RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 09/2008 - 06/2009 Industrial Attachment, Chikona Enterprises, Ghana Exceptional team work and interpersonal skills gained by being part of a select group tasked with the implementation of the Tally Accounting software to replace the manual system and achieved the aim of ensuring the company become fully computer based for both accounts and inventory in two months facilitating warehouse activities and allowed the management to have a more specific overview of actual levels of inventory. Leveraged on negotiating skills and commercial awareness to lead a contingent on business trips to purchase goods from suppliers in the Far East and Middle East specifically mainland China, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates and succeeded in beating performance targets on costs of purchases. Sharpened numerate, analytical and reporting skills by preparing financial statements for management. Coordinated the transfer of goods from the warehouse for delivery to stores and to our customers and was responsible for the clearance and subsequent transfer goods from the ports to the warehouse.. ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS: Improved on interpersonal skills by proactively being responsible for customer satisfaction by ensuring all disputes with respect to sales to customers were addressed with a high level of professionalism, apathy and timeliness. Analysis of impact of exchange rate fluctuations of the US Dollar on the GB Pound, Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen, UAE Dirham and the Euro. Spot and three month future contracts of all currencies for a 10 year period were collected using Datastream software and processed using Eviews. (Mar 2010) Analysis of effects of three policies in a Low Capital Mobility(LKM) economy: Monetary and Fiscal policy in flexible exchange rates and Monetary policy and Tax increases in flexible exchange rates. Policy effects was generated using the Live Econ Engage interactive software.
