuticals companies were top of the list with profits of $154 billion. The pharmaceutical industry has significant vested interest and there are many cases of suspected Machiavellian behaviour. In the transformation of consciousness that the GFC 70% Plan serves, that even the hint of suspicion exists, related to companies or organisations in the health sector is wholly unacceptable. As a collective we place our wellbeing and our lives into the hands of the medical community with absolute trust. Any person, group or company engaged in health services in any respect must be 100% trustworthy, transparent and, without fail, fully disclosed to merit the honour of public, and now global population trust. The pharmaceutical industry has an appalling record in this respect. From the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA): Conflicts of interest and vaccine development Preserving the integrity of the process report, US House of Representatives Committee on Government Reform, 15/6/2000, found:- Committeemembershaveincompletefinancialdisclosures,and looseadherencetodisclosureoffinancialinterests. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) itself is rife with conflicts of interest. A USA Today report published in 2000 stated: 54% of experts hired to advise government on safety and efficacy policies had financial relationships with the pharmaceutical companies that would be directly affected by their opinions. Since1998,theFDAhaswaivedonmorethan800occasionsthefederallawthatwouldhave otherwiseprohibiteduseofexpertswithfinancialconflictsofinterest. 92%ofFDAadvisorymeetingshadatleastonememberwithaconflictofinterests. 55%ofFDAadvisorymeetingswereheldwhenatleasthalfofthecommitteemembershad conflictsofinterest. Currently, under the FDA, the advisory committee for pharmaceutical science and clinical pharmacology, which is authorized by law and has responsibility extending to the national policy issue advisory board, non scientific program advisory board, scientific technical program advisory board, grant review committee and regulatory negotiations committee. Of the twelve members on the committee, eight have direct engagement in pharmaceutical companies, three of those directly relate to vaccine development and distribution with one being directly engaged with Hospira (who recently acquired Mayne Pharma to become the world leader in specialty generic injectable pharmaceuticals). Seven are involved in biotechnology and delivery of drugs via proteins, and one is a member of the board of grants for the American foundation for pharmaceutical education. This committee stands from 1990 until 2010. This is a hugely biased advisory committee.
Thimerasol is used widely in vaccines. Thimerasol contains mercury. Since the widespread use of vaccination programmes there has been a 1500% increase in autism. The inability to clear significant levels of mercury is a particular problem for concern because it has been determined that the human brain preferentially takes up mercury 6-times greater than blood. Thimerosal in micromolar concentrations induced membrane and DNA damage and initiated apoptosis in human neuronal fibroblasts. The mercury in vaccines is only there because it preserves the vial for re-use. Mercury poisoning also relates to and can cause sudden death and cardiac arrest and there is a direct correlation between levels of mercury in blood, fertility decline in men, and the number of instances of miscarriage and still birth in women. On 31st March 2009, PATH issued a briefing paper on the burden and prevention of rotavirus. Rotavirus is a genus of double-stranded RNA virus in the family Reoviridae. It is the leading single cause of severe diarrhoea among infants and young children. By the age of five, nearly every child in the world has been infected with rotavirus at least once. However, with each infection, immunity develops, subsequent infections are less severe, and adults are rarely affected. PATH are also involved in birth control vaccines and reproductive immunology. The basic strategy of birth control vaccines is essentially sterilization. The vaccines target the reproductive hormones. Anti-bodies are the innate immune systems ability to destroy. There are proteins in the body that will find out something that is foreign to the bodies natural chemistry, attack it and destroy it. The goal of the birth control vaccine is to get the body to attack its own hormones and disrupt pregnancy. HCG is a hormone that is produced in the process of conception. The science of these vaccines attaches HCG to a carrier virus (vaccine) so that immune system attacks the virus, and thus the attached HCG as a foreign entity and in so doing triggers the anti-bodies that go on to attack the natural HCG produced in conception. It is the bodies creation of HCG, that once conception has occurred facilitates the egg in attaching to womb wall. Carriers that are used with attached HCG are: Tetanus toxoid (TT) and Diptheria toxoid (DT). (These are in vaccines anyway).
