Abstract
Now a days the necessity of executing things increasing rapidly in our daily activities. Technology plays a vital role in day-to-day activities. And this in turn made great changes in many work fields and out of them recruitment process is one that changed lot of colors in their systematic approaches. The computer based recruitment system is to replace manual operations of recruitment of an IT company. As recruitment is a round the year activity involving thousands of candidates a need has been felt to automate the entire operations. Applications are collected in a prescribed format and checked for eligibility. All eligible candidates are sent Admit cards for the selection test. The test in three areas-Aptitude, Verbal and technical skills. The results are compiled and presented to management to decide the cut-offs for interviews. The term system is derived from the Greek word Systema, which means a organized relationship among functioning units or components system exists because it is designed to achieve one or more objectives. The Client Information Management System is itself a system, which is developed for GlobeIT Solution Employees, Users, Engineers, and Administrator. This System consists of Online and Offline Module. Online Module is for the Users, of the Company who are applying the ticketing application form in the Company. They have the facility to register themselves before any applying ticketing and give their help or solution of the Online Website. They can view the privies request as well as new request. There request is define as per designation. On the basics Engineer and Admin soled the users problem. All the call are manage by the admin and transfer the engineers. This website of GlobeIT Solution will have following features: User Registration Window: it is for the new User . They can register themselves .It is a quick process .After Login they will be switched of their page. System Management : System management under Administrator and Engineer can see all the information about the currant system and network system. And solved the problem of the user. This System through can install the software in the network under any system. Help of this system check the information of current system as well as network systems information. User Account: User account option will help the User to edit their account information after registration if needed. Admin decide the user can asses or not asses there account. Logout: this facility is given to the User to log out from their page.

Introduction to existing system


In the existing system all the activities are done manually. For recruiting thousands of candidates, the physical system have the following steps. 1. Calling for the applicants. 2. Selecting the applicants. 3. Generating Admit Card 4. Conducting examination. 5. Compiling results. 6. Selecting candidates for interview. 7. Generating Interview letters. 8.
