PROJECT FUNDING (Investment Opportunity)

Part 1: I am an intermediary for a reputable company which provides funding for almost any project that can produce the necessary documents. This is not a method to make millions overnight. However, this is one of the most fundamental ways to make money off of standard large business deals. My funding source is solid and I have an associate whom I know on a personal level who cleared two deals with this company in 2010. This company is a gate keeper organization which is directly connected to nine international funding sources. What the gate keepers do is screen the business plans submitted for the funding sources. These funding sources are high net worth individuals, investment societies and billion-dollar corporations. The company was established in 1999 and has had no complaints with the Better Business Bureau. The company also pays to be listed on Dunn & Bradstreet. Our funding source has been prominently featured in many major publications: Entrepreneur Magazine INC. Magazine Hispanic Business Money Magazine NewsMax Magazine Oxford Club Members Exchange NY Enterprise Report Project Funding is a minimum of $1 Million and a maximum of roughly 2 Billion

Part 2: As an intermediary we find clients who have projects that are in need of funding and discuss our funding option with them. Once we determine that a client is ready to move forward with our funding source, we have them forward all of their documents for review for completeness. After we ascertain that the client has everything in place we give the client the go ahead to forward the documents to the companys headquarters in Maryland for their conditional approval. The company reviews for completeness and submits the information to one or multiple funding sources. The company then sends back a Conditional Approval which normally takes about 72 hours for the review team to make their decision. Within another 48 hours the client will receive an Invitational Offer Package which is an invitation to a sit-down meeting. The meeting is mandatory if you wish to proceed. There is a $4,000 fee to meet in DC or a $3,000 fee (see details below) if the client wishes to meet in the Bahamas. In the Invitational Offer Package is a Term Sheet which includes Terms and Conditions, as well as the general rate for the loan. The client is provided with an FSA (Financial Services Agreement) for the gatekeepers indicating how they want to be compensated.

The entire funding process takes anywhere from 4-16 weeks from start to finish.

Briefly, here's a review of the process: Client submits required documents including Opportunity Summary Form and NDA to Maryland Conditional approval is granted if the review team determines that one of the nine funding groups will favor it. If the gatekeeper secures a funding group, they send an invitational offer package with terms and conditions as well as the general rate sheet to the client Client pays $3k-$4k (refunded later) to meet with the company representative in person. Signing of Financial Services Agreement takes place at the face-to-face meeting. Client makes a Good Faith Deposit - $20k - $50k (to be refunded after the funding process is complete) Funding Process takes 4 to 16 weeks to complete. Client is funded and everybody is paid (placement fee - 6% first million, 5% second million, 4% third million, 3% fourth million, 2% for every next million - and intermediaries)

Part 3: Here is where the Investor comes in. As can be seen from the above information we are intermediaries for a reputable company which can provide the necessary funding ($1 million - $2 billion) for nearly any project that can produce the required documents. It is also important to understand that there are some fees involved before the client receives their funding. Fee Summary: Face to Face Meeting - $3k-$4k (refunded later) 1% Good Faith Deposit - $20k minimum to $50k maximum (refunded later) Loan Placement Fee 2% Intermediary Fee

The client is required to provide only the first two fees listed above in order to get started with the funding process. The Loan Placement Fee and the 2% Intermediary Fee are fees that the client will pay out AFTER he/she receives their funding. Any client looking to acquire project funding will need anywhere from $24k-$54k depending on how much funding they are looking to obtain. This money (fees) is refunded once the client receives their funding and our 2% intermediary fee will also be paid (to us by the client) once the deal is finalized.

Example: Problem: A client is looking for $40 million dollars for their project. They have all of their documents in place and are ready to move forward with the funding process. However, they do not have or do not want to put up the retainer fee and the fee for the face-to-face meeting with the company. Solution: It is in our companys best interest to get the client the capital required to pay the necessary fees so that they can receive their project funding. Once the client receives their funding, we get paid our 2% intermediary fee. 2% (intermediary fee) of $40 million = $800,000 As you can see, we have 800,000 reasons to get our clients their funding which is why we are offering any investor the possibility to leverage their funds with our Project Funding Investment Opportunity.