Now Recombinant DNA techniques are being employed. Once the DNA sequence for HCG is placed into a carrier virus, the body will continue to create HCG forever. However, HCG is difficult for the immune system to identify, so the bio-tech engineers have found the DNA code for the HCG anti-body - this is passive immunisation. (Stealth ops). It is being used in the Vaccinia (smallpox vaccine), and because it is coded into the DNA molecule, analysis wont discover it. Genetic engineering is operative such that code fragments can be included in GMOs of all types, putting it into modified plants, etc. It is statistically proven that fertility rates are dropping worldwide. Auto-immunity has to be used for this process of inclusion of anti-ovarian antibodies by including the anti-body DNA code into the Virus of the vaccine that carries it. If you just introduce the anti-body orally, the body will not absorb it and there would be no resultant effect. That bio-technology is known to be employed in such a manner is disturbing. Again, our scientific capability is impressive, however the application is once more polluted by profit motive and product consciousness. Machiavellian behaviour has been a cause of concern throughout this age of pharmaceutical industrialisation from the fluoridation of water through to the contemporary manifestations of vaccines, HIV, autism, ADHD and more. Considering that we are capable of such DNA manipulation it seems quite remarkable that not one research lab has been able to isolate the HIV virus from a patient. HIV is a pure scam. The definition of positive testing varies widely and the testing methods are scientifically unsound. HIV diagnosis is based on indicators, not on the presence of a specific, isolated in the patient, HIV virus. Anti-bodies indicating viral activity can be present through a broad spectrum of natural body function, the T Cell count is hugely variable and wholly unreliable as a diagnostic for HIV, and viral load as a diagnostic tool simply does not hold up. HIV first manifest in the early 80s in the gay community and among intravenous drug users. In those people first diagnosed with AIDS, the immune system was already under a heavy stressor load. During the same period, cancer research had been attempting to identify a viral cause for cancer. After huge investment in cancer research, it became evident that retroviruses would not cause cancer. However, this research led to the use of chemotherapy. Chemotherapy developed molecules which are incorporated into the growing chain of newly built up genetic material (cancer cells) which would kill, or prevent the build up of this genetic molecule and the cell eventually has to die. This practice is still widely used in cancer treatment on the hope that chemotherapy kills off the cancer cells before it kills the patient. Often the patient will die first. Use of AZT and other retroviral drugs in the treatment of AIDS is pure chemotherapy. Use of chemotherapy is irreversibly damaging the human genome and particularly the mitochondria, which can only be passed on from generation to generation through the egg cell of the mother.
AZT is one of the most toxic chemotherapy drugs ever created. The toxicity of AZT causes numerous of the AIDS defining diseases. In animal testing of AZT in the 60s, the mortality rate was 100%. In 1987 the FDA approved AZT for human use as treatment for HIV/AIDS in the US and thirty other countries after blatantly fraudulent trials. Anti-viral treatments are All chemotherapies which kill DNA which in turn kills the cell. Chemotherapies are designed to kill human cells. CDC Centre for Disease Control & the National Institute for Health, in the USA, are both military organisations. The National Institute for Health is the primary source of funding for all medical scientific research. The WHO definition of HIV indicators in Africa are ridiculously minimal. It has been estimated that a level of 70% false positive diagnostic is currently the case. In Africa, HIV is definitive as a virus affecting the heterosexual community. In the USA there has never been any spread of HIV into the heterosexual community while it is recognised that viruses are impartial. Delivery of AZT to 3rd world (Africa) is accompanied by the recommendation to stop breast feeding in order to prevent spread of HIV to newborns. HIV has never been isolated in breast milk. Breast milk itself has the highest content of natural antibodies and is thus the basis of building the normal immune system. The use of AZT is taking place in Africa and other lesser developed countries and will result in massive loss of human life. A paper published in Nature 1995 by David Ho, delivering his Viral dynamics hypothesis, showed patients taking Protease inhibitors had reduced viral loads. This single paper was the principle justification that the FDA used to release, in 1996, protease inhibitors for general use on public. Protease inhibitors function by cutting down the precursor molecule of the genetic material of HIV. The HIV DNA sequence can only be cut at eight specific places and yet the protease of HIV is unspecific, while the protease inhibitor IS specific. This simply does not make sense. However, use of protease inhibitors is now commonplace. It is interfering on a very basic level of life, for which it will take time for the outcome of this interference to be evident. The protease inhibitors, being specific, can not be cut down, therefore they will accumulate over time inside the body, producing crystallines which eventually will destroy the kidneys first and then other organs. When accumulation occurs this will cause all kinds of virus effects. These will not be not side effects, but the main effects of the use of protease inhibitors. Damage to the liver will follow and subsequently blood production. When blood is destroyed the fatty acid metabolism is destroyed as well and fatty acid accumulation will occur throughout body. Avian Flu is another strategy by which human DNA is being manipulated (via vaccine again) with readiness for the M15 virus to attach. The outcome of these multiple strategies and applications of genetic manipulation is tantamount to large scale genocide.

While reference to the Military Industrial Complex has become a common symbol in collective awareness, it seems that this should be extended to a MilitaryIndustrialBiotech Complex. The Green Fibre 70% Plan for Planetary Transformation sees Truth Amnesty as the only viable vehicle for corporate, government and institutional criminals to have the opportunity to be accountable for their diabolic behaviour. While law suits for damage remain a threat these oligarchs will continue to protect their interests.
