Student shall take utmost care while using the furniture, fixtures & electrical fittings or any other assets of the Institution.Incaseofanydamagetoabovepropertiesduetoanynegligenceorwillfulactofthestudent,thecostof suchdamagesshallbedeductedfromthesecuritydepositofthestudent.Studentisnotallowedtobringanytypeof furnitureinsidetheInstitution. Studentshallconservetheelectricityandwaterbyavoidingthewastage.Studentisnotallowedtouseanyelectrical appliances/gadgets(excludinglaptop).Studentshallswitchofflights&fansoranyotherelectricalgadgetswhilenot intheroom. Studentshallnotcookanythinginroom. StudentshallnotbringoreatanynonvegetarianfoodintheInstitutionpremises. Student shall not take any visitor in his room without prior permission from the manager. Any female visitor is prohibitedtovisitinroomunderanycircumstances. StudentshallcarryhisidentitycardissuedbytheInstitutionandproduceasandwhenrequired. StudentshallmakeuseofAccessControlSystemwhilecomingin&goingoutoftheInstitutionpremises. Student staying overnight out of hostel or going out of hostel on any leave shall give proper information in prescribedformatandshallfill&signtheOutstationRegisterwhilegoingout.Heshallagainsignthesamewhenhe arrivesback. StudentshallcomeintheInstitutebefore11.00pm.Theentranceshallbekeptclosedbetween11.00Pmto5.00 Aminthemorning.Nostudentshallbeallowedtoenterthepremiseduringthisperiod. TheInstitutionwillnotberesponsibleforanyillegalactofanystudentinsideoroutsidetheInstitutionpremises. Studentisnotallowedtousetheinstitutionstafforbringoutsideservantforhispersonalwork. Studentshallnotenteranyotherroomwithoutpermissionofoccupantstudent. Student shall not create any kind of nuisance/ disturbance inside the Institution campus. Student Shall maintain peaceful&pleasantenvironmentintheInstitution. Student shall inform the manager of any mishap/ emergency/ health problem or any other serious matter immediately. Anystudentwhoissufferingfromanycontagiousdiseasehastoinformthemanagerimmediately. Studentshallnotorganizeanyparty,anyreligiousactivityoranyactwhichinvolvesgatheringofstudentswithout permissionofthemanager. Student shall not stick any poster, picture or write any slogans or hang banners or distribute leaflets anywhere withinthecampus. Studentshallnotsmoke,drinkliquor,chewtobacco,eatpan,panmasalaorgutkaetc.anywhereinsidethecampus oftheinstitution. Studentshallnotthrowanygarbageorspitanywhereinthecampus. Studentwhoviolatesanyrules&regulationsasmentionedaboveisliabletostrictactionincludingsuspensionfrom theInstitution.Incaseofsuspensionofanystudent,termfeepaidbyhimshallbeforfeited.

PowersofManagement 1. The management can award any punishment to any student including cancellation of his admission in following circumstances: i) Ifanyinformationgivenintheapplicationfromisfoundtobeincorrect. ii) Ifanystudentisfoundviolatingrules&regulationsframedfromtimetotimebytheInstitution. iii) Ifanystudentisfoundguiltyofindecentbehaviorwiththeadministrativestafforotherstudents. TheManagercaninspectanyroomatanytimewithoutanypriorinformation. Allotmentofroomissolediscretionofthemanagementandnogrievanceinthisrespectshallbeentertained. Themanagementatitssolediscretioncanaskanystudentwhoisfoundtobeinfectedwithanycontagiousdisease toleavetheInstitutioncampusandmaypermitanysuchstudenttocomebackonlyifmedicalcertificateoffitness fromapracticingdoctorisproduced. Normally,noapplicationfortransferofroomshallbeentertainedbythemanagement.However,themanagement atitssolediscretioncanentertainanysuchrequestforappropriatereasons.
