Dear Patrick or agent, I am a Private Individual known as Your Name of the family Name, born of the land of Iowa and America, thereby a Nation of One to operate in peaceful harmony with the rest of the nations of America. As in everything in our life upon this planet there are always at least two sides to any issue, the Right (Private - lawful) and the Left (the public or opposite of Right wrong or unlawful). The Private Office of Postmaster General was the First Position set up by the We the People of America in their Private capacity before they created the Private (original) Government because there had to be a Postal depository and a means to Post the Constitution of the Government. The Second Position was that of a Court system to make a Lawful ruling for the Constitution for the United States of America that was signed the next day as a Lawful Document to allow it to be Posted. As a Postal Depository, it is classified as the Private Bank of the United States of America and it is still a requirement of the Office of the U.S. Postal System to this day. It therefore is the lawful depository for all of the real and lawful assets of the United States of America. In 1966 the private Postal savings accounts were terminated but the main Private Banking was not removed, as the majority of the accounts are held in a dead file as they have not been claimed for over seven years. A quick point of Fact; US stands for the public United States Corporation and U.S. stands for the private United States of America, the Land. I hope you are the Postmaster General for the United States of America, the De Jure and not the Public Postmaster General for the United States corporate Government, but if not forward this to the Real Office of the Postmaster General. Our original master birthing account which was Posted to each individual under a registered birthing by the U.S. Mail System, it is therefore under a Private Postal Document as a registration Mailing with an internal Registered Number #123-45-XXXXXX; as it is a 13 digit number, counting the 2 dashes; as it was given to me 90 days after my birth for that is when my Soul was declared to be lawfully attached to my living human body property by the U.S. court system, at that time my birthing number was posted as my registered number for my lifetime ownership of my birthing shares of the governmental corporations (city, county, state, country and world) stocks. It was Posted by the U.S. Postal Mail system, to provide the posted proof that my registration had been completed. At eighteen years of age, three years prior to when I was to have been given my Rights to my Birthing property, a second banking system was setup by the Deceivers, known as the SSN account but we have only been able to see the Public side of it the one with the dashes and it contains several Public Trust accounts to control us. The first Public Trust account is by the Public US Federal Governmental Corporation known as US or UNITED STATES and the number of this Trust is US-XXX-XX-XXXX but I also have at least one STATE Public Trust account, the two letters for the state and a dash, example IA-123-45-6789. Now add the digits up plus the dashes and you get 14, one higher than number of the soul being attached to the souls property. This was done to give Public the false power and control over me, but they still have to get me to volunteer in to their system and/or refuse to give up their bonded benefits. I hereby in this Posted document DECLARE that as the Grantor to all my associated Public Trust, that all such Public Trust are to be liquidated for their funding is now terminated as I refuse all Public Debt Benefits of a deceptive and destructive monetary system. The Trust Fund accounts are held in the Federal Reserve Banking System and they used Trade Acceptances, Liens, Bonds, Interest, and Usury all under a Wagering monetary system as Public Debt-Benefits owed to us the Private. It is a system that supplies no just benefits because it is destroying our commercial Life blood by inflation and usury. But there is a Private side to the SSN and it is my Private Posted Registered Bank accounts held in Special Fund accounts, the SSN number without the dashes; US-123456789 which adds up to 12 digits, supplied by the U.S. standing for the Souls earthly registered property and it was posted to me through the Postal System. We also end up with a Private Individual Master U.S. Postal Registered number as RE 123 456 789 U.S., for it is our registered number so it is now our property and we can use it on our own Private Priority Postings and mailings.

The SSN was also attached to all of our DD 214 forms as it is our claim for our U.S. Military Service Bounty as land and/or the Royalties as it has been decreed by all of the time aged laws. It also has a Public Trust side that has allowed the Public War machine to utilize it in a bonded state to protect the Public Corporations claiming that you are getting a security benefit that you have not refused. The VA administration also bonds these assets to give you a benefit where they now have total control over your life, to let you live or die. But when we claim our SSN Private Special Fund accounts it will be attach to the US-123456789 one. With my newly gained knowledge and the wisdom of understanding as to how the two different monetary systems function in this country and the goals of both, I as the Grantor to all of my Public Trust Fund accounts, I hereby Order the Termination and Destruction all of my attached Public Debt-Benefit Trust Funds and I REFUSE all of their Public Debt-Benefits. If there are any remaining ill gotten gains remaining as real assets, they are to be transmitted to the Lawful Treasury of the United States of America by the Trustees. I further will not use nor will I support the Public Debt monetary system, as I will only operate with my claimed real property of value under the universal just weights and measures system of exchange. If any unjust instruments are required to be surrendered I will do so upon request. I am, Claiming all of my property held within the U.S. Postal System. As my private individual U.S. Postal Registration number SSN 123-45-6789 was given and accepted by me, it is now my Posted Private Property, thereby it is my authoritative instrument for my Right to Claim my ownership over all attachments also known as U.S. Special Fund Accounts held within the Federal Reserve Banking System: US-123456789, IA-478626945, and any others that I missed under this Registration number. This is a protected Right of LIFE for living in the world of Commerce, to exchange my commercial Life Blood as a Lawful monetary instrument under the system of just weights and measures. Supported by 18 USC sect. 242 and 42 USC sect. 1983. Therefore I will utilize the U.S. Postal System as my Private Banking system until which time the U.S. Postal System refused to honor their administrator office duties to this Private bank, at that time I will remove all of my lawful assets and leave town if it is in my best interest. It is also understood that the Public Postal system is to honor and process through the U.S. Mail system any and all of my Private Postings be they mail or private banking under my assigned Private Post or my assigned Private Postal Registration number. If I have made some mistakes in my Right of Claim process, you are ordered to disclose them to me so that they can be corrected. Thank you for your time.
