The CCEA Air Handling Unit range offers the highest build quality and flexibility available on the market. Since every unit can be manufactured on a customized basis, the CCEA is particularly well adapted to industrial applications such as manufacturing processes, clean rooms but also hospitals and laboratories.

High reliability
Unit construction based on a unique casing design suitable for a continuous operation pressure up to 2500 Pa. The CCEA features a bolted construction with a strong continuous perimeter base frame and no welding for high casing strength and resistance to corrosion. The units are equipped with the most reliable components available on the market to minimize the risk of unit break down.

High build quality

- Double skin panels made of high quality galvanized steel sheet: Sendzimir 275 gr zinc / m. - Insulation: Non combustible mineral wool glued and mechanically fixed to the partitions. Incendiary class: - M0 according to French regulation - A1 according to DIN 4102 - O according to ISO 1182.2 Density: 70 Kg/m3 minimum - Integrated profile making perfectly closed panels to prevent any fibre carry over into the air stream. - Double rolled rubber sealant fitted on each panel perimeter to ensure optimum air tightness at high pressure operation. Washable design The CCEA units are available in a fully washable version with: - Inclined floor with drains over the full unit length. Washable unit with inclined floor

Clean Concept
The standard CCEA design offers the best advantages of hygiene: - Easy to clean: Self supporting panels with no framework edge protrusions. - No bacterial growth: dust trap free inclined floor to recover condensate in cooling coil and humidifier sections. - Minimized dust traps thanks to internal dimensions based on universal filter frame modules. Casing Air tightness - Inward opening doors on positive pressure side sections. - Class L1 (0.16 l/s/m at + 700 Pa) according to EN 1886 - With hygienic sealants: Class C according to Eurovent 2/2 & DW144 (0,42 l/s/m at +2000 Pa).

- Silicon free anti-bacteriological sealant applied at every panel junction. - No sharp angles. - All internal metallic parts painted or made of stainless steel. - Installed components with anticorrosion protective treatment. No filter bypass leakage - High efficiency filters are fitted on sealed frames to meet high Indoor Air Quality requirements: 0,024% air leak under 400 Pa. - HEPA filters from H10 to H14 can be fitted on specific welded and fully air-tight filter frames.

The CCEA range offers an unlimited number of sizes covering air volumes from 700 to 130.000 m3/h on transportable versions and up to 250.000 m3/h on pre-assembled versions. Casing flexibility The CCEA units can be manufactured from 30 or 50 mm panels. Each CCEA air handling unit can be delivered with factory mounted controls. An entire air handling unit controls system engineered, mounted, wired and tested before shipment means: - Less job coordination - Faster commissioning by Trane experts Total integration solution - Costly external conduits are eliminated - Quick connection system provided in units provided in sections - Casing integrity preserved - Integrated electrical channel for easy access to control and power cables - Control panel integrated to the unit - Sensors and actuators fitted at the best position

Eurovent certified
The CCEA Air Handling unit performances have been tested and certified according to EN 13053. The casing mechanical performances are rated according to EN 1886 as follows: Standard casing Casing strength: D1 Casing air leakage: L1 Filter bypass leakage: F9 Casing transmittance 30mm panels: T4 50mm panels: T3 Thermal bridging factor 30mm panels: TB3 50mm panels: TB3 with thermal break option (5 SET2) Casing transmittance: T2 Thermal bridging factor: TB2 Additional performance tests may be carried out at the manufacturing plant upon request.

- The 100 mm high base frame allows easy on site lifting and positioning. - The units are equipped with hinged doors ( which can be fitted on 3D adjustable hinges) or lift off panels if required. - Panel and bag filters fitted on rails or universal frames for side or front removal. Upon request: - Coils can be horizontally or vertically spitted for easy removal. - Coils can be removable without dismounting the pipe work. - Fan sections can be provided with sliding fan motor lifting beam. - All components such as droplet eliminators, fan motor groups, or silencers can be fitted on rails for easy removal. - The units can be equipped with an integrated technical channel for easy controls wiring on site.
