SCHOOL OF THOUGHT

Its important to note that in Food Business we dont make money from Branding but from Technology. Contract farming, practiced successfully in Tajikistan in late 90s, here in India too has become helpful to overcome the challenges of checking Quality & Price. Everywhere, unfortunately todays Corporate Culture is lacking with endurance and foresight being a part of WWW race (Wealth, Wine & Women) they become corrupt, and pathetic and finally a liability to Global Economy. My philosophy is loud and clear - I trust myself and my Station Managers and trust cant be adored in percentage- its either 100% or Nil. I do accept fare challenges and fight bitter enemies too but practice Spiritual Management with no vested Personal, Family, Social or even Spiritual Interests. Communication, work -culture, payroll, sustainability etc. are some of the key factors of SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT. I believe in active and efficient management- both in Time and Team Management. Many people dislike getting up every day and trudge to office. This is surprising, especially when we spend more than half of our day at workplace or an average of 70 hours a week. The workplace can be a place to spend our days with challenging projects, fun and cooperative colleagues and lots inspiration to bring out the best in us. Office should keep us so engaged that we dont realize how time flies. Work would seem interesting and the organization would profit if its mutually rewarding. Here is the answer of what you can do to change the office atmosphere and make work a more pleasant experience:

SUCCESS MANTRA : "FORGIVE, FORGET & MOVE FORWARD"

Forgiveness does not mean that the perpetrator should not be punished. Forgiveness is to separate the Person from the Act. It means that the Act is deplorable, but the Person is not. When someone hurts us, knowingly or unknowingly, purposely or accidentally, we have 3 ways of dealing with that hurt: 1. EXPRESSION 2. SUPPRESSION 3. FORGIVENESS

"REAL SELF" v/s "SOCIAL SELF"

Its more like understanding the dilemma of "SOCIAL SELF" and "REAL SELF" today we are unfortunately trained to focus and live for the sake of SOCIAL SELF, as we treat ourselves a SOCIAL BEING-fine we are, but here we need to cognise the fact that we are here to play the role of "SOCIAL BEING" in society, in reality we are different. Revealing of your "REAL SELF" will only pave the way to SPIRITUALITY.

The countries of our operations are either backward, both in terms of Economic as well as Educational Growth, or are influenced directly by India, like Tajikistan and Afghanistan. Back home, India too have lost its past glamour in 1750 AD Indias share in Global Economic Product was 24.5% which in 1915 AD fell to 1.5% and today its even worsebut in Knowledge Economy India has gained much ground.

THEOLOGICAL CANNOTATIONS OF

Well, the Forces which make Managers in business behave against their conscience and inner voice, are the same, as in other walks of life, namely Sex & Pleasure activities (Kama), Anger (Krodha), Arrogance ( Mada), Attachment (Moha) and Greed (Lobha). What I believe is a Business Manager has to get rid of the above, primarily because excessive use of one or more of them, lead to loss of control over senses which govern behaviour. Loss of control over senses, in most cases, is the result of the mind taking over the soul. The desire for fruit- worldly pleasure, speculative financial gains, status, power and authority, ego satisfaction etc. prompts the mind to follow the undesired paths. When successful in its endeavours, the mind enjoys but when confronted with failures, real or imaginary. It becomes restless. Managers become restless in situations which are difficult to handle. Even personal and family problems and conflicts in interpersonal relations of workplace are other causes of tension which affects mental and physical health of our Managers. Success in business requires Leadership Qualities, Sound Organizational Structure, Transparent, Honest and Cohesive Policies and Programmes, Decision-making Abilities, Staff Motivation, Ethical Language and Communication, Professionalism in Controlling Business Processes and Activities of the workforce because I believe that when a Leader loses sight of the welfare of his subordinates (Yogakshema- like Dhritrastra in Mahabharat, who as per his Accumulated Karma was blind but even when was having live updates of warfront from Sanjay could not make scoring in Productive Karma, simply because bias mind was preset on Duryodhan- he was listening through Duryodhans ear and therefore not acting as a King) he loses the right to lead. Another aspect of managerial skill where we excel is Ethical Communication and Multilingual Culture of our Team Addressing people with affection is an art which all of our Managers have to learn - Swami Vivekanand while addressing the 'World Congress of Religions' at Chicago used 'Brothers & Sisters' instead 'Ladies & Gentleman'. This was half the battle won for him.

"CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY OF "

o Yantra, Mantra & Tantra Yantra is the Company, i.e. Physical Body (Fixed Asset), Mantra is the Running Capital, i.e. the Aura (Conglomeration of 300+ Workforce from different Countries) and Tantra is Management, i.e. the art & science to generate profit (Material, Social as well as Spiritual). o Management is a Systematic Way of carrying out activities in any field of Human Effort. Leadership, Vision, Associates and Goals are needed for Management. Name & Fame lends a greater acceptability to any Organisation. o Indian Theology shed light on the relation between Mata & Man, Man & Nature and Man & Man. For the overall development of a Business Manager, Spirituality works as a unique medicine particularly in Service Sector.

o Spirituality helps achieve mental equilibrium and overcome any crisis situation. Lord Krishna as an Ideal Manager not only administered the war, but also successfully managed the Pessimism and Self-doubt of Arjuna. o We at follow Sattvik Karta, according to which an Ideal Manager should be Free from Greed of Possessions, should have a Free and Receptive Mind to face Challenging Situations and should not claim any credit for himself for every good turn of events. o A Methodology based on Cold Logic and dispassionate Decision-Making can produce very effective results but only on short-term, where Clinical Leadership is required to overcome great challenges or difficulty. But for achieving Long-term results Sattvik Karta is needed for any organisation. o The western management style puts key emphasis on the development of strategic thinking, motivation of workers and display of leadership for generating profits. This approach creates and sustains built-in tension between the Manager and the Worker. Lord Krishna rightly described this approach as Asuri Sampad or Demonic Approach. The Manager practicing Asuri Sampad demonstrates Ostentation, Arrogance, Selfishness, Anger, Rudeness and Ignorance. Its today proved in the form of Global Economic Recession. o The opposite approach for achieving Managerial Effectiveness is described in Gita as DHAIVI SAMPAD or DEVINE APPROACH which describes the characteristics aso Causing non-injury; o Dwelling on Truth alone; o Displaying Freedom from Anger; o Renouncing fruits of action; o Demonstrating Tranquillity; o Avoiding Fault-Finding; o Displaying Compassion to Human Beings; o Showing Freedom from Desire for Sense Objects; o Exercising Gentleness, Modesty and Steadiness in dealing with others. o Pranayama, Rajyoga and Hawan are a must to become a Successful Business Manager. This is How at ' ' Managers have Vigour, Forgiveness, Courage, Determination, Purity, Freedom from Malice and Excessive Pride. Love, Compassion and Ethical Principles provided the success in the Corporate World. the platform for

We at " " train and demand from our Managers to do Meditation in general and Pranayam in particular, for attaining a balanced mind, because by practicing it we gain the power of Intuition and Intuitive knowledge- instead of killing ones time on treadmills. At the same time Chanting of Mantras (Rajyoga) puts our active brain under constant check and Hawan disinfects us and strengthen our Aura- in short Rajyoga takes care and nourishes our Physical body, Pranayama revitalises our microbody (Soul) whereas Hawan makes our Aura strong and vibrant. SCHOOL OF THOUGHT teaches us how to realise them all and secure harmonious development of all three Bodies simultaneously. Western Management Thoughts often deal with problems at Material, External and Peripheral Levels, while from the grassroots level of Human Thinking. SCHOOL OF THOUGHT tackles the issues
