here on referred to as "Product") is Copyright 1999, 2000 Spin Audio Software, all rights reserved, and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This product may not, in whole or in part, be copied, translated, or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, without prior consent in writing, from Spin Audio Software and according to all applicable laws. The Spin Audio Software is the only owner of this Product. Warranty Disclaimer Spin Audio Software provides absolutely no warranty. The software and information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and usefulness of the software and information is with you. Should the information prove to be incorrect and/or software not work as expected, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or corr ection. In no event will Spin Audio Software be liable to you for any damages, any lost profits, lost monies, or other special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software and/or information (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by third parties), even if you have advised us of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. Restrictions You may not use, copy, modify, translate, or transfer the product or any copy except as expressly defined in this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that applicable law notwithstanding this limitation expressly permits such activity. You may not attempt to unlock or bypass any copy protection or authentication algorithm utilized by this product. You may not remove or modify any copyright notice, nor any "about" dialog or the method by which it may be invoked. Operating license You have the non-exclusive right to use the product only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. If the product permits, you may physically transfer the product from one computer to another, provided that only a single person, on a single computer at a time, uses the product. In group projects where multiple persons will use the product, you must purchase an individual license for each member of the group. Use over a local area network (within the same locale) is permitted provided that only a single person, on a single computer at a time, uses the product. Use over a wide area network (outside the same locale) is strictly prohibited under any and all circumstances.

Back-up and transfer You may make one copy of the software part of the product solely for back-up purposes, as prescribed by international copyright laws. You must reproduce and include the copyright notice on the back-up copy. The product may not be transferred to another party under any conditions. Terms This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the complete product and all copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the software and of the documentation. Other rights and restrictions Spin Audio Software reserves all other rights and restrictions not specifically granted in this license.
