During the exposure of 2 months I had in the marketing sactor via Friend exhibition and promotion pvt. Ltd, it helped me to develop the basic understanding of how this industry works and the work experience & knowledge gained has also helped me to give the recommendations as stated below: An 7th Infra educa-09 is a product, which needs a lot of convincing before it can be sold because what I analyzed in this internship that there are very few institutions who have a basic knowledge about 7thInfra educa-09. So, it is essential for the advisor to know what the institutes actually needs and then letting the institutes know what benefits he will get out of it. The limitation here is how to win the trust of institutes when so many companies are offering the same product range. During the calls where I went along with the Unit manager, I observed that institutes in general have the perception that Exhibition is a small way to project. Institutions should be made realize that it is a great way of promoting of his college.

LEARNINGS
The basic aim of the company in providing us with this assignment was to find out the colleges perception of their brand in the market and via this increasing their advisor base by enchasing on their brand name. I learned how to organize Education Fair and provide satisfactory services to the client When I was doing this project I met several institutions, colleges & collected their responses, some of them give positive response, some gave negative response. One has to build up a good repo with the Clients and convince them to participate which is beneficial for them and a good medium to interact with students directly. Under this project: No. of institutes met; more than 70 No. of institutes called(phone); 200 No. of institutes converted; 30 9th Infra educa, exhibition Company is the best private Exhibition Company in India. Looking in private sector Infra educa has been the dominant player because the event is the satisfactory platform for both institutes and visitors. . Infra educa faces a big challenge in front of them to stay in the race with other exhibition because Global exhibition pvt. company & times education fair the competition has become tougher. But Education fair is also growing day by day,. This means Exhibition is an upcoming industry but Infra educa has to work a lot on their strategies.