The health and pharmaceutical issues detailed in the previous sections demonstrate that organisations that represent health authority on a global scale, such as WHO, are in fact not to be trusted in an arena where the public will place implicit trust for health and welfare. Authoritative bodies in this context will not survive the 4th World entropy and can only be seen as manifestation of the 4th World gluttony of profit motive and product consciousness, where profit is guaranteed through the repeat custom of a populace in poor health. Trust, truth, openness and transparency are keynotes of 5th World Assemblage. It is not possible to address issues of healing without addressing love. Love begets care for well-being. Love takes care for reality needs to be met and good nutrition, clean water, clean air and a health service that cares to cure will be born through attention with love. Love is a profoundly misunderstood energy in collective consciousness. Most people will associate love with the emotive bond between people who fall in love. This is not the love that is being referenced here. Indeed, in the context of the experience of love in bonding, the frequency and energy is love. But that energy is experienced through the energy of unification and this is paramount to understand. Love is the natural energy expression of the experience of union. A human being expressing naturalness is in a cognitive awareness that there is no separation and thus all of experience is known in union. It is the merging and bonding (the uniting) that occurs in falling in love that liberates the energy, and thus experience of, love inside the individual. Most often, the other that has been united with will then be identified as the source of the experience of love. This misidentification sets us up for a broad spectrum of emotional projections and ultimately dysfunctions. The source of love is inside the individual. The experience of love is felt as the energy-inmotion that occurs when the unity of life is consciously perceived. No other person, place or event is ever responsible for any individuals experience of love. It is wholly an individuals sole responsibility to access the quality of love in their life experience through their personal awareness of union in and with all life. When an individual does experience love, as union in life, they are Soul connected. To not experience this union is to be in separation. Separation is the causal factor of all health dysfunction, sickness, disease and illness. 5th World Assemblage can only be held within the context of evolution. The evolution of the Human being is currently developing consciousness of this unified awareness. The 4th World consciousness has developed and evolved from within the construct of animal instinct for survival and procreation. This survival instinct underpins all of the motivational drives that create the competitive frameworks of the current work ethic and collective modus operandi. It is this animal instinct of survival that developed the fortressed existence that drives the defence strategies of nation states. These 4th world motivations and instincts are deeply embedded within cellular memory. It is a primal instinct of male energy to procreate and protect in order to ensure survival, both of the offspring (conscious) and the species (unconscious).
These ancient hereditary patterns are coded into the genetic matrix at a deep level. As evolution has moved humankind forward in its development as a sensory organic body form, there was place for these instincts. The male energy seeks to conceive as many children as possible as insurance of future survivability. Male children were viewed as an asset of future land labour. In the past, these were reality drivers. However, it is the matriarchal genetic coding that passes through the DNA strand in the mitochondria that passes down the bloodline intact from the female only that carries the instinct of nurture and love. Many indigenous cultures have matriarchal lineages of tradition and Sacred Knowledge as womb based awareness connecting directly with the womb/void of Universal Intelligence and embedded in the awareness of birthing as the power of creation, (creating life). When Patriarchal lineages assume power as domination, power over, the ruler ship of dominion, the connectedness with love as creative life force becomes eroded. The gene coded natural instinct of protection becomes an attitude of possession. This is reflected in the patriarchal concept of marriage, where the man subsequently takes possession of his wife. With such a concept institutionalised through the ceremony of religion, the actual reality of love released through merging is lost. The concept of the capacity to possess another human being leads to a host of human conceptual dysfunctions. Slavery is defined in Wiktionary as Aninstitutionorsocialpracticeofowninghumanbeings asproperty,especiallyforuseasforcedlabourers.It is a short step from the ownership of a wife to the ownership of labourers. WordNet Dictionary defines slavery further, as: thestateofbeingunderthecontrolof anotherperson It is only from the lower frequency resonance of the animal instinct that any individual could subject another to the debased existence of slavery. Evidence of slavery predates written records, and has existed to varying extents, forms and periods in almost all cultures and continents. Most often, in records that exist from ancient cultures, slavery was a mixture of debt-slavery, punishment for crime, capture and enslavement of prisoners of war, child abandonment and the birth of slave children to slaves. It was only when the Roman Republic expanded outward as Empire that entire populations were enslaved. This oppression by an elite minority eventually led to slaves used not only for labour, but also for amusement (e.g. gladiators and sex slaves). Slavery in early medieval Europe was so common that the Roman Catholic Church repeatedly prohibited it or at least the export of Christian slaves to non-Christian lands was prohibited at e.g. the Council of Koblenz in 922, the Council of London (1102), and the Council of Armagh (1171). In contrast the Catholic Church encouraged European enslavement of nonChristian African peoples, beginning from the mid 15th century.
In 1452, Pope Nicholas V issued the papal bull Dum Diversas, granting Afonso V of Portugal the right to reduce any "Saracens, pagans and any other unbelievers" to hereditary slavery which legitimized the slave trade under Catholic beliefs of that time. This approval of slavery was reaffirmed and extended in his Romanus Pontifex bull of 1455. These papal bulls came to serve as a justification for the subsequent era of slave trade and European colonialism. An estimated 12 million Africans were shipped to the Americas from the 16th to the 19th centuries. The elitist mind-set of European ancestry that perceived native and indigenous people as savage and primitive allowed their self-importance to obscure the basic awareness of humanness for the sake of profit. At the height of the slave trade in the UK, it is a conservative estimate that the profits from slavery accounted for more than 5% of the nations economy. Slavery destroyed cultures world-wide while the supposed civilised white culture raped and pillaged the people and resources of native heritage. The Slave Trade Act was passed by the British Parliament on 25 March 1807, making the slave trade illegal throughout the British Empire. However, it is thought probable that the total number of slaves today is higher than the number who suffered during the trans-Atlantic slave trade. Conservative estimates indicate that today, at least 27 million people, in places as diverse as Nigeria, Indonesia, and Brazil, live in conditions of forced bondage. Some sources believe the actual figures are 10 times as large. Slavery worldwide is focussed particularly on pervasive slavery in agriculture, clothing manufacture and the sex industry. Trafficking in human beings (also called human trafficking) is also considered as a form of slavery. Victims of such abuse are tricked, lured by false promises, or forced into a "debt slavery" situation by coercion, deception, fraud, intimidation, threat, isolation, physical force, debt bondage or even force-feeding with drugs of abuse to take control of them as victims. Annually,approximately800,000peoplearetraffickedacrossnationalborders,whichdoes notincludemillionstraffickedwithintheirowncountries.Approximately80percentoftrans nationalvictimsarewomenandgirlsandupto50percentareminors,reports the U.S. Department of State in a 2008 study. Whilst the majority of victims are women, and sometimes children, who are subsequently forced into prostitution (in which case the practice is called sex trafficking), victims will also include men, women and children who are forced into manual labour. The Slave Trade has and does create a massive displacement of people. Historically this was particularly from the African content. All indigenous peoples have cultural and spiritual mythologies established in direct relationship with the land. Also, the land holds the spirit (and bodies) of the ancestral lineage. Separation from connection with the land not only separates a people from the symbols of cultural reference, but also from the spirit of their forebears. This compounds the separation from and denial of death and decimates the living experience of life.
