INTRODUCTION Retail Management presents the emerging opportunities, importance and process of retail management and franchising. This course allows students to develop and implement retail strategies, understand the dynamic retail environment, comprehend and react to changing consumer demographics, lifestyles and values for better marketing and business performance.
