40 Maintenance of IOC inward outward register and checking the status of pending IOC on weekly basis
41 Monitoring / checking the monthly MOU benefits of all companies and clearing the same if it follows companies System
42 Preparing report of Expenses sanctioned other than MOU for the month for submission to management.
43 Liasioning with DIC office, PF, ESI, AND OTHER STATUTORY OFFICES AND DOING THE COMPLIANCE REQUIRED
44 Maintenance of the salary, Wages details and preparing the data to submit the same to HO
45 Checking the inventory of finished goods at all locations of plant, store inventory, production inventory and reporting the varianc
46 Submission of budget for the next month before 25th of every month and taking the allocations given by the finance department