The Patriarchy that fuelled colonialism and empire expansion also sought to eradicate all forms of Matriarchal tradition. All patriarchal structures are pyramidic, with one Grand Patriarch/Emperor at the pinnacle of the pyramid and the controlled mass of the populace at the base under rulership of the Grand Patriarch. This is so in all forms and expressions of patriarchal structure. Matriarchal traditions function from the womb knowing of connectedness and equality within the whole. Womb power is the power to create life. The patriarchs take power as power over through the force of rulership claiming a masculine form of God as creator power. Patriarchy fears the womb power of woman. Man can never control the womb knowing of Woman. It is also so that in the presence of a womb connected Matriarch, nothing can be hidden, because that womb space resonance is connected within the energy matrix of the whole and sensitive to all frequencies within her presence. Under patriarchal domination, that which the Grand Patriarch fears he will seek to control and if he cant control it, he will seek to destroy it. A woman's womb creates life. It is also so, that all forms of any things that are manifest in the realm of matter are of the planet itself. All material forms, from people to plastics are made of the molecular compounds of the Earth, and all (in time) will return to the Earth. As such, the Planet births everything. Thus the planet itself, the land, is also understood as female Mother Earth. Removal of connection of the people from ancestral burial or ceremonial land severs the connection of the people at this fundamental level of nurture and destroys the entire pattern of manifestation of a culture. The Patriarchal hierarchies attempt to control the seat of power and employ power as domination in order to accumulate and control quantity as wealth is the core misunderstanding of the nature of natural abundance. This is the cause of all poverty in the world, thereby responsible for all death through starvation and destitution as well as crime, drug abuse and most other forms of deprivation and despair. The rampant decimation of indigenous cultures through European Colonialism over just the last few hundred years subject all peoples of the so-called lesser developed countries to this slavery, displacement of people (specifically Africa) and severance of the relationship of the spirit of the people to the ancestral land of their heritage. It is these very regions that today suffer the appalling consequences of famine, starvation, poverty, pestilence and destitution. That the so-called developed countries will then cast the blame for these conditions back on to the people of the so-called developing countries is an appalling failure of responsibility and accountability. Famine today is blamed upon the failure of the poor to command sufficient resources to acquire essential food, or simply that many famines are caused by imbalance of food production compared to the large populations of those countries whose population exceeds the regional carrying capacity. Blame is inexcusable.
That any child should die of starvation is simply not acceptable.
3rd World Famine and Destitution. Delivery of New Energy Technologies will be made freely available to the poorest regions first in order to enable a fast return to selfsustainability.
While New Energy Technologies are proven at proof of principle, the GFC 70% Plan for Planetary Transformation establishes the absolute necessity of re-integrating the womb consciousness of the feminine in balance with the conceptive energy of the masculine. The culturally established concepts of dark and light require re-evaluation. Feminine energy (and particularly female sexuality) have been demonised. The dark has been equated with evil, whereas in life generative processes, the dark is the dark of the womb or void. New Energy, (or zero-point technology) sources energy directly from the void or ether. Without the re-integration of the womb power of woman and the full honouring of the connected womb knowing of the matriarchy, these technologies will likely remain elusive. This is the grail quest, the cup of creation energy. This balancing of feminine and masculine energy routes right back into the conflict of death/life, as previously discussed. Balance of feminine and masculine energy is prerequisite to maturational growth.
