MWW Automotive Expands Production Capacity Adds 3rd Production Line in its Facility.

Howell, MI, June 29, 2011 -- MWW Automotive Group (OTCQB: MWWC), a global design , engineering, and manufacturing firm serving some of the worlds leading automoti ve manufacturers, announced today that it has begun the process of expanding its production and assembly facility in Baroda, to further increase its production capacity. Based on the rapidly increasing demand for its products and services, the large number of new and upcoming projects and the nature of the industrial projects cu rrently in the last stages of negotiation, MWW is in the process of adding a thi rd complete production line, to its already existing two production lines, incre asing the capacity to three complete Class A prep, paint and assembly lines. MWW h as also increased the length of the two already existing paint lines adding an o versized paint booth and established additional oven capacity for increased prod uction throughput and the processing of oversized components. To accommodate this increased production capacity, the Company has also placed i nto operation two new pro mix paint systems for greater color consistency, insta lled new computerized color matching system and will be launching a second produ ction shift to increase capacity. To stay on the leading edge of production tech nology and accommodate new customers and processes, the Company has added Waterb orne Paint Processing. This new paint system will allow MWW to add products, whi ch require this kind of environmentally friendly paint and processing, to MWWs pr oduct portfolio. The increasing number of programs that have been awarded to us along with those s till in negotiation for production to begin in the near and midterm future, have made this step necessary, states Chuck Pinkerton, the CEO of MWWAutomotive. Fortu nately we have been preparing for this expansion for some time and have secured the necessary resources, such as the required equipment and skilled personnel fa r in advance. Accordingly, we are able to get this rather large expansion projec t up and running without having to spend significant resources and are able to c ommence production with a 2nd and if necessary 3rd production shift on a second production line quickly and when needed.
