Purge Data option will summarize the data to be removed, so that comparison/summary reports can be generated for those removed period as well. Back up can be done, to a different database before purging, therefore detail reports can be generated from this database even for the purged period. Ability to Update Master data System integrates to POS application (Till Magic) fully by transferring all to POS system relevant master data to the POS, in batch mode. If POS is in the same network, then it could be directly downloaded, or if it is remote, and nonconnected then there is facility for sending master data as text file for update the retail store. Integrating POS sales to back The sales data is automatically updated to back office after the end-of-day office reporting at the POS terminals. However the data can be viewed and corrected in case of correction by the back office staff, before processing the sales data.

Service under Warranty & Annual Maintenance


Mycom Engineers shall visit the installation site at least once every 3 months for conducting preventive maintenance, schedule for which will be provided location wise in advance. Software application support and rectifying all bugs of the software system: The response time of Mycom to a complaint from the customer shall be a maximum of 2 working hours in Colombo area (other outstation locations could be discussed), from the time of complaint call has been received. Mycom shall restore the machines to their working order within 24 hours time from the first visit to the site. In case Mycom is unable to restore the machines to their working condition within 24 hours as mentioned above, due to reasons beyond its control and if the nature of breakdown is critical to the customer, it shall endeavour to provide without any binding, suitable replacement machines to the customer until the machines are restored to their working order.

Mycom will be providing its services for the following: POS Front office and back office systems Network Server & Client work station (Optional) Installation, Training & Continuous Support. User manuals

The following data entry work master creation will be also done for the first time; thereafter the users (customer) must make sure they learn to do it themselves. Mycom will not do any transaction entries; they are of customers responsibility. Creating of the Item groups, Menu items, and other related masters.