The evolutionary awakening is a maturational process. It requires tremendous maturity to accept the dysfunctional expressions of others without judgement and with empathy and compassion. Empathy is only possible in the individual who has experienced inside themselves the dreadful pain of separation. Most people avoid experiencing the depth and measure of this pain by conforming to the socially sculpted status quo and living a life of numbed pretence. Unification can only be wholly integrated by surrendering into this pain of separation which is commonly refusal and fear of death as non-existence (the polarisation of survival instinct) as detailed previously. The gain of letting go is life and the frequency of life inside of self, fully independent of all external influence, is love. Love will only be experienced in emotive pretence of collective mythology, and as entertainment, until the integration of death and life occurs. It is this integration that facilitates the understanding that the individual is creative and it is this understanding that is the foundation of self-responsibility. Until this evolution establishes, people will surrender their free will as victims of the tyranny of self-focussed external authority. The motivational intent of immature energy expression is to gain approval, recognition, security and acceptance from outside of self. (To the child the external authority is the parent). Surrendering self-responsibility in such a manner leads to formulating identity according to the standards of others. This itself causes separation from self inside the individual and the process of dysfunction is begun. Conformity to societal standards is then the capacity to model pretence and numb or suppress the pain of separation. The whole attitude and approach to wellbeing will transform. Our current drug and medical industries function to treat symptoms by methods of removal or suppression. This does not cure dysfunction. With the widespread acceptance of the practices of alchemy and its applications for healing in the form of restoration of union, the face of health care will change. Dysfunction at all levels must be addressed at cause. Dysfunctional patterns accrue matter following the same energy laws of all forms of manifestation. It is so that dysfunctional energy patterns will attract dissonant expressions in the same way as aesthetic patterns will attract resonant forms. An open and honest assessment of the expression of our human aspects, (emotion, thought, physical, spiritual and sexual), born in relation to creations expression of the elements, (water, air, earth, fire and void) will carry the human being forward in their process of aligning with the energy movement of the Infinite Fractal Matrix of Universal Energy.
As connection is restored, the higher frequency energy of Universal Creation will then re-align the human matrix through laws of pure energy resonance. Thus, increased resonance is the awakening that is occurring as the human evolution of consciousness that is the birthing of the 5th World. For the individual in this process, there is the recognition that it is through connection that relationship is established and that it is through relationship that communication and energy transference takes place. This activates the awareness that the higher frequency energy of creation is, in fact, higher frequency intelligence. Intelligence that expresses as resonance and is woven through symbol into matter via the synchronous 4th dimensional ordering of time. As recognition of the higher frequency intelligence of creation dawns, many of the dysfunctional patterns of 4th World human behaviour are seen for what they are and become abhorrent to the higher frequency resonance being integrated through energy interaction with a greater sphere than only the three dimensions of the physical world.
Education. Children will be enriched according to their own growth and their own unique experience of resonant attraction. Schools will become the learning centres of specialist interest, available to all at any time in their life.
The language of the Universe may well be mathematics, but its voice is symbol. Everything that is known to human beings is formed through symbol. Contemporary science has arrived at the awareness that all that there is, is energy. The Human Being is an energy lightbeing, an energy space in interaction with all other energies that connect with that space. All of the five senses receive input stimulus from the surrounding environment as do the other faculties of human ESP (energy sensitive perception). It is via these senses that we make sense of the world. All of the input stimulus is processed via the neural pathways of the brain. According to collectively agreed definitions, resonance is identified, interpreted and experienced as perception. It is our collectively agreed symbol structure that establishes the appearance of matter. This is known as an energetic uniformity cohesive contract. It is a collective agreement to perceive the world in a particular way. All intelligence, and thus knowledge transfer happens through connection, merging and interaction or energy interface. The blossoming of a Human Soul is a process of life and evolution. Learning is a natural process of growing. It is the whole community that pass on the collective description of the world to the child. The quality and nature of the description is the responsibility of the adult collective/community. There is nothing within human experience that is not conveyed via this process. It is a process that shapes the physical matter of reality. The quality of manifestations in the perceived world is shaped by collective care. Any integral connection with life through the natural matrix of creation energy affirms intimacy. Intimacy fosters care.
Education will care to enable the child to make sense of the world by introducing the child to relationship with all forms of matter within its environment, mineral, plant, animal and human. It will open relationship with the energy reality of the spirit of things as well as the unseen realms of ancestral spirits. From birth until death the process of maturational development will be honoured through the re-introduction of Rites of Passage. From birth until puberty the primary focus will be enrichment of individuality within the environment and community. A childs enrichment will be nurtured through relationship within a context of extended family, where community is the basis rather than blood. In such a context the care of the community will be to identify the uniqueness of the child as they develop and to then enrich the child accordingly with resources and knowledge related to the childs natural curiosity. Schooling will be transformed into life learning facilities. Schools will become centres of learning, open to the whole community at any stage of their life, such that learning can be undertaken in alignment with desire to know. The understanding of the True Nature of our humanness will be of primary value in the conscious assemblage of the 5th World reality. The multi-dimensional nature of our unique individual energy matrix allows an expansion of awareness of the nature of knowing and being. Since the groundbreaking research of Dr Roy Malcolm {Malcolm and Priest Technologies Ltd} in his thesis "Modulation of Muscarinic Receptors in the Brain" and subsequent scientific papers, it is known that the concentration of neurotransmitter receptors in the brain, which reflects sensitivity of the system, responds rapidly to small changes in the activity of the neuroreceptors and the DNA/RNA coding for protien synthesis. The brain neurological system is very sensitive. He also clearly demonstrated that the differences in concentration of the muscarinic type of neuro-receptors in the temporal cortex, (an area of the brain associated with memory and learning) is correlated with reported differences in the learning ability or intelligence of animals studied. As with zero point energy, where the ether, or void, accounts for 92% + of the existent energy within the Universe, it is also so that so called junk, or rather latent, DNA coding accounts for a similar percentage of the DNA coding. That the activity of cell membrane neuroreceptors influences protein synthesis as transmitted by mRNA is profoundly significant when considering that body chemistry changes rapidly in direct response to emotive quality of experience. It is this chemistry which directly impacts the specifics of the DNA coding that is unbound via the RNA and assembled as proteins, etc. Thus it has a direct impact on how reality assembles. The maturation process of life experience will alter ancestral coding as evolution. Imagination and liberty hold the keys to a hopeful future development. Being present with consciousness to the quality and frequency of energy in the moment facilitates acuity of receptivity to infinities intent as expressed in the multi-dimensional flux of the moment. Infinities intent is the intelligence of the Universal energy of chaos. It is free energy in motion that has qualitative frequency and resonance, or thought. The current human collective transformation taking place is an evolution of consciousness. i.e. we become aware. The DNA coding functions as binary coding. Everything that exists in the manifest is within this polarised expression. This is true for all life forms on Earth and is reflected in gender. In the human being it is imperative that an appropriate understanding of female/male differences, driven by genetic coding, be clarified. The 4th World belief pattern has been patriarchal dominant. This attitude is not resonant with 5th World dynamics. Gender confusion and conflict are compounded by belief structures that create guilt and shame. The union of female and male energy creates life. Sexual taboo inhibits life. Life force is sexual and creative. Sexual suppression and dysfunction underlie many of the symptoms of 4th World entropy. The opportunity that exists is the movement from karmic cycles of experience to dharmic presence of being. This is a movement from the process of learning through repetition of patterns of pain, to a process of growing through the experience of being in life, in pleasure.
