Manufacturing Facilities There are two plants one at Daman, - Union Territory & the factory is spread over 180000 square feet of area. The plant has several state-of-the-art machines and total maintenance of all moulds is carried out In-house to ensure consistency in quality. The raw materials are sourced from Reliance Industries Ltd & Indian Petrochemicals Co. Ltd.

Exports We started our exports in 1976, & today PRINCEWARE Products are sold in more than 50 countries all over the world including Asia, Gulf, Africa, USA, South America & Europe. The company has had an excellent export record of accomplishment & has been winning the prestigious Plexconcil Export award in the House ware category consistently, since 1984. It has been enjoying Export House status since 1996.

Domestic Markets The Domestic market scenario has been keeping pace with our export performance & today we have a strong network of 150 distributors and C&Fs who service more than 4000 dealers in the network.

The Prince Wear Company does the forecast on the regional availability of manpower. Promotions
When an Employee is assigned a higher-level job with a more pay and power, he is said to be promoted. Promotion is given on the bases of employees skill, knowledge, &performances. Company follows the two types of promotion like permanent & dry. The company declared the promotion in month of April in every year.

Transfer
When the employees are assigned a same level in another department 0r branch with same pay and power, he is transferred. Prince ware international is transfer tools for a requirement of the company not for a punish an employee. Company given the transfer to the employees to the full fill the requirement of the employees like some time lady employees are married at another city. Therefore, company gives them transfer to their nearest place. The prince ware international is given transfer for the better utilization of the employees. 1. Reception of applicants

The selection process being with the reception of the application in the H.R department. The receptionist provides information about company & vacancies and helps the applicants in completion of application form. 2. Planned interview After the received, an application the company organized a planned interview. Planned interview is carefully designed to have high degree of interest this interview is taken by the group member of interviewers that is consist of head of department.

3. Group discussion
In this many head of the department are caught together in the office and discuss either an assigned tropic or one of their choice or they are given some problem and give them time limit for the solve it. During this time period the interviews are able to screen out the skilled and talented candidate are identified 4. Final selection After the group decision the most appropriate candidate is selected. Company provides canteen facility where employees obtain lunch at lower rate. The employees also take breakfast in morning at cheap rate along with coupons, food charges are deducted from salary package so does not create a burden to the employee for daily payment. The company provides bus facility to employees for transportation for bottom level workers. Performance appraisal is the systematic evaluation of the individual with respects his or her performance on the job and his or her potential for development. The employee has been selected, trained and motivated he is then appraised for his performance.
