Holy Yoga is an experiential worship created
to help people surrender their entire heart,
soul, mind, and strength to Christ. Our primary
desire and purpose is to facilitate a Christ
honoring experience by giving an opportunity
for all who come to authentically worship God
through Bible meditation, movement, and
music.

Holy Yoga is completely and wholly dedicated
to the worship of God.

says, "Therefore,
if anyone is in
Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed
away; behold, the new has come."
We believe God makes ALL things new. He
renews hearts, minds, lives, and we believe
he has redeemed the practice of yoga.

Our is to worship and draw near to our creator, God, through movement. Restoration
and freedom are oered at the foot of the cross. This is why we lay our entire selves and our burdens
before the Lord as we practice Holy Yoga, a practice we believe God has fully redeemed.

Holy Yoga has established itself on the foundation of God's word. All meditations interwoven into
class come straight from the Bible. "For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any
two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and
discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart." -Hebrews 4:12
"David danced
before the LORD
with all his might."
We feel a distinct call to physically worship
and exercise to honor God in and through
our bodies, which are temples of the Holy
Spirit. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

sees not as man
sees; man looks on the outward appearance,
but the Lord looks on the heart."
We want to set aside time for God to soften
our hearts and speak truth and life into them.
Our practice is more about posturing the
heart than the physical body.