The Human Being is distinct from the animal in three primary ways. Human Beings have self-reflective thought processes, free will determination and body organs for which the only purpose is pleasure. The only other mammalian species to possess organs of pure pleasure are porpoises, specifically Dolphins and Whales. In humans, the clitoris in the female and the prostate gland in the male are organs of pleasure, or pleasure function. Primary human impulses are assembled via the DNA/RNA code matrix at a cellular level. While feminism has rightfully fought for gender equality, primarily in the work arena, and equality of rights for women and men, gender difference must be understood at this cellular root level. Women and Men are very different in our genetic code motivation. The Patriarchal structure of the contemporary model of cultural aspiration is unsustainable, profoundly harmful to all life and on a head-long ( or headstrong) course towards mutually assured destruction. The closed system 4th World must experience entropy by the laws that define it. Oppression is a key note of this Patriarchal world-view. Patriarchal religion has demonised female sexuality primarily as a power that it can not control and secondly for fear of the inability to control the male sexuality that inevitably it experiences. Sex is a force majeure, it can not be stopped. It is a Patriarchal priesthood that has originated the concept of original sin. When sexual energy is oppressed it will find expression in covert and often perverted forms, (commonly, but not necessarily sexual. Self flagellation, for example is a historical form of self-punishment for sexual urges that could be considered perverse). Perversion, in this context, refers to natural energy flow that is deliberately diverted from its natural course. Sexuality would naturally express in human intimacy. Once an individual, (and thus collective), has undermined their own personal morality, the door is opened to any form of perverted behaviour, be it gluttonous trade for profit or selling of another human being, creating weapons of mass destruction or plotting genocide as population control, respect for life is lost. This is the condition of the 4th World Patriarchal society and all means are utilised to further its ends in the most perverse of manner, including manipulating the very taboos that it creates. Sex is natural and beautiful. The separation of consciousness from the sanctity of life is also underpinned by the removal of sexuality from the sacred in the concept of original sin. Sex is sacred. Sex creates life.
That sex can even be conceived within the context of industry is a sad reflection of the deep separation of human consciousness from the intimate connectedness of open hearted being. The 5th World Human, conscious of the interconnection and interdependence of all forms of life is liberated from inhibition, as to be inhibited is to hide ones truth of feeling and desire. Intimacy can be described as Into me see. Open Heartedness means being present in the energy of all that we are. When aware that all of life is an energy matrix of connected resonance, that all of life expresses beauty in the attraction dynamics of sexual selfgeneration, then it is natural to witness that life itself is erotic. In this context it is held that censorship and prohibition are not the routes to addressing the shadow manifestations of the sex industry. In stepping forward to truth amnesty the first requirement is ownership of the digression from the honourable behaviour a human. The sex industry is a powerful structure of wealth generation that the collective is in denial of and its success is built on the guilt, shame and fear that oppressive attitudes towards sex and erotica have created. In its darkest expressions the sex business uses these very energetics to feed it success and growth and such strategies are manipulated within the context of a credit based culture/ economy. Sex as an industry has flourished over only the last 50 years or so and boomed since the advent of the internet. While prostitution is commonly referred to as the oldest profession, such statements become the broom handle to the brush that we use to sweep the issue under the carpet of avoidance. Historically, almost all periods of transformative human cultural advance, for example the renaissance, have been accompanied by sexual/sensual liberation and often associated with the use of drugs, commonly opiates. The 60s saw an unparalleled sexual liberation and transformation of cultural attitudes in the revolution of free love. The free love era was accompanied the radical expansion of consciousness associated with the widespread use of LSD. By the 70s, it is evidenced that the maturity of the human psyche was not coping with the emotional impacts of free love, or the strata's of psyche liberated by LSD. Pretence projections and relationship dramas became socially problematic as glamour and glitter took precedence over freedom and liberation. Mainstream culture struggled to deal with the failings of marriage as the previously staunchly upheld standard of sexual morality. It was throughout this period that the larger publishers, such as Penthouse and Playboy, became major financial concerns while a proliferation of sex shops emerged in urban centres.
