Introduction

Business organization environment classified in to three element whish are the micro, macro and internal environment The report focus in controllable environment that can direct effect in organization such that micro and internal environment . This report is about the analysis of the major micro and internal environments factors that affecting efficient and performance of knowledge mine .knowledge mine is the program for business incubators which
adopt theideas, programs and projectsforstudents

ofuniversitiesandcollegestoprovide suitable working environment .

The report includesdiscussion of micro environmentsfactors such as customer, competitor, and suppliers. Also the main internal environment that effecting the strategy of knowledge minesuch as value system, management structure etc.Finally some recommendations for knowledge mine.

Knowledge mine:
Knowledge Mine is a distinct program for business incubators and can accommodate 20 companies in the business environment. It is located in knowledge Oasis Muscat and it operating in the field of information technology and communications. This community aims to create a new generation of successful companies in the field of IT. Also ,it reduce the failure rate of startup companies in the labor market, and increase the rate of growth companies that will create many job opportunities and increase national income. The main objective of knowledge Mine in the pay and support emerging companies for growth and success.

 micro environmental factors: Microenvironment:


The micro environment is the factor that directly affects the performance anddecision making of the organization. These consist of the different factors such as customer, public, competitors, marketing intermediaries and financiers.

Customers:
The knowledge mine in Oman dealing with different types of customer such as: individual like student and public customer who have a good ideas and skills for project or business men .The business exists only because its customer. Without customer the business will not success.

Competitors:
This factor is considered as the next major force after customer force in importance. In the knowledge mine has some competitors who does similar job as knowledge mine does too such as projectsanad,Intilaqahprogramsand Development Fund for youth projects. They are competitor for knowledge mine in the way of offering the support but they all have the same goal. Knowledge mine is butter because they offer everything that needed for business environment like office, internetconnection,freeworkshops and providingconsultancy services and other more services .In the other hand,sanad and Intilaqahprograms support by amount of money that should be back after the business success or fail.

Suppliers:
Is a person, company or organization that sells or supplies something such as good or equipment to customers.On behalf of the TKM, the competent departments supply requirements according to standard specifications that TKM ask .for example Department of Information Technology provide computers, laptops and other IT components .Also ,Security Department is installing cards to allow enter knowledgemine. AndHuman Resources Management provides stationery such as pens and books.

Marketing intermediaries:
Its the firms that aid the company in promoting; selling its goods to the final buyer and it is between the company and the final customers. The organization TKM marketing through different things such as: Media (TV and radio), Commercials, Outdoor advertisement,investment services, news paper, magazines, workshop and websites .for example they did workshopin MECIT.

Financiers:
Are companies or government that provides money for project or businesses thathelps in guiding the company in matter of policies, strategies and attitude towards risks.TKM are using their own budget from the Ministry of finance, the income from outresources, Investments of the company andleasing office space.

Publics:
Peopleare around business or many groups that has impact on the organization such as company IT and the owner of ideas such as student of universities and colleges and people with qualification and sufficient experience.

 internal environmental factors:

Value System:
The Knowledge Min is to support of doing business based on information technology by providing an ideal working environment that makes it is possible for companies to devote more of their capital to research, development, testing and the production of future goods and server; also it is create more opportunities for companies and private institution to increase product, expand its business activates and provide better service. The Knowledge Min offer meeting and conference rooms, photocopier, audio-visual and reception for the businesses and entrepreneurs. The Knowledge Min provides for companies and institution the expertise, advice and support. Also it will help the businesses and entrepreneurs turn their innovative ideas in to market leading companies.

General Manger: The general manger oversees all aspects of operations in the organization The General Manger is responsible for maintain a smooth flow of work betweendepartment.All department heads in the organization typically report to the General Manger. HR Department: HR department is to organize the facilities. The HR department divided in to four parts training and development, labor relations, strategic HR, global HR. The department in tacking cares for the employees and their needs and also making tests and interviews for the new staff. And if any employee resign or terminate they will do all the documentation work. Account Department: The accounts department is making the financial statement of the company in order to know the profit and loss of the company and compare the profit of the last year with the profit of this year. Also, entering the invoices and making cheeks for the suppliers. Marketing Department: Themarketing department is responsible for doing advertizing for the organization and to find out what their customers want. And making posters and distributed

them in many pleases. Also to show their customer the product or solution by making workshop to increases the profit of the company. IT Department: the IT department is responsible about the network of the company to create an account for each employee by giving the authority depending of the position in the company. Also to maintains the P C or the other technical think.

Human resources:
The characteristic of human resources like skills, quality, commitment and attitude could contribute the strength of the company or organization. The Human Resource plays important rules in the Knowledge mine and There are many employees there in different departments. Most of the employees are students from different Colleges and Universities who have ideas and projects and need a place to implement their projects. There are some Acceptance of condition of staff in Knowledge mine to be accepted as employee there such us : Specialization,

Certificate, specific age, skills and experience, does not condemn any issues and pass both , the medical test and the interview.

Physical assets:
It means the production capacity, technology, efficiency of productive machinery and distribution logistics are among the factor which influences the competitiveness. It required to provide all the requirement for the employees such as: office furniture to have a comfortable place to do their jobs, a machine or computer for each employee, office spaces and different Software related to their specialization. Also the quality of the organization depends of the quality of the leadership or who is behind the success of the organization. For the knowledge mine, the success of the organization are the employees who work there and do their project, because they are the one who work and participate in some competition and their projects won ,so this gives a good reputation for the knowledge mine and encourage other peoples to join this organization.

Recommendation

1) There should be more awards for perfect projects to encourage employees to do the best and work hardly, because the success of any project of any employee who works on the Knowledge mine will be the success of the Knowledge mine too and it will give good reputation for the organization.

2) To open other branches of the Knowledge mine but related to other categories not only IT ,because there are people who have ideas and projects in other things .so they will have a chance to develop and implement their project .

3) To build more buildings to give more chances for large number of people who have ideas to be an employee in the Knowledge mine and this will give more people also the chance for people to be hired.

4) Open some branches in different regions in Oman ,so people who are far away from Muscat can join the organization in an easy way.

Conclusions

In the end, this assignment discussed the micro environment in the Knowledge Main Company that includes (suppliers, customers, competitors, marketing intermediaries, financiers and publics. Also discussed the internal environment of the company that includes ( value system, management structure and nature, human resources and physical assets and facilities). And we hope that our assignment will do the needed.
