Advisor to Managing Director RDFC June 1999 to June 2001 Joined RDFC as Advisor to Managing Director, RDFC. During my 24 months service with RDFC, I have achieved the following assignments:

Supervised evaluation of 411 cases of projects assets and collaterals. The main Objective of this exercise was to identify and reduce the classified loans. By this exercise the RDFC came into profit and improved its liquidity position. Preparation of Credit policy, quality lending, deposit mobilization, plan for replenishment of funds, Recovery policy, Reorganization, service rules, appointments, Promotions and placement policy. Preparation of Methodology of Leasing which had been launched by RDFC. Introduced the concept for not booking the mark-up due but not received in the Books of AlCs. Preparation of Operational Manual of Real Estate Management Department to take over projects assets and collateral. Looked after recovery of infected portfolio being in charge, Special Recovery Cell as well In charge Real Estate Management Department meant to takeover of project assets/collaterals to strengthen the short/long-term financial position of RDFC and plan for cleaning-up of infected portfolio.

Executive Director Toyo Nasic and Omer Glass Industries June 1997 to May 1999
Joined the Management of Toyo NASIC and Omer Glass Industries Limited as Executive Director for change of Management and revival of closed units, which were put into production after settling the financial restructuring with Banks and DFls, technical and marketing problems. This assignment was completed in two years on contract basis. Member Executive Board/Director United Bank Limited May 1995 to June 1997 I remained MEB/Director of United Bank Limited for more than 2 years. Besides playing the normal role as Director, I prepared the following guidelines/reports in my personal capacity which were approved by the BOD and were implemented by the Management of the Bank. Comprehensive recovery plan of loans and established Special Asset Management Division to clean-up infected portfolio and revival of sick units. Honorable Golden Hand Shake Scheme. Special guidelines with constructive methodologies for recovery of loans under yellowcabs scheme. Structural and operational re-organization of UBL for reduction in over-heads. Introduction of economic human resource mechanism to improve the Bank's efficiency and make the Administrative Control more effective and result oriented. Executive Director/Managing Director Punjab Group of Industries August 1980 to July 1986 Worked with Punjab Group of Industries, a leading Industrial Group in the Private Sector in the positions of Executive Director/Managing Director and held the overall charge of Industrial units at a time and supervised various fields like procurement of edible oils, chemicals, tin-plate, tins, corrugated cartons. Besides I attended the 2nd International PORIM Conference in Kualalampur, Malaysia on the invitation of their Ministry of Industries I have visited Malaysia more than 20 Times for procurement of palm oil (NPO and RBD). Assistant Research economist Pakistan Industrial Credit & Investment Corp. (PICIC) June 1966 to July 1980 Established PICICs branch at Peshawar to look after its overall operational activities as Number2 for loaning and Industrialization of NWFP.
