Today the world economy has undergone a radical transformation in the last two decades. The companies are emerging at faster level. The technologies and advances have permitted companies to widen substantially both the markets and suppliers sources. Now as companies are emerging with their new products, marketing has become exuberant activity in expanding the market globally. Marketing starts with human needs and wants. Its a human activity directed at satisfying needs and wants through exchange process. Marketing management deals with identifying and meeting human and social needs. Its basically meeting needs profitability. In other words we can say that Its the process of planning and executing conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well, that the product or service fits him and sells itself. It acts as an instrument to lift up the standard and lifestyle of the economy with the help of marketing; we are able to get the product at our doorstep at our choice and needs. The whole economy would be sluggish if marketing didnt exist. Marketing is of critical importance because it maintains stability in economic condition. Marketing is an existing, dynamic and contemporary field. Its recognized as most significant activity in the society.

DEFINITION OF MARKETING:
Philip Kotler: The marketing guru has marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and group obtain what they need and want through creating, offering and changing products value with others. American Marketing Association: Addressed Marketing is the performance of business activities that direct the flow of goods and services from product to consumers to user. Marketing is the process of discovering and translating consumers needs and wants into product and services and specifications, creating demand for these products and services and then in term expanding demand. By all these definition we can derive that marketing is compressive term that includes all resource and set of activities necessary to direct and facilitate flow of goods and services from product to consumers in the process of distribution.

Hence the Selection of the human resource meeting the objective the organization is one of the important processes. In these processes the various term related to HRM are outlined as under: 1. Recruitment Process. 2. Analysis and full and final assessment of the employees.

RECRUITMENT
Recruitment defined can be defined as a process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating them to apply for job in the organization The term recruitment is an inseparable process in the world of globalization. 3. JOB PROFILE
The job assigned was the Client Engagement Executive. The main objective was to address the core challenge of providing jobs to graduate and post-graduate students of various colleges. The duration was 60days.

As a part of HR team, I would cater the following challenges:  Verifying testimonials of candidates prior to the interview and making the assessment sheets available to the panel.   Scheduling interviews and making rooms available for the interviews. Interviewing and counseling students and short listing them according to companies requirements.  Post selection conveying the information to the candidates and asking them to come and join.

As a part of HR CONNECT TEAM, I was responsible for interacting with the HRs of various companies, explaining them Career InfoSol Profile, explaining them the various hiring models, participation details and finally close the deal by signing the MOU(contract) with them. This role is predominately client interfacing and business development and would require extensive traveling within the Bangalore limits. I was responsible for interacting with the HRs of various software companies, analyze their hiring needs and offer them the requirement model which is best suited to their man power requirements, interviewing, and counseling students and short listing them as per Career InfoSol requirements.

As a part of CAMPUS CONNECT TEAM I would reach out to various colleges. I would explain the value proposition of the hiring model to respective Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) or Head of the Department (HOD) and Principal of the esteemed institutions asking their students to participate. We as a team would reach out to various technological institutes. This role is predominately client interfacing and business development and would require extensive traveling. I was also responsible for using the various unconventional marketing / promotional tools like social marketing, SMS marketing etc in order to achieve the target.

 The main strength of the organization is it being as a startup company  Dedicated and innovative team.  Have a potential of coming up with new ideas as a career consultant.  Table of contents for the training is very efficient.

 Almost all the consultancy comes up with same ideology and hard to find the exact match as per the requirement.

5. CONCLUSION
The overall field of Career Infosol is satisfactory. There are certain Organization objectives both in short term and long term should be taken

into consideration as a basic parameter for recruitment decision and need of the personnel area which will be beneficial to everyone in the organization. There are minor modifications in the areas recruitment process, other department head participation in interview, written test, evaluation of return test and use of latest equipment for interview etc. to be made. Overall Career Infosol had to look forward to put in new and feasible ideas and get more number of projects.
