AFFIDAVIT
I, R.K.Agarwal, S/o Vasudev Agarwal Aged 65 Yrs, Occ. M.D. of Suryajyothi spinning mills, Rajapur, R/o R.P.Road, Secunderabad do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as under. 1. That I am Petitioner/Plaintiff in the above suit as such well conversant to depose. 2. That I filed the above suit against the defendant for perpetual injunction. That the defendant and I entered into a compromise and settled the dispute with the mediation of the elderly people of the village outside the jurisdiction of the Honble court. A separate memorandum of compromise filed along with this affidavit with detailed terms of compromise. In view of the settlement, the Honble court is prayed to record the terms of compromise and a decree may be passed in the light of the compromise terms in the larger interest of justice.
Deponent. Verification: The contents of the affidavit read over to the deponent after admitting the facts to be true and correct, the deponent signed before me on this the 26th March of 2011 at Jadcherla.

MEMORANDUM OF COMPROMISE
May it please your Honour, In the above suit the plaintiff and defendant entered into a compromise on the following terms: The defendant agreed to pass a perpetual injunction decree restraining the defendant from interfering with the suit scheduled land to an extent of 38 Sq.Yds in the Surya Jyothi Spinning Mills, Rajapur factory premises of the plaintiff situated in Sy.No. 14/E as described in the suit scheduled property as shown in the rough sketch of the plaint in Rajapur village, Balanagar Mandal bounded by East Sy. No. 14/E West Compound wall of the factory North Sy. No. 14/E South Sy. No. 14/Part. Therefore it is prayed to pass a perpetual decree on the above terms of the compromise in the larger interest of justice.
