CAREER ORIENTATION
1. What motivates you to work for a FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) company like Unilever? Customer goods are of very necessary commodities that we have to use daily. I am myself a consumer who is in need of brief information about products that we intend to buy. Hence, for one thing, I want to find out how a company develop their customers or how they meet the demand of the market; and for another thing, I truly hope to work in a multinational company, providing a professional working environment and the best conditions for staff like Unilever.

2. What motivates you to apply for a position in Unilever Customer Development? The first and also the most important motivate for me to apply for this position is that I am passionate to develop my career in fast moving consumer goods industry after I've graduated. Personally, I believe it's the field that is highly likely to be paid more and more attention of either the manufactures or the customers as well. Another motivate is that, the position is definitely of a good opportunity for a fresh graduate like me who is enthusiastic, creative, and always willing to learn new knowledge.

3. Who is your greatest leader? What made that leader so inspiring to you? In my opinon, the greatest leader is the person who knows how to boost the union of the group and encourge the contribution of each member. I think that's very necessary for team-work. The factor, inspiring to me is that the leader always pay attention to opinions of members. It's may be not a good idea, or it still remains some problems, but it should be listened.

4. In your opinion, what are the advantages of hiring you as a fresh graduate for a supervisor position? From my point of view, there are three advantages of recruiting me as a fresh graduate for a supervisor position as

follows. Firstly, I'm a responsible person and truly hope to broaden my mind. Thus, I am willing to work hard, and try to fullfil my tasts as well as I can. Secondly, I have experience some social activites like Asian Indoor Games, ASEAN BIS, and took part in the Young Media Club at my Unversity for somewhere around two years, therefore I am quite good at communication skills both in English and Vietnamese. These were also good chances for me to work independently, and do team-work as well. Finally, I am really interested in travel because I do believe travel is another effective way to widen my knowledge.
