Introduction: The youth will be the leaders in the future, it is true.

But even right now they represent an enormous potential for action in the world. Writing an essay on the younger generation in development of nation allows you to explore the many different aspects of younger potential in the world today. In words of James Youth is the joy, the little bird that has broken out of the eggs and is eagerly waiting to spread out its wings in the open sky of freedom and hope. Teen age is that phase of life where dreams are built, hope is kindled, and a bright future is foreseen. Those are the years to understand yourself, discover your potentials, grab opportunities and pursue success. Those are the years to foster moral principles, construct your value system and begin an all-new journey on the path of the 'right'. Power of Younger Generation: Young people are very important as they are the source of innovation, in this dynamic environment what is required innovation rather than stability. Today Romania is reaping advantage of young generation that we called demographic dividend. There is a great potential in young people. It is like dynamite. Dynamite can do great good when used in the right way. It can pave the way for new buildings, schools, lakes, highways, and numerous other projects which will benefit mankind. In the wrong hands, though, it can be used to take life, often thousands of lives. Young people have the same potential for good or bad. It is well known that Romania is home to a significant proportion of youth of the world today. All the imperialists of the world are eyeing Romania as a source of technical manpower. They are looking at our boys and girls as a source of talents at low costs for their future super profits. If Romanian youth make up their mind and work in close unity with working class people, they can foil the plans of Imperialism and Bourgeoisie. The plunder of Romania can be ended with political power in their hands. The workers, peasants, women and youth will ensure that there is work for all. They will ensure that what is produces is geared towards providing adequacy for all members of society.

In recent years the world has come to look at Romania with renewed respect, recognizing a strong and prosperous global power in the world. It is also a future when the fabled richness of Romanias art, culture, and intellectual explorations and spirituals pursuits will begin to show its full radiance bringing much success to the troubled spirit of Modern Romania. Role of Youth in Teen Agers: Is it a dream? Yes. Is it an impossible dream? No, its not. This can be done by the Youth of Romanians. Youth is the spring of Life. It is the age of discovery and dreams. When they dream they dream not only for the good future of themselves but also for the good future for nation and entire humanity. Their dreams take them to stars and galaxies to the far corners of the unknown and some of them like Kalpana Chawla pursue their dream, till they realize it and die for it in process. Younger generations tend to be more liberal, as in open to new ideas and "modern" ways of thinking. In nondemocratic countries, this means that the younger generations play a vital role in creating a democracy. Even if they aren't necessarily promoting democracy, other efforts can help to further the process. Countries that do not give women a great deal of rights, for example, are less democratic and more prone to extremism and violence. If younger generations support expansion of rights for women to be seen as equals, then it helps to break down the structure that is in place preventing democracy. In the United States, the younger generations tend not to be overly politically active, and political parties are driven to try to engage them in an effort of obtaining their vote. Young people tend to be those who fight in wars if they are necessary in the development of a country. Young people tend to be more connected and they have a lot to offer in new ways for society to progress as well as possibly helping to create regulations that older generations may not completely understand. This newer technology and social networking also creates ways for younger people to provide news and information to the world even when traditional journalists are unable to and in that way can help to further truth seeking efforts and a free press which are important to the development of a democratic country.

Young Generation in Nation: The youth representative of Australia ended his statement by imploring the delegates to help young people around the world create a brighter and more united world. Help us to ensure the branches of youth flourish, he said. YOUTH have some responsibility towards their country. We need to learn from yesterday and live with hope for a better tomorrow. We can learn from our past how the young warriors shed their blood for the country. "Hesitating to act because the whole vision might not be achieved, Or because others do not yet share it, is an attitude that hinders progress." If any section of the society in any country is most important for change, again it is the young people. Patriotism comes naturally to young people, but they also respond early to the call of Internationalism. The hopes of the youth are: 1. A world free of poverty, unemployment, inequality and exploitation of man by man. 2. A world free of discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, language and gender. 3. A world full of creative challenges and opportunities to conquer them. But these are not just the empty hopes. Modern science and technology and increasing vistas of Socio Economic cooperation among nations have brought these hopes out in the reach of realization. In recent times Terrorism has emerged as one of the gravest threat to peace and democratic policy. Youth are drawn between acts of terrorism. In some cases it is not the terrorism, but a freedom struggle. Youth organizations should carry out an awareness campaign to expose justification or condoning of terrorism anywhere and under whatever pretext. A. The youth can play a vital role in the implementation of elimination of terrorism. If the energy, intelligence and resources of youth are fully and properly utilized the country will prosper. B. The youth will have to compete with sporting spirit. Just look at the spirit of Internationalism that today prevails in the Football. With the start of any Football

