The PM spreadsheet is a tool for management to log all maintenance project work that needs to be performed, into one spreadsheet. When completed, the PM will provide a clear picture of what needs to be achieved in the maintenance operation of the Motel.
Description
The PM Excel Spreadsheet has seven tabs: Recap, PM, PM Quality Check, Inspection form, Project form, PM Date Tracking & Instructions
Tips
1. Issue small projects. For example, if you have 40 rooms that need painting, only assign 5 at a time with a shorter completion date. 2. Issue only one project at a time and assign a due date of no more than 2 weeks. 3. A recommended daily maintenance schedule should consist of 3 hours of routine repair items, 2 hours of PM, and 3 hours of project work. 4. GM should hold GSR accountable for project due date completion.

The Preventative Maintenance Plan is never completed or finished! Having an organized and on-going maintenance program will greatly enhance the level of quality perceived by all of our guests, increase your Medallia survey scores, and lower your CRN.