Q&As 1) What is the advantage of working through Pure Gold LLC to acquire project funding vs. any other organization that claims they can secure funding for clients with projects? Unlike most funding sources, we do not require any upfront payments from the client until their project has been reviewed and approved. There is virtually no risk to the client. In the financial industry where fraud is rampant, it is imperative to know how to filter the good from the bad and to do due diligence through a thorough investigation of the company and those they associate with. We welcome you to look into every aspect of our current and past business dealings. 2) What type of financial risk is involved with this investment opportunity? The only variable would be, in theory, if the funding group were to abscond with the investors funds. We are working with a well-established company which has been in operation since 1999 and has a flawless track record with both the BBB and with D&B. 3) What is the normal period of time before an investor will see a return on their investment? Past performance models show a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 16 weeks with 4-6 weeks being the norm. 4) What is the minimum investment? There are two variables in answering this question. 1) Where will the face-to-face meeting be held and 2) What is the amount of funding the client is looking to secure. To meet with the company in the Bahamas, the client would need to pay $3000 and if meeting in the Washington, DC area the price would be $4000. The funding source will also require a 1% good-faith deposit from the client with a $20,000 minimum and a $50,000 maximum. The particular project we are working with right now requires a $55,000 investment to cover all of the fees.

5) How do I know the funding source is a legitimate company? I have an associate whom I know on a personal level who cleared two deals with this company in 2010. We are dealing with a well-established company which has been in operation since 1999 and has a flawless track record with both the BBB and with D&B. Our funding course has been prominently featured in many publications including: Entrepreneur Magazine INC. Magazine Hispanic Business Money Magazine NewsMax Magazine Oxford Club Members Exchange NY Enterprise Report

6) Why dont the investors work directly with the client in need of funding? Lack of investment capital is the key factor.

Many investors are able to provide $25,000 - $55,000 which will cover any and all of the client's upfront fees required in the funding process. However, not too many investors have $1 million, $10 million, or even $50 million readily available to invest in different business ventures on a consistent basis.

7) Why isnt the client required to put up their own capital for the fees involved in the funding process? To answer this question, lets take a look at an actual correspondence between Pure Gold LLC and a potential client. I am interested in proceeding forward with you. However, after much consideration and based on negative past experiences, I am unwilling to pay any up-front fees. As I explained to you yesterday I have unfortunately become familiar with funding opportunities that are fraudulent. People or organizations who claim to have the resources to fund, collected the due diligence fees, and in the end didnt have the means or the intention to fund moreover they simply had the intention to dishonestly collect my fees. I am not anxious to pursue a similar path again. Unfortunately, this is the all too common. We invite you to do your own research before you make a commitment to invest with us. A clients upfront fees must be paid at some point during the funding process, but many clients are either fearful of this process or, in many cases, lack the capital necessary even though their business venture may have great potential. For this reason, we have created the Project Funding Investment Opportunity which will allow the investor to leverage their funds passively in a virtually risk-free process. By creating this investment opportunity, we are able to bring more clients to the table as we have taken away the number one factor as to why clients do not pursue potential project funding sources: fear of being taken advantage of. As a result, more clients get funded and we are rewarded for our work as intermediaries.

8) When in the process would the investor be required to put up the investment capital? Once the clients project has been accepted and given the conditional approval by the funding source, then, and only then, would the client be required to pay the fees for the face-to-face meeting. At this meeting, terms and conditions as well as the general rate of the loan are agreed upon between the client and the financier. Pure Gold LLC will contact the investor informing them that a clients project has been approved and is now ready for payment of the sit-down meeting as well as the good-faith deposit. In regards to the current project we are working with at this time, we are ready for the investment capital right now. $55,000 INVESTMENT IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME
