A Short Tsog Practice of White Heruka Chakrasamvara

PREAMBLE Herein is the instruction on how to perform the short Tsog offering of glorious Heruka Chakrasamvara for the yogin who is a practitioner of this path and has no time to do the elaborate Tsog offering. It is necessary to have the minimum Tsog offering substances, meat and alcohol. One could arrange other good offerings with whatever one has. If one does not have time to do the long Heruka sadhana, then one should do the Yoga of the Three Purifications of Heruka and recite the essence mantra of Heruka and Vajrayogini as much as possible as a preparation practice. All offering substances are to be sprinkled with the inner offering nectar.
