Admin Supervisor will coordinate and maintain comprehensive daily facility support and service. He will also supervise facility staff, which includes but is not limited to the receptionist, mailroom clerks and engineers. In addition, he will be expected to ensure compliance of company policies and procedures for safety and security. Manage Whole Facility of the company.

Ensure efficient infrastructure facilities to employees, including work place, office equipments, stationeries, cafeteria etc. Ensure safety & security of Men/ material/ machinery & office premises and manage Security functions of all the premises. Arrangement for event , Birthday bash and any other special events i.e. Employee Picnic, Get-together, cultural activities etc. Provide logistic help to HR department for employee engagement. Track on vendor bills, submit to Finance department & follow up on payment. Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Last performance rating should minimum 'C' and above.
