WORK EXPERIENCE: Presently working with HIMJOLI PRODUCTS PVT. LTD., as BUSINESS HEAD based at Delhi since July '2009 till date. HIMJOLI- Self sufficient enterprise marketing fresh, natural, handmade products and concept of people working in the hills of Uttarakhand along with CSR activities across exclusive stores, corporate, retail, and institutions. Run operations in various verticals- Retail, Direct activities, Corporate Gifting, Exhibitions, Private Label. Product categories include Foodprocessed/ natural/ agro/ tea, Cosmetics, Garments and gifts from the Himalayas. Business Head for Himjoli Key responsibility is to develop strategies for Pan India and North India operations, based at Delhi. Working through Sales Agency/ Distributor and coordinating backend through various NGOs and Self Help Groups, a total work group 5000+ people. Ensuring back-end front-end, ensuring data and quality of direct operations in corporate as per SOP, corporate gifting penetration, Retail tie ups and merchandising- both stand alone and modern trade, BTL marketing activities. Did extremely well in Spirit of Uttarakhand & Jaipur Literature Festival in Delhi Haat in spite of no good previous experience of group. New Delhi as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER since May '2007 till June2009. SUBHIKSHA - Chain of Retail Stores across India with over 1400 Retail Stores. Keeping items in 5 Categories- Mobiles and Mobile Accessories, FMCG, Groceries, Fruits and Vegetables, Pharmacy. Business Development Manager for Subhiksha - Key responsibility is to handle the Sales and Operations with team size of over 150 team members in the cluster.
