Nellore. JOB NATURE:

Executing the following operations: erections, fit-up/ piping and welding. Steam Pipe line erection from boiler to turbine to condenser to storage tank to economizer. Alignment and box up of Turbine casings. Erection and Alignment of Turbine and Generator. Erection of Lube oil system piping, CEP, BFP and other Pumps.
Responsible for spools handling and storage

Understanding the pipe material and specification like CS, SS and LTCS and their class. Knowledge of international codes like ASME, API. Supervise and monitoring the fabrication and installation of all process
Responsible for material and pipe spool identification.

Capable in understanding P&ID and PMS. Material management for planning erection sequence. Daily participation to the production meetings. Daily organization of the safety toolbox. Daily consultation of planning, general arrangement, engineering, workshop departments. Preparation of technical requisition. Experience in project execution under controlled cost, quality and schedule. Daily report of the obtained progress Providing technical assistance on a daily basis. Daily collaboration with scaffolding, excavation, equipment mounting and metallic construction departments. Provide the necessary cranes, scaffolds, welding machines, power generators, air compressors, lifting machinery: fork lift and man lift types, tools and work protection equipment. Ensuring all the necessary valves.