tournament, no matters which team wins, Football wins, Youthfulness will won. The spirit of oneness will win. C. The youth would need to Aspire for entrepreneurship rather than conventional employment. D. The hopes of young people can be fulfilled only in conditions of peace, only in a civilized and cooperative world order. E. Young people are full of vibrant ideas. When properly motivated and sufficiently guided they want in their life. F. Young people have energy to try out things and the patience to learn from mistakes. Giving them opportunities to plan, to decide and to work prepares them to face harsher realities in life. G. Young participation is important because youth are the countrys power. Youth recognize problems and can solve them. Youth are strong forces in social movements. They educate children about their rights. They help other young people attain a higher level of Intellectual ability and to become qualified adults.

Role of Youth in Technology: We use the term information technology or IT to refer to an entire industry. IT is one of the field which convert any nation into super power. Due to this technology people can contact each other very easily. So today, our country needs more people in this technical field so that people can easily be connected over the world and even due to that people get so many job opportunities. Just due to these Technologies are hard to learn and develop this is very easy for younger generation to adopt new things for their countrys development. In actuality, information technology is the use of computers and software to manage information. In some companies, this is referred to as Management Information Services (or MIS) or simply as Information Services (or IS). The information technology department of a large company would be responsible for storing information, protecting information, processing the information, transmitting the information as necessary, and later retrieving information as necessary.

Role of Young Generation in Romanian Politics: Politics is science to manage the country or state. Youth is young blood of nation and active worker of nation. So, it is very necessary and demand of nation that he must take all the responsibility for managing whole country. Without entering in politics, he can not do any welfare activity at large scale because, after getting fund he can do any thing but who will give to him. But, If youth joins politics and make his own Govt. with help of democratic voting system. He can become prime minister of country after this he can make the Romania a powerful nation in the world. Where there is no corruption, where there is no violence, where there is no black marketing, where there is no cheating, fraud or scam. But where there is only love, where there is only honesty, where there is only co-operation and coordination. Democracy is the buzz word for our political system. But is it really so? Is it democracy that a nation where a majority of population is below 40 elects a majority of people above 60 to power? Are we really satisfied with the way our country is being governed? Should it not bother us that at the age people generally take retirement and rest, our politicians actually become eligible to be at the helm of affairs? Why is it so that people below 50 years are considered as political kids? The country desperately needs some young leaders who personify energy, enthusiasm, morality, and diligence. No doubt we have progressed a lot in the last few years but the development pace would have been completely different had some young torchbearers led this process of development. It is next to impossible to find a young leader with no political family background in the furor of politics. There can be two reasons for this deplorable scene of Romanian politics. One may be that the youth today are not interested in actively participating in the political field. They are content with what they are doing and how the country is being governed. But this reason seems to hold no ground seeing the discontent shown by the youngsters towards cases like reservation. The youth of modern Romania are aware of the problems facing our country and the world at large. Given a chance they would be ready to change the political condition of the country for better. Second reason may be that young people are not given opportunities to prove themselves claiming that they are not equipped with experience to participate actively in the governance of the country. This reason seems to be more logical

seeing the monopoly of old leaders in almost all the major political parties of the country. Old people should realize that proper development can take place only when they make way for younger people to take control of the activities. There are few things which need to be clarified. One that youngsters do not mean people who are 20 years old with no experience at all. Youth in this context is meant to refer people in their 30s or early 40s with a good mix of energy and experience. Two, it is not intended to mean that old people should leave the political scene and rest. What is wanted is that they should be there but for guidance because they are treasures of invaluable experience. There are a few things which I would like to suggest. There should be a retirement age for politicians as well which may be around 65 years. There should also be some educational qualification for politicians. How can we give those illiterates the key to our country that we can not give the key to our house? People with serious criminal background should not be allowed to contest elections. Role of Young Generation in Democracy Facing a world in a vertiginous transformation, the social and personal construction in East Timor is indispensable. In a process of transformation that will lead East Timor to peace and tranquility and eventually to a true democratic country, a country that really belongs to all the Timorese people, depends mostly on the participation of the Timorese people itself, especially the youths, to rebuild the country from the total devastation. Participation is the noblest action of exercising democracy. Participation means taking part in decision making to build the future and making decision means having responsibility to whatever the risk as the outcome of those decisions. To make all these become real, there might those in power grant opportunities. The achievement of new spaces of political and cultural participation of youths, through their juvenile organizations, should play, in this context, a decisive role. These existing organizations should free themselves from any influence or interests (politically, ideologically, or any religious believe) in other to maintain as important social and cultural movements, which take the conscious responsibility for pushing the process of changing and society building. The timorese youths are fighting for gaining a new space of political and cultural participation. In their National Congress, the youths presented a number of alternatives for the solution of some fundamental questions for the future of East Timor. Alternative such as the official language for East Timor is one of the examples. This is a clear indication that the timorese youths are responsible for their own future that the

youths denied to be put aside for believing that the future belongs to the youth. The structural changes will not be possible with passive agents neither with the disruption movements. The latter even endanger the development of democracy. The social and cultural evolution of modern societies... The Problem of Young Generations A few years ago, it was not very complicated to grow up. Todays generations have many opportunities along with the developments in modern life. However, these opportunities dont always have positive consequences. Most of the aspects of todays daily life cause degeneration, indulgence and even violence among young people. Youth violence is one of the most significant problems of the new generations. Tendency towards violence among young people has increased recently due to several reasons. The first cause of youth violence is the environmental problems. The environment in which young people live is very important, because they can easily be influenced from this environment. First of all, there are street gangs. These gangs are negative influences on young people. The members of these gangs usually use violence and threat as a weapon, thinking that these will make them look cool. Young people in the same environment may envy them or even join them to look cool too. Secondly, the availability of drugs in the environment, in which young people live, is a serious cause. Using drugs affects the minds of the people and do boot always create a numb mood. On the contrary, it can trigger violence and cause young people to be violent too. Lastly, social problems cause violence in young people. She/he can feel like an outsider, feel depressed or envious of the friends, possibly because of financial or emotional situations. This can lead to violence too. Another cause of violence among young people is family problems. How the family behaves or how the young people feel themselves with their families is very important. The most common problem is broken families. Disfunctional families or parents who are divorced make the child more aggressive. As a result, the child becomes violent outside of his/her home, sometimes even in his/her own home. The attitude of both parents towards child carries a big importance. Vision: 1. Instead of Brain drain, we can be the magnets for bright minds world over. 2. Our Judicial system could be a model for fairness, promptness and incorruptibility.

3. Our Legislatures could be an acme of integrity, farsightedness and purposefulness. 4. Our habitats could be clean with abundant municipal services. 5. Our youth can be the Olympic Champions. 6. We can have 100% Literacy. 7. The Per Capita Income can go up in Geometric Proportions. 8. We can have full employment. 9. We can earn the reputation of being the most transparent and honest nation. 10. We could be the most competitive Nation. Romania can become a developed nation only if everyone contributes to the best of his or her capacity and ability. Youth is wholly experimental and with the full utilization of the talents of the Youth, Romania will become a complete Nation. Let us hope for the same. Conclusion Youth is like a fire It crept forward. A Spark at first Growing into a flame The brightening into a Blaze.
