1. My name is Putu Agus Adi Suara. I am 22 years old and I have been a college student at Atma Jaya University majoring in communication sciences. I have passionate in Communication Strategy, Information Communication Technology (ICT) , Media Studies, Media Production, and Use of Social Media in the Communication Strategy. It became my specialty. I have 3 years experience in communication jobs. In in 2007 until 2008 I worked as a reporter at a community magazine named Mrican Post. after becoming a reporter at the magazine during the first year, I decided to try working in radio broadcasting. It happened in 2008 to 2009 when I joined an online community radio (streaming) named 107,8 FM Atma Jaya Radio. In 2009 I returned to the field of print media by becoming the chief editor of the magazine in Mrican Post Magazine. I became chief editor at the magazine for two years until February 2011. I had a temporary leave of absence from the magazine in June to August 2010. That's because I accepted an internship in television media that requires me stay in Jakarta for 3 months. After completion of internship, I resumed my duties at the magazine. For leading the magazine, I had time to rebrand the entire concept of the magazine and even I change the name of the magazine to be name ESENSI MAGAZINE. It happened on January 2011. Since then the magazine became more segmented. The magazine has a wide range as to be accessible through websites (www.esensimagz.co.cc), Facebook (Esensi Magz), Twitter (@esensimagz) and on mobile applications such as blackberry

(via Snaptu), and Nokia (via Snaptu and OVI Store). Now, I've finished serving as editor in chief. Currently, I am a director of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in the same magazine. Besides work that I mentioned earlier, I also had a part time experience working as a Junior Account Executive at Bohlam Advertising (2007), Journalist at Internal Newsletter Pinasthika Ads Festival (2008), Reporter at Joglosemar daily Newspaper (2010). Well, that's some brief introduction about myself and my experiences. I hope to get the best out of this job interview. Thanks.. 2. I think it's not completely like that. That phrase is not fully reflected the reliability of a certain product. The brands of these products are so entrenched in the memory of people. Let say Kol. It is a brand of a car. And Honda is a brand of motorcycle. Both brands is inherent in people's minds. Even, the brand become into a language that represents the product. But it does not reflect the reliability. Its just a success that the brand became the market leader. One of the factors which make it a market leader is the lack of similar products in the past. The brands of motorcycles and cars in the past has been very minimal. When it has, Honda and Kol has not got a competitor. People in past generations knew only two brands so can not compare its reliability because there are no competitors for the product. People in past generations knew only two brands so can not compare its reliability because there are no competitors for the product. Therefore, two brands (Honda and Kol) became so embedded in people's minds. This time, we know there are so many brands come up. Brand competition is so tight. But due to the memory of Honda and Kol brands is very strong in the past, then it will always be remembered by people.

3. As members of political parties of course I will create programs that benefit people and the party. In the context of the against global warming, can be done by creating programs that can help people and also make people sympathetic to the party. One of which is to create campaigns using organic fertilizers (pupuk organik). Why? Its because, according to an article in Kabarinews.com, most farmers used fertilizer containing nitrogen element, which then turned into N2O the effect of GHG (Greenhouse Gas) 320 times greater than CO2. Organic fertilizers do not contain nitrogen because it is made from natural ingredients. Organic fertilizer prices are also very cheap. Organic fertilizer is also beneficial to consumers because the food will be protected from chemical contamination. So, by campaigning for the use of organic fertilizer for farmers, in addition to benefit farmers, consumers of agricultural products, it also plays a role in the fight against global warming. This campaign will be called Organic Fertilizer for Our Earth. Members of political parties in each region will be a center of socialization and education about organic fertilizers. Farmers in each region will be provided with Facilities and training to make and use organic fertilizers. Of course all the starting materials will be provided. but the future for the farmers who have been trained to be able to provide their own organic fertilizer. Parties will also support any farmer who decides to become a manufacturer of organic fertilizer. Its because, according to the predictions of the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, the need for organic fertilizer in Indonesia in 2011 is as much as 12.394 million tons. It is a big number. So it will open up opportunities for farmers to become producers of organic fertilizers. Every achievement of the farmers on the use of organic

fertilizer, organic fertilizer production process, until the main goal of this Organic Fertilizer for Our Earthprograms that is fighting global warming will continue to be informed through various media. Through the media, people will know about this program and will appreciate the good intentions of this program. That's where the sympathy for the political parties will arise. Sympathy for the party not only come from among the farmers, amounting to 47 million people, but sympathy will also come from consumers of agricultural products. So because the majority of Indonesian people consume rice, then it could be predicted most people will sympathize with this political party.
