Company activity Itza Mexma Foods produces and sells a wide range of flour tortillas. We also offer complementary products like sauces, seasonings, dinner kits and tortilla chips (fresh corn based) . We sell under the Itza and Mexma brand but can tailor our packaging towards your own label requirements. Production takes place in Kerkrade (Holland) and our customer base is spread all over Europe and Middle East. We serve retail, foodservice and are co-packing.. History Itza Foods started production in Q1 2006 in Aarschot (Belgium). The company was founded by the Dossche Group and Mr. Philippe Denijs. Due to the aggressive growth in the copacking activity, the company was quickly in need for extra capacity. Within this strategy it acquired in 2008 Mexma Food in Kerkrade-Holland (founded in Q1 2007). Production and commercial offices are now centralised in Kerkrade. Current Product range 1. Pressed flour tortillas: 4 sizes (15/20/25/30 cm-6/8/10/12 inch) packed per 4, 6 ,8 or 18 tortillas. Available in ambient or frozen condition. 2. Ethnic bread Drum: All sizes 3. Entire production process is managed under HACCP tracking Itza has a partnership with the Dossche group (see www.dosschegroup.com), who owns one of the biggest European players in the flour market. This guarantees quality control from the seed to the shelf and a stable financial backbone
