The Minnesota Idea Open is a state-wide problem solving challenge, and we are encouraging people across Minnesota to submit ideas answering the question: How would you use $15K to help your community become aware of and address water issues in Minnesota? The project is civic engagement oriented- were interested in fostering conversations and encouraging thinking about how individuals and communities can impact and improve the water issues they are facing.
