Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS), Gujarat - having an annual budget of Rs.1400 crores - Mobile based monitoring, Geo validation of assets, decentralised MIS are the new initiatives under progress

Recently an abstract for the paper on E-Governance had been shortlisted for a global ICT

conference Managed the capacity building initiatives pertaining to Counsellors, Nurses & Lab Technicians employed in

National AIDS Control Program III. Approx. 1 lakh paramedical staff had been capacitated during my tenure. Played a vital role in systematising the capacity building initiatives of National AIDS Control Organisation in

certain aspects; especially streamlined the training modules, enhanced the capacity of master trainers & use of training evaluation system.

Scaled up the coverage of Red Ribbon Clubs from 400 to more than 700 higher educational institutions &

Served as a Co-author in publication of peer education hand book Published five international level research abstracts/papers (Details provided in the section no: 10) Being a concurrent external Monitoring & Evaluation team supervisor, ensured the Tamil Nadu

Family Care Continuum Project funded by Children Investment Fund Foundation implemented in a successful manner. More than 4000 person living with HIV/AIDS had been identified & registered in the program.

Experienced in assessing the impact of Micro & Macro Nutritional service benefits among the HIV infected &

affected children and HIV infected adults As a Voluntary Counselling & Testing Center Counsellor, counselled more than 2000 clients - 95% of them

are HIV negative clients; they are counselled to adapt safe sex behaviour. 5% of them are HIV positive clients, they are counselled to lead the life with positive hope, living practices.
