This particular project aimed at Child Centered Disaster Risk Management in 3 districts of Punjab (Rajanpur, Laiyyah, and Muzaffargarh) and 2 districts of Sindh (Ghotki, Thatta). y To assist District Team Leader identifies and to engage local CSOs in according to detailed activity plan and maintain pleasant, equitable and result oriented relationship with them. y To identify capacity gaps, build capacity of the partner CSOs and provide them assistance & support to accomplish the program objectives. y To monitor the program activities relating to capacity building and suggest improvements wherever these may deem necessary. y To assist and supervise the partner CSOs in capacity building of VOs and CYGs. y To assist District Team Leader develop and maintain healthy relations with the local governments and other relevant government agencies and seek their cooperation and support in program activities. y To lead, mentor and provide technical assistance to the partner CSOs when and where required. y To ensure the documentation of all activities is properly maintained at all levels and made it available when and where required. y To furnish program related reports and ensure the submission of the same in timely manner. y To ensure the visibility of RDPI, donor(s) and partner organizations according to the guidelines. y To take all necessary steps as advised by the District Team Leader / National Manager Programs to ensure successful completion of the program.
