Operation of Power Reactor Fuel Reprocessing Plant involving the following processing Equipments:
-Evaporators (Pot, thermosyphon Evaporators) - Heat Exchangers - Ejectors - Pumps

- Design of Solvent Extraction Equipments (unagitated columns, pulsed columns, mechanically agitated columns, miscellaneous devices etc).Supervision of plant operations-Dissolvers, Extraction Columns, Partitioning Columns, Scrubbers, Stripping Columns, Pot, Thermosyphon type evaporators, Gas scrubbing system, Off gas & effluent treatment. Lot of modification schemes developed/design for off gas treatment, design of liquid transfer systems involving pressure drop assignments (1 & 2 phase), Thermal design of heat exchangers, Thermosyphon evaporator design with air lift & vacuum transfer, Pump hydraulic calculation (process design), Well versed with design of all equipments of plant. Operation involving various modes of liquid transfer (Vacuum transfer, air ejector transfer, gravity transfer, pumps, etc) Radioactive liquid waste management. (HLW, LLW, ILLW)
