SEVERE ANXIETY DISORDER

DEFINITION:
Severe anxiety disorder is a feeling of being scared when we encounter a difficult or threatening situation, it can also be said as Panic attack Here panic is a sudden strong feeling of fear and worry that makes you unable to think clearly or avoid the situation. This can be attributed to a combination of biological vulnerabilities, social stress and way of thinking.

SYMPTOMS:

Fear of dying fear of loss of control or going crazy Profuse sweating Sweating Highly accelerated heart rate Shortness of breath Dizziness Diarrhea Dry mouth Blank mind Feeling the need to be escape Hot flashes or chill It is very important for those suffering from Passaic disorder to condition themselves to release that the symptoms they are suffering will not cause them by harm and hey will not have a heart attack

When a person is suffering from Severe anxiety disorder people should not put the person into confrontational situations, this is one the big mistake committed by the person who thinks that they are doing an act of helpfulness.

It is strongly recommend keeping, severe Anxiety Disorder persons in minimum stress situations as possible. Never make the person suffering from severe anxiety disorder face their source of anxiety, since that will increase their anxiety.