In the 80s, as gay culture became a significant force demanding equal rights and freedom from stigmatisation, HIV became a solution to contain a rapid expansion of promiscuity and hedonistic lifestyle. Throughout this period, the invention of video tape and subsequently digital media saw a wide proliferation of pornographic content as the earlier form of blue movie became widely accessible as adult video. As the PC became a household commodity in the 90s, the internet porn market exploded. As previously referenced, the internet is an anarchic medium of communication and expression. While this is widely recognised, as the economy of the sex industry is a confused mix of legal and illegal trade it can only be that these estimates are smaller than the actuality of trade in the sex markets. Alongside the growth of the market many aspects of societal change also impact the arena of a sex trade. In the 90s, efforts to normalise sex work as legitimate employment have compounded confusion related to the issue. In the UK, the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) have been obligated to place adverts for lap dancers (strippers) in Job Centres as legislation and licensing laws have attempted to keep up with efforts to normalise the sex industry. Even the BBC produce documentaries and publish articles that define entering sex work as a lap dancer and the supermarket chain Tesco sold pole dancing kits as a children's toy.

This definition serves to illustrate that attitudes related to the sex industry and its function remain crystallised in outdated modalities while attempting to present an enlightened approach to contemporary social change. Atrocities against human rights and dignity continue to be perpetrated by the sex business in human trafficking, abuse of both men and women and the appalling reality of child porn and prostitution. Raymond, Ph.D. (Professor Emerita, University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Co-Executive Director, Coalition Against Trafficking in Women) that states:

Gender issues still predominate the arena whereas a sex industry is in fact an abuse of life force. Incontrast,proponentsofthesecondviewpointconsiderthatsexworkerisacorrect andrespectfultermtousefortheirchosenoccupationandthatatermsuchasprostitute reinforcesastigmatisedstereotype.Fromthispointofview,decriminalisationand normalisationofthesexindustrywillensurethatsexworkersarenolongervulnerableto discriminationandpotentialexploitation. This fundamentally defines the tunnel vision view of all commentary on the sex industry and only deals with the issues through criminalisation and legislation.
Nowhere is the immense complexity of human emotion, thought, physicality and spiritual ethic addressed in examining the causal roots of the manifestation of a Sex Industry. While it is a commonly held perception that women are exploited by the sex trade and it is true that appalling abuses are inflicted upon women through forced entry into sex work be it via human trafficking or desperate circumstances of life that leads them to act against their will, it is also so that men are being exploited by the sex trade. The inability of men to be open in their sexuality is compounded by the guilt, fear and shame exacerbated by cultural morality that considers sexual expression sinful. Male sexuality is driven by a very powerful instinct response to female attraction. It is such a directly physical response that men are left as prey to the use of sexual imagery and it has long been recognised that sex sells. Men are bombarded by pornographic imagery, most advertising is soft porn with clothes on. Our culture defines our identity by the work that we do and the apparent value of a man is his ability to produce financial wealth. This becomes the measure of his attractiveness to woman, and in woman this is coded at a genetic level. The current work ethic forces us into life patterns that deny natural energy expression and such patterns are causal of significant degrees of loneliness and isolation. Alcohol is the accepted social drug that is used to relieve the suffering of this perverse cultural norm. Alcohol leads to unconscious and uncontrolled behaviour in men and women. Inevitably such behaviour further compounds feelings of guilt and shame which plunges us deeper into separation. The sex industry exploits men at the very basic level of his guilt, shame and fear by hooking his unexpressed reality drives with quick fix solutions. It is even common language to refer to prostitutes as hookers, but is also true of the greater measure of pornographic content, where the natural beauty of the feminine is perverted to present the societal norms of attractive. In fact, it is naturalness that is attractive, while the glamour of the sex industry is far removed from natural. The hooker is using the power of attraction to take. The only intent is to take from the one that is hooked. Taker consciousness is at the root of profit motive and product consciousness. The taker energetic is the foundation of 4th World economy. Pornography and prostitution not only take money from the wallet of the hooked, but will take a mans life force with it. Orgasm at the level of relief commonly leads to energy loss, because there is no connection, no merging with the lover/other. This is the antithesis of the potential life-generative and life positive energy of sex. It is no longer so that the sex industry is applicable to only men. While womens liberation is to be applauded, it has also led to a scenario where the cultural sculpting of the liberated woman has led women to become masculinised. Women have been empowered to assume male roles in the workplace, they are also assuming some of the male attitudes in relation to the sex market and their sexual desires. In so doing they are also being subject to the same delusion of glamour as men in the context of the sex industry and alcoholic inebriation makes it not only acceptable but also conformist.
Sex Industry. Restoration of sex as natural, beautiful and sacred. Integration of spiritual sexuality as the cultural expression of the erotic elegance of life with temples of training and practice for specialist interest or acumen. Restoration of rites of passage to guide children into maturity.
