You value the investment youve made in a new vehicle. FordProtect ensures youre not alone. Heres what it does: Protects you and your investment in almost any situation you might find yourself. As a valued customer, we at Ford want to provide you with a high value ownership experience, from routine servicing and maintenance of your vehicle, to the unfortunate case of being involved in a vehicle breakdown.

Thats where FordProtect comes in, a holistic suite of service, maintenance, warranty and roadside assistance products aimed at keeping you on the road and seeing to it that your investment operates at peak levels of performance and safety.

New vehicle 4yr/120 000km Warranty We believe in our vehicles, and here is the proof. Your FIESTA comes standard with a 4yr/120 000km comprehensive warranty from Ford Motor Company that includes full term coverage.

Service Plan Standard on every new FIESTA, is a 4yr/60 000km Service Plan which covers all the scheduled servicing stipulated in the owners handbook. This includes lubricants, filters and labour but excludes friction materials such as brake pads and wiper blades. Exact coverage of these plans may vary from model to model so please consult your vehicle handbook or ask your Ford Dealer for further information. Options and extensions on your service plan are also available.

Maintenance Plan Optional on all new Ford vehicles. This covers your scheduled services as well as wear and tear items. The Maintenance Plan includes labour and non scheduled part replacement with genuine Ford parts to Ford Global standards, by factory trained technicians. Please consult your Ford dealer who will be able to provide any further information or assistance you might need in this regard. Options and extensions on your maintenance plan are also available.

Roadside Assistance Coverage - 3yr/unlimited km - on all new Ford vehicles (passenger and light commercial vehicles). Who wants to be stranded next to the road or even at home? In case the unfortunate does happen, FordProtect Roadside Assistance ensures that you will be fully supported for any mechanical or electrical problems, flat tyres or batteries and medical emergencies. If necessary, towing will be arranged to the closest Ford approved dealer.

New Vehicle Extended Warranties To ensure that you can cover your vehicle against unforeseen mechanical or electrical breakdowns after the standard Ford 4yr/120 000km warranty expires, you can now purchase an extended warranty anytime within the manufacturers warranty. This will give you the same cover for an additional period of 2yrs/80 000km for total coverage of 6yrs/200 000km.
