5) Administrative Support Manage monthly client billing process in regards to couriers, cd/dvds Track/ enter time with precision on daily basis Cross reference, approve, and forward invoices to the Accounting Department Assisting in AdVinci, PN intranet and HR related work (induction, leave schedule, IT requirements, access cards, exit procedures, etc.) Arrange business travel Coordinate mass mailings Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Maintain master client contract renewal dates and supplier list.
