INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETION OF THIS FORM Please ensure that you print all information on the following pages. You must answer both questions on the form below. You may enter up to five country preferences. You can enter an open application by entering Open as your first preference. If you enter an open application you cannot also add country preferences. Please indicate on the final page whether you are bringing laptops etc. and any other information you feel is important and should be brought to our attention. You may complete the form and email it to the Secretariat at nottsmun@gmail.com (please put Registration as the subject) or complete the form and send it to the address below: Conference Secretary for Delegations Model United Nations Society Student Activities Portland Building University Park University of Nottingham Nottingham NG7 2RD You may send payment, by cheque not cash, to the address above. A late delegate fee of 22 is charged on applications received after 28th October. Payment can also be made through the payment facility online at www.nottsmun.org NottsMUN has arranged accommodation packages at the Premier Inn in the centre of Nottingham. The cost will be 54 per person for two nights accommodation based on two people sharing. These packages can be booked at www.nottsmun.org but they are limited so it is first come, first served. Travel details to, from and within Nottingham will also be posted on our website.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION AND CONFERENCE BADGES WILL BE NEEDED FOR ADMITTANCE TO SOCIAL EVENTS. IF ANYONE IS UNDER EIGHTEEN THEY WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO PREMISES OR SOCIAL EVENTS THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY SELLING ALCOHOL OR INTOXICATING BEVERAGES.
