ACTIVITY INFORMATION
11-32970 (LARCENY OF GOLF CART) On 7/13/2011 deputies patrolling Lodi Twp were called to Brookside Golf, 6451 Ann Arbor-Saline Rd, for the complaint of a stolen golf cart. The complainant informed deputies one of their golf carts had been stolen. No further details were available at the time of this posting. The incident remains under investigation.

11-32984 (HOME INVASION) Deputies assigned to York Twp investigated a residential burglary in the 600 block of Moorville Rd. Police were contacted on 7/13/2011. Investigators believe the burglary occurred during the daytime, while the resident was away from the home. The victim reported that multiple items were stolen from the residence. No arrests have been made at the time of this posting. The incident remains under investigation. Stolen Property: 1 Vizio 32 flat screen TV 1 Hewlett-Packard laptop PV Unknown quantity of jewelry

ARREST INFORMATION
11-32867 (DRUNK DRIVING ARREST) Deputies assigned to Countywide Patrol arrested a suspected drunk driver in the area of I-94 and Pierce Rd, Sylvan Twp. Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement on 7/13/2011; the suspect was stopped for a traffic violation at about 3:00AM. During contact with the driver, deputies believed the driver was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Field Sobriety Tasks were conducted, which affirmed the deputys suspicions. The driver was arrested without incident. A formal Chemical Test was performed at the county jail, also affirming intoxication. A copy of the police report will be sent to the Prosecutor for review.

11-32877 (DRUNK DRIVING ARREST) On 7/13/2011, at approximately 2:45AM, deputies stopped a motor vehicle on Rawsonville Rd, near I-94 in Ypsilanti Twp. Deputies observed that two (2) of the wheels were missing from the vehicle. During contact with the driver, deputies were able to detect a strong odor of alcohol. Field sobriety tasks were conducted which indicated the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested without incident. A formal Chemical Test was conducted at the county jail affirming intoxication. A copy of the police report will be provided to the Prosecutor for review.

11-32960 (BURGLARY ARREST) Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp arrested a suspect for suspicion of burglary on 7/13/2011, at approximately 6:00PM. Prior to the arrest, deputies had been called to the 100 block of Ohio Ave to investigate a residential burglary. During the investigation the victim was able to provide suspect information. Shortly after taking the report from the victim, investigators located the suspect in the area. The suspect was found to be in possession of items taken from the victims residence. The suspect was turned over to the county jail without incident. A copy of the police report will be sent to the Prosecutors Office for review of requested charges.

11-33014 (WARRANT ARREST) Deputies from the Community Policing Team in Ypsilanti Twp arrested a wanted subject in the area of Harris Rd and Forest Ave. Deputies made contact with the subject on 7/13/201, at 7:00PM. During the encounter with the subject, deputies made the identification, confirmed the arrest warrants, and took the person into custody without incident. 11-33040 (WARRANT ARREST) On 7/13/2011, at 9:45PM, deputies from the Community Policing Team in Ypsilanti Twp arrested a wanted subject in the 1000 block of East Michigan Ave. The deputies were in the area conducting and unrelated investigation when the subject was identified. After identification, the subject was taken into custody without issue. 11-33046 (WARRANT ARREST) Deputies assigned to the Community Policing Team in Superior Twp arrested two (2) wanted subjects during a traffic stop conducted on 7/13/2011, at about 10:15PM. Deputies stopped a motor vehicle in the area of Clark Rd near River St, for a traffic violation. During the encounter deputies identified both subjects. Both subjects had confirmed arrest warrants. Deputies transported both subjects to the jail without incident.
