A Senior Officer function has responsibilities to manage the process, resources and/or associates in the L&D function. The candidate has to consistently demonstrate the role competencies at a superior level.

Manage the design, delivery and assessment for every program/workshop conducted Thoroughly understand training needs for all levels and is able to use the right probing
techniques to identify specific development areas

Ensure that business objectives are met at all times by establishing connect between
business objectives and training objectives

Experienced to manage e-learning modules Manage formal, social and informal Learning events end to end Engage and interact regularly with participants and managers on the shopfloor Manage Competency Mapping exercises Co-ordinate Assessment & Development Centres Empower colleagues/subordinates to strive for self-development & process improvement

Certified on Psychometric and Assessment Tools DBA/DHRM preferred Independently design & assess training programs (use of ADDIE preferred) Hands-on experience to design Individual Development Plans for employees Concept clarity on Competency Mapping Co-ordination of Assessment Centres Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint applications Excellent written and oral communication skills Effective Presentation skills Listening & Understanding skills Ability to set own performance goals and work independently Ability to motivate others Willing to work in shifts
