Ordering Policy
1. By ordering, you (the customer) have read, understood and fully agree to any and all of the terms & conditions including any limitation clause stated under Liability policy. Important: Please read full terms & condition from our blog: http://loveydoveycupcakes.blogspot.com/2009/02/terms-conditions.html 2. Orders can be made by phone, order form or via sms. 3. Please order: (a) 1 week (7 days) in advance for cupcakes /or cheese cakes /or brownies / or decorated cookies (b) 2 week (14 days) in advance for fondant decorated cakes (c) 3 months in advance for wedding order; or (d) anytime earlier than 3 months 4. In case of an urgent order, kindly give us a call to enquire and we will see if we can accept your order. Please take note that a surcharge of RM 10 is applicable for orders made within 24 hours. 5. All orders must be complete as according to the Order Form and Codes. 6. Flavour(s) which includes strawberries and/or blueberries will be subjected to market stock availability. 7. All orders are only complete after full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit has been made and received. 8. We do not guarantee that orders will be accepted especially when we are fully booked. Please be advised that all orders cannot be refunded, transferred and/or exchanged.

Delivery or Pick up Policy

1. Available areas and rates: (a) Tabuan Stutong - FREE of charge (Stutong Choice Supermarket or Stutong Unaco Supermarket) (b) Kuching city - RM 7 (Sarawak Plaza, Tun Jugah, Riverside Parkson, Travillion) (c) Petra Jaya - RM 20 (State Library) (d) Batu Kawa - RM 15 (MJC) (e) Matang Jaya - RM 20 (e-mart) (f) UNIMAS / UITM - RM 15 (g) Jalan Song - RM 5 (Star Bucks, Pizza Hut, Up Well Supermarket) (h) BDC Everrise - RM 6 (i) Tabuan Jaya - RM 5 (KFC, Smart Supermarket, Sugarbun) 2. For orders made within 24 hours, your cupcakes will only be delivered to Tabuan Stutong after 5:30 pm on the following day.
