For every student, the first question before joining a society or club is WHY should he/she join it and HOW would this help him/her in the near future. Here, Youth 360 College Club will be the answer to all your queries. Youth 360 College Club will be a highly organized team of the most versatile students with a dynamic atmosphere. It will foster local, social, cultural, educational and civic activities that demonstrate the power of execution. This club would encourage its members towards achievement and excellence. Students would work towards executing different ideas into a tangible form. They will experience profound leadership transformations through various opportunities that Youth 360 provides them

This club, as a division of Youth 360, will organize and supervise various events throughout the year in their college. These events would include : Skill Oriented Workshops Workshops on Corporate Presentations Idea Generation Workshops Educational Seminars Street Plays Excursions Showcase of Documentaries Stimulating Competitions and Contests Youth 360 College Clubs will work as an Event organizing body in their respective colleges, representing YOUTH 360. Apart from the various activities mentioned above, the YOUTH 360 college clubs core task would be direct marketing of YOUTH 360 products on various platforms. These grand clubs will have three most important posts - one that of a PRESIDENT and two DIRECTORS. Both the Directors will work under the President of the club. This body will further recruit members for the Youth 360 College Club in their college. Being the President of this club would be an achievement in itself.

The members will get, on the whole, a 360 degree experience at various fields in their college years. They will metamorphose with more experience. They will manage the events, business development, PR through Promotion of Youth 360 in whatever way possible, Human Resource through recruitments and much more. The members would be handed research works throughout the duration. They will get to meet the most eminent personalities and interact with them.

This variety of exposure provided by Youth360 is one of the most exclusive features which can highly enhance your skills and potential. The entire admin rights will lie with College Club for our Inter-Youth360 College Club competitions will bring all the Youth360 college clubs together to compete against each other. PRESIDENT
The President is a leader with programmatic, managerial and fiscal responsibilities for a designated area, such as a department, division, unit or center. She/he is the principle executive point of contact for the company and is generally accountable for ensuring that appropriate business strategies are in place and that these are acted upon according to the priorities established, in a manner that is accepted and necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountability for all actions of Youth 360 Club in and around their campus. Ensuring that the distribution of newspapers in their college is being carried out efficiently. Handling student subscriptions and related work regarding the newspaper. Human Resource Management - to recruit right people on Board. The President must ensure that the volunteers/ambassadors who join the College Club are smart, dedicated individuals who will strive to make Youth 360 a flourishing and popular youth initiative in and around the campus. Face of our brand in college for 1 year.

Playing the role of a PR agency for Youth 360. Organizing events, activities, contests, etc to ensure overall marketing and promotion of Youth 360 in their college/zone. Ensuring sufficient human, financial, technological, informational, and material resources are available to carry these out. Promoting the brand on a personal level. Being ready with all information about Youth 360 as required by the public. Providing encouragement and motivation to the fellow members of the organization to make Youth360 an all-round success. The Directors must be familiar with all the responsibilities of the President and must be ready to preside when called on.
RESPONSIBILITIES Working in close cooperation with the President. Presiding whena) The President is absent or unavailable. b) If the President office becomes unoccupied due to some unforeseen reason. Assisting the President in recruitment, marketing and PR. Acting as a link and keeping in close touch with the ambassadors/volunteers for better interaction. Keeping the President informed about business activities, performance, and recommend necessary actions that need to be taken from time to time. Helping the President to identify opportunities and areas for improvement within each division. Performing other duties as directed by the President. They must adhere to the final say of the President and avoid conflict.