Almost all indigenous cultures identify male energy with the Sun, expansive and radiant, and female energy with the Earth, present and life giving. It is the radiant light and heat of the Sun (male) penetrating the Earth (female) that gives rise to life. A man shining in the light of his individuality (fire) is an attraction. This is commonly the archetype of the hero rebel. Hero, because he shines. Rebel, because he expresses his individuality regardless of the current conventional norm. A woman, present in the pleasure of her body and aware of the sensuality of being (Earth) is beautiful, and powerful. A man slaked by the desperation of his unfulfilled desires no longer shines. A woman masquerading the attractors of glamour no longer has power of her beauty. This illustrates that in the dynamics of the sex industry everyone loses, even the producer, (although they may become rich), because they will never gain the beauty of life and sexuality while locked in the perpetuation of such folly. Appropriate understanding of female/male differences and sexuality will be conveyed at puberty rites of passage. The inability to integrate sexuality with maturity creates energy patterns whereby adults continue to function from child motivations. This causes attitudes of self-focus and separation. In puberty rites of passage, each gender is instructed by the same gender. Proper sexual instruction requires an understanding of the energy body when sexual union is understood as merging. The flow of life force in the body realised through sexually uninhibited and conscious engaging is wholly life and health positive. Integrating the understanding of the energy body and the physical body in sexuality facilitates proper union with honour and respect and consciousness in giving the partner pleasure and energy generating orgasm. This appreciation of the energy union is natural yet is commonly referred to as spiritual sexuality. The assemblage of the 5th World is a liberation process. As such, when released, all the frequencies, fantasies and desires that have been suppressed will seek expression. To want is to be a victim of lack. To desire is to feel the resonance that activates us to assemble our reality in accord with our aspiration. All human advance is generated by imagination. The process of any actualisation/manifestation is a birthing process (female) that will require the active determination (male) of follow through. It is fundamentally the union of female and male energy that creates any reality. Complacency and denial creates decay. Assemblage of the 5th World vision is within this matrix of intending. Our collective complacency related to the denial of female power has led to the decay of 4th World entropy and all of the ills outlined in this 70% Plan for Planetary Transformation. Action must follow to liberate those involved in the sex industry as victims, either by force or by force of conditions (poverty), or against their will in any way. Transparency is an integral aspect of 5th World True Humanness and is the root of intimacy. Intimacy is being in openness with. It is to be at ease in allowing another to experience the entire energy matrix of your being, as it is. This Just Is Justice.
Justice and the Judiciary. The cause of the scarcity or survival threat will be the subject of investigation rather than a guilt / innocent plea.

In any healing process the first requirement is one of ownership. The dysfunctions targeted by the 70% Plan for Planetary Transformation are the major crimes of our times. Sacred Law is established on the sanctity of Life. All actions of oppression, including all strategies of a debt based economy are crimes against life. Usury has been outright outlawed or else severely criticised by all major global religions. Fractional Reserve money creation is a more contemporary abomination. That our primary strategies for conflict resolution (as well as economic stimulation) is war, is a crime. The profit motive, greed and product consciousness of large corporate business severs concern for moral correctitude. It is causal of untold crimes including all forms of poverty, destitution and death through lack of any basic survival need. The environment contamination that has created the spectre of climate change is a crime. The profit strategies of large pharmaceutical companies, including misinformation and misapplication of bio-tech, are criminal in serving profit and not health. That we pay our taxes, support our governments and educate our children to perpetuate this insanity as responsible behaviour is a crime. That any child is subject to sexual abuse in any form is a crime against life. To sell or conceive ownership of any other human being in any way at all, is a crime. Our judiciaries do not serve justice. If they did, the seriousness of the targets for change that are given in this 70% Plan for Planetary Transformation could not have degraded to the degree that they have. Collectively, we must lift our blinkers of denial and own the fact that at the turn of the millennium and in the moment of our time, the human collective has got it badly wrong. Punishment will only ever push the criminals underground, or into more cunning strategies of acceptability for their crimes. Truth Amnesty, re-education, compassion, healing and care for our common humanity is the only viable path to restitution and assemblage of a Golden Age on this beautiful Planet Earth. Delivery of New Energy is the catalyst of accomplishment. New technologies, the vehicle of transformation. Science that accepts perception as sensory receptor function beyond only the eye. Do we choose a blinkered existence to the entropic deluge, and through narrow selffocus for a timid security, or choose the care of consideration that our choices now influence the world that assembles for our Grandchildrens children. The physical body is the physically manifest aspect of our humanness. The research and development of a new medical and healing practice will quickly develop alongside the decrease in manifest symptoms as the human energetic re-aligns with creation/ life energy. Understanding Humanness as an energy-light-body will become fundamental in the re-integration of the people into the awareness of the nature and gain of living in energy resonance with life and creation as a participatory relationship of evolutionary co-creation. As re-integration takes place the experience of life as a maturational growth process is integrated at every level such that the celebrations honouring a grandparent are of equal import as those celebrating childhood. The enrichment of a child in early life will facilitate an energy sensitive perceptual awareness of Self, environment, relationship, merging and exchange. Fractal mathematics is the language of chaos and its expressions are elegant and beautiful. Love is the resonant frequency of life force energy in free expression. In liberating the people from the stress, fear, shame, guilt, oppression and suppression of the contemporary manner of life experience, love, as life force, facilitates the individual to experience presence with the experience of love from within self. In the infinite now of being, this is the validation of all spiritual and religious traditions.
