The candidates selected through All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE-2011), conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, for admission to the Bachelors Degree Programmes in Architecture/Planning in the School for the session 2011-12, is subject to production and verification/submission of the photo copies of the following documents, payment of tuition fees and other dues, etc. The following certificates /testimonials may be produced for verification to officials of the School. Fees and deposits will be collected in the UCO Bank (CBS) Branches at banking hours on all working days. 1. Admit Card issued by the CBSE. 2. Original Rank Card for the AIEEE-2011 issued by the CBSE. 3. A copy of the letter for offer of admission issued by CCB. 4. Certificate of the Secondary School /10th Standard 5. Statement of Marks for Secondary School / 10th Standard 6. Provisional/Certificate of the Senior Secondary School Examination / 12th Standard or its equivalent. 7.Statement of Marks for the Senior Secondary School Examination /12th Standard or its equivalent. 8. Character Certificate. 9. Date of Birth Certificate. 10.Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/Domicile/Armed Personnel/Physically Challenged/Kashmiri Migrant in respect of the candidates selected under the reserved category. 11.Physical Fitness Certificate from the MBBS Doctor. The candidates selected for admission to the Bachelors Degree Programmes for the session 2010-2011 are required to pay the following fees and deposits, through UCO Bank (CBS) branches in the School A/c. All candidates are required to pay the full fees, as explained above. However, a sum of Rs.25,000/or Rs.35,000/- (as the case may be) deposited with the Central Counseling Board at the time of Central Counseling, shall be adjusted against the School Fees. Excess amount shall be refunded to them on receipt of payment from CCB.

- 2In the event of a student/candidate withdraws before the starting of the academic session i.e. 25th July, 2011 and the vacant seat is filled up from the waiting list, the entire fees shall be refunded after deduction of processing fees of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only). If a student/candidate withdraws after start of the academic session and before the closing of Admission i.e. 16th of August and the vacant seat is filled up from the waiting list, a proportionate monthly fee plus Rs.1000/- processing fees shall be deducted from the fees paid. If a student/candidate withdraws after closing of admission or seat remains vacant due to withdrawal, only Security Deposits (Refundable) shall be refunded to the students within two years, from the close of academic session i.e. 31st July of each year or when the student leave the course from the School, whichever is earlier. Self Financing Foreign National students are required to pay annual fees & other charges of US$4000 and Hostel fees of US $500. However, the equivalent sum in Indian currency could be paid, if permitted by the School. The amount excludes M.E.F. and Mess charges (i.e. Mess Food Bills). The foreign nationals from SAARC countries shall be allowed 50% (fifty per cent) fees waiver provided they have studied in SAARC countries only. As the Hostel accommodation is limited, the candidates are advised to contact the Hostel Office and registered themselves in writing.

The selection of the candidates for admission to the Masters Degree Programmes for the session 2011-2012 is provisional and subject to production and verification of original certificates etc. Fees and deposits will be collected in the UCO Bank (CBS) Branches on all working days as per schedule dates mentioned in the selection list/selection letter. If fees and deposits are not paid on the scheduled dates, the selection will be treated as cancelled, and the resultant seats will be offered to candidates on the Waiting List. Admission will be confirmed after verification of all original documents and fulfillment of all the requirements prescribed for admission. Original certificates, marksheet etc. are not retained in the School. Hence, candidates are advised to take back these documents on being verified at the time of admission. GATE SCORE CARD (Original) will be retained in the School. All Indian and foreign students (under Govt. of India Scholarship Scheme) of Second year (third semester) classes of the Masters Degree Courses are required to pay the following tuition fees and other charges for the academic session 2011-12 (third and fourth semester) through UCO Bank (CBS) branches in the School A/c. No.18200110004791. as indicated below between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. from 25th July, 2011 to 8th August, 2011. SCHOOL CHARGES 1. Registration Fee

In case any of the students fails to deposit his/her prescribed fees by 8 th August, 2011, the fees shall be accepted up to 30th August, 2011 with fine of Rs.50/- per day. Thereafter no fee shall be accepted and the name of the student who fails to deposit the fees shall be struck off from the rolls of the School. However, student may be readmitted on payment of Rs.4,000/- as readmission charges along with fees and fine with the prior approval of the competent authority up to 21st September, 2011. All the students are requested to submit the photo copy of the Chelan Form of fees to the official of their Departmental Office for making entries in the Fee Collection Register. On completion of the register, the concerned official shall submit the register to his/her Controlling Officer for verification as the same is auditable.

Departmental staff is requested to bring the matter to the notice of the Head of the Department in case any of the students fails to deposit the fees. A compliance report may be sent to the office of the Registrar to this effect by 27 th September, 2011. Sponsored candidates are also required to pay the fees and other dues as shown above by the due date. They may claim the reimbursement of the fees and other dues from their sponsoring authority as per the terms and conditions of their sponsorship through their concerned Department. No.18200110004791 between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. from 25th July, 2011 to 8th August, 2011. Those faculty members who have not paid the registration fees of Rs.25/- for the previous session are required to deposit the same in the UCO Bank (CBS) branches failing which their name shall be struck of the rolls of the Ph.D. Scholars, without further intimation.
