El Husseini 1

In the world we live in there may be many great leaders men or women, but in such a world the men have created achievements beyond imagination. It is in such a rare event when we come across great philosophical female achievers. Who have come out victorious and went beyond the dark but seemingly beautiful space which we call stars for these very forms of energy have forever been undiscovered until the time when it chooses to finally shine effervescently like never before this is what ,in my eyes, have these few diligent hard working women done. They are Oprah Winfrey for rising from under the depths of poverty into the shining star she takes place in the stars, Hatshepsut for being the first female ruler in history, and my own dearest mother Dina Sarhan for being the great pioneer in the world of the culinary arts she is today in Egypt. These will be the women that shall be explaining there life achievement as inspiring women. First of all Oprah Winfrey born on January 29, 1954 to a single teenage mother came into this world in the pit of poverty. Starting actually to begin in her career was the age of 19 when she took up the job of being a co-anchor for the local evening news. Then rising up to take the job of a third rated talk show in Chicago, which she took with her to first place giving her a stepping-stone to her glorious show The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Then she started to create the Oprah Book Club which is a segment in her show which showcases numerous books which gives them an amount of publicity actually rising their sales and making them go to a bestseller called the Oprah effect. When Oprah travelled to South Africa wanted to tell the world about the deadly situation that was going on was poverty, aids, hunger. Then she encouraged her viewers to donate money to build an academy for the girls which by viewers alone donated 7,000,000 $ dollars along with Oprah to give 47,000,000. Then she gave out over 50,000 Christmas gifts to boys and girls all over South Africa. This led Oprah creating Oprahs angel network which rose up to 80,000,000 $ dollars. Also in hurricane Katrina she helped by giving 11,000,000 $ dollars for the building of new homes and for relief efforts. This gained her the title of the 32nd most philanthropic American. She also helped 250 Africans to complete their education. In addition, not only that she gave out more than a hundred cars to the audience as a sponsors act. Which leads to Oprah Winfreys achievement closure but the reason she inspires me is because of her limitless generosity her determination and will power. Now to the woman that was first to rule an entire nation is Hatshepsut.

Taking the rule at the eighteenth dynasty she started by repairing the trade networks that have been disrupted by the Hyksos who invaded Egypt, she sent an expedition of five ships to return with 31 myrrh trees which was to be planted in courtyard in Deir el bahri. Hatshepsut was one of the most prolific builders in ancient Egypt, commissioning hundreds of construction projects throughout both Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt, that were grander and more numerous than those of any of her Middle Kingdom predecessors. Later pharaohs attempted to claim some of her projects as theirs. She employed the great architect Ineni, who also had worked for her father, her husband, and for the royal steward Senemut. During her reign, so much statuary was produced that almost every major museum in the world has Hatshepsut statuary among their collections; for instance, the Hatshepsut Room in New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art is dedicated solely to some of these pieces. Following the tradition of building monuments in el Karnack she also restored the original Precinct of Mut, the ancient great goddess of Egypt also building the 2 obelisks of Egypt one still stands while the other broke in half and toppled. The masterpiece of Hatshepsut's building projects was her mortuary temple. She built hers in a complex at Deir el-Bahri. It was designed and implemented by Senemut at a site on the West Bank of the Nile River near the entrance to what now is called the Valley of the Kings.

Now last but not least Dina Sarhan a woman of power, of determination of, skill. This is the story of Dina Sarhans achievements, starting of as an engineer graduate she traveled to Sydney actually to uncover the culinary arts within. Returning to Cairo with this newfound knowledge she began to give coking courses for the sole benefit of desperate mothers with newborn babies who could not find food which the baby liked. Then striving for more exposure she started a cooking show with the Egyptian national television for 11 years after gaining maximum exposure she began to design some the menus for restaurants and cafes including beanos, Massimo, snack time and many other. In conclusion, these women have an effect on my life to keep going on that after a stormy rain a beautiful rainbow can still come out. For the thought I quit after every trial to succeed then I will never be anything in life.
